Awful, I ordered 10 lemon pepper/ 5 Louisiana rub/5 spicy Korean Q, and had them delivered. They delivered 10 garlic parmesan, and the Louisiana rub was so hard you couldn't eat them. I called the restaurant right away to let them know they sent the wrong wings and was told that I had to bring the wings back to the restaurant to prove we received the wrong wings along with the receipt. First off I had the wings delivered for a reason, plus I tipped the driver. I have never been told to save food to bring in to prove the order was wrong. As a new member of the Spartanburg community I was very dissatisfied with this wingstop location. My first time visiting the service was great, food was amazing, etc. My most recent visit the front of house staff was beyond friendly and helpful but this one worker was nothing but rude and displeased at a simple request of mine. I find that to be poor mannerisms in the fast food industry. I understand if she was having a bad and long day but my simple request for ice was not a hassle for her and the attitude i received has made me quite upset with this location. read more

Everyone always hypes up Wingstop so I decided to try it! I was told to go at lunch time since they make all of their wings for the day at that time. I ordered the mango habanero and the lemon pepper boneless wings. Lemon pepper is my favorite flavor for wings, however I was a bit disappointed in the flavor since it honestly didn't taste like lemon pepper to me. I love the franchise but this particular location is terrible. My family and I have been trying to call for 3 days. Finally got through. Was told order would be ready in 45 mins. Customer service seems to be a serious issue at this place but it seems to not effect everyone. We were seated promptly and that was the last time anything prompt happened. After we placed our order, it took 25 to 30 minutes to get our food. 4 people ordering a total of 40 wings. This may be a reasonable time frame to some but what got me was I saw a table seated after us get waited on, eat their meal and pay all before we had our food! Then, after the wings came out, it took another 5 minutes to get our dressing for the wings. I tried giving this place some slack but the restaurant was half empty. Wingstop on E. Blackstock may not be a bad choice to get chicken wings, but on a regular basis, wings are really expensive--$1 a wing. But most places will have a weekly special where you can get a certain amount of wings and then some for free--or 50-65 cent wings. I called my order in on 8/5/2015, came to pick it up. Service seemed okay. Now, I haven't tried the traditional wings yet, but on Monday and Tuesday, boneless wings (nuggets) are only 50 cents each. Good deal. I got 16 boneless wings and an order of seasoned fries, all totaling to $10.78 plus tax. The "Louisiana Rub" flavor was absolutely tasty. The sauce and seasoning just melt in your mouth. I definitely recommend it. And the buffalo sauce ("original hot" as they call it) wasn't bad either. For only 50 cents, get these. Onto the seasoned fries, they were just okay. They taste a bit sweet. I prefer more salt in my fries. Once I get to the traditional wings, other flavors, service and give Wingstop on Blackstock another go, this review will be updated. read more

Almost stone cold. No one wants to have to microwave wings that have been sitting cooked for a while. So I saw the commercial that said cooked fresh; maybe they have changed. Nope. The wings were reheats, you can see into the kitchen where I sat. When I left, there was a basket of fries, tenders, and wings sitting there for over 20 minutes.
