They charge for refills because they still don't have a soda fountain and them buying in cans is more expensive for them. What they should have done was invest in a soda fountain - instant and consistent profit!!! Would have made a much better business decision than removing items your customers liked from the menu. Though I declined to dine here this time due to this (someone wanted wings so we went, I wanted loaded onion rings), they do have decent food where it counts still.
