This is one my favorite Chick-fil-A locations. I work close by and stop by frequently! The staff is quick, friendly and very professional!

I ordered at the drive thru. There were two lanes taking orders and as expected moved quickly as do most Chick-fil-A restaurants. I always know what to expect when I frequent a Chick-fil-A restaurant- good food at fast friendly service. What more can I say. It was a smile with the service. read more

This isn't your ordinary chick fil a. It's much worse. I always use the mobile app and pick up in the drive through. The last time I was here for breakfast I placed my order and came through the drive through. When I got back to the office, none of the condiments I ordered were in the bag. They were listed on the receipt, just not physically there. Oh well, everyone makes a mistake every now and then. Today, I placed my order on the app and came to the drive through, checked in and pulled up. I sat there for about 12 minutes. The six cars behind me in my lane all got their food but couldn't get out due to me still waiting on my food. Approximately 6-8 people in the other lane all got their food while I was waiting. I was asked 3 different times what my name was and was even offered the food for some guy named Luke while I was waiting. I finally got my food after about 12 minutes after stopping. On top of that, my tea was so overfilled it was coming out the straw hole causing me to have to soak it up with the napkins, leaving me napkin less. Don't think I'll be back to this particular location. read more

Always great to eat at and I love the app with food points for free food. I love how they hired great well mannered people to do the jobs.

I truly have to have a bad experience before getting on this app. I have never been treated so poorly. As I am vegetarian I generally opt out of chick Fila but I had a taste for the dipping sauce so I stopped to pick up some fries. In order to get a decent portion I ordered a large. The container was half full. Furthermore there were none lingering in the bottom of the bag. I felt super petty going into the store after leaving the drive thru but I paid for a large not a small in a large container. The employee that addressed me responded to my concern without hesitation. As she approached me with a new container of fries her shift manager rudely and obviously instructed her to throw the others away. This made me feel as if she suspected I'd eaten some of the fries prior to bringing the carton back in, like I was trying to get free food or something. Even if this is protocol, the instruction shouldn't have been given so rudely in my face. I will never visit this location again. read more

A person with a STATED gluten allergy comes in and orders a gluten free sandwich. Why on Earth would you send them out the door with BREADED CHICKEN!?! I noticed before we left the parking lot and went back in. While someone was already correcting my order, another employee decides to chime in with "you ordered the bun, not the sandwich type and you [must have] ordered a #1. First off GLUTEN ALLERGIC PEOPLE DON'T ORDER BREADED CHICKEN. #2. I ORDERED THE GRILLED AND WAS GIVEN THE BREADED ON AN ORDER THAT STATED GLUTEN ALLERGY. You are talking about jeopardizing someone's health and don't even get an apology! Last trip! Thanks for nothing! read more

The customer service at this specific location was not the same compared to most Chick-fil-a's that I go to. A couple of the workers kept rolling their eyes at customers and said several rude comments. The food also took a super long time as well! read more

OVER CHARGED! ... I would given no stars if I could, my order was wrong this am and the Manager could not figure out how to credit me two items I was charged for and did not receive even after I gave her my receipt number and had to call back twice. I was recharged for the item I found to be missing in my original order at the window. When I checked my receipt I realized I was double charged. This entire scenario could have been prevented by your employees double checking orders in the future. When I mentioned I worked down the street she never offered to deliver the part of my order that was left out and NEVER apologized for the error in the 1st place. WOW, so I was charged for 2 items I did not receive & that the manager "claimed " she could not give me a refund for. I will never go back to ChIc Filet DUNCAN, SC .. their employees had plenty of time to chit chat instead of rechecking that orders are correct to start with. Very disappointed customer. read more

Service is always polite and food is fresh. The drive thru is not as fast as others and when i have placed a curbside order the ordered sauces have been left off a couple times but overall it is a good location. read more

Came through drive thru and they were only taking cash. The girl working in drive thru was completely unprofessional and distracted . You could hear people in the background working and using foul language. Chic-fila you have lost my business . Horrible customer service experience read more

I would give 4 stars but I added an extra one to balance the very bad reviews with which I don't agree. It is true that the place gets very busy and the wait can get pretty long. For that reason I stop by only when the parking is not too fool. I like this place because the service is very good. I like the fried chicken sandwich. read more

I know this is a chain and the food is the same at all locations. But I had never ordered their chicken tortilla soup before. Wow is it good. Also we are hooked on their cob salad with the avocado ranch dressing. So good for fast food. I highly recommend it. read more

Long wait at the drive through today at 11:30. Ordered 4 sandwiches and three fries. Drove the 7 miles back home, shorted two sandwiches. Had to drive back for children's food. Flippant apology. By the time we got to eat, everything except the two sandwiches were cold and hard. Check your orders before you pass them out the window!!!! read more

Slowest chick in the universe. Avoid if you are on your lunch break. It seems to be slower when fewer people are in line. It's like the staff thinks it's break time when the place isn't packed. read more

I think we need to stop playing it so fast and loose with the phrase "fast food" cuz "fast" it ain't! takes FOREVER to get your food and once you're in the to go line, there's, unfortunately no escaping it. they never acknowledge how slow they are or apologize. it's so annoying!!!!! read more

I eat chick fil a on a regular bases, I was traveling and decided to stop at this one, wasn't very busy or anything but they some how managed to mess up my food twice in the same order.. very disappointed and will never be returning to this one! read more

Food is great as always. I eat here once a week and rarely ever have they gotten anything wrong. The 3 stars are only for the amount of time they take to prepare food. This is the only one I constantly wait more than 5 to 10 min at a time. I have been here with 1 person in line ahead of me and waited 10 min for food. This area could use some improvement but other than that all around good. read more

I have never been more disappointed in a chick fil a. I go to chick fil a during the busiest hours every week and never have to wait long. I sat in this drive through for 30 plus minutes and the customer service was not as expected from a chick fil a. will not be visiting this one ever again. read more

Of course there is always room for improvement, Matt Thompson and his team have really turned this store around. I can tell that his employees want to be there through their actions. Yes, I know that being super friendly is their motto, but you can tell that it's not fake. Very disappointed. Stopped here for breakfast passing through town. When me and my family arrived we parked and went inside to eat. When inside there seemed to be an end of breakfast "rush". We waited in line for 15 mins to get to the counter to order breakfast to be told "it is 10:34 and breakfast is no longer being served". I asked they couldn't just make an egg to fulfill an order? The lady said "they don't make the eggs and they don't have any more to make." With that being said I, myself did not order anything bc I came for breakfast not lunch but I have children and they needed to eat. As a family we did not want to have to leave to drive someone else so just our children ate. Then to top it off our visit I escorted my child to the restroom. While waiting for him to finish going potty, two employees are converting back and forth about the morning and how slow it was. It's sad to know your establishment was slow and when you do have customers your not doing something as simple as make an egg to fulfill a order to make them happy. I do not feel I am not being unreasonable but I do know I will not stop at this location again when passing though. read more

This place is a nightmare. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A where the food was stale and cold not to mention where the people behind the counter sluggishly move around like they hate their job. The place was filthy and I'm pretty sure their DM was there. If not, then there was a guy in a salmon colored sweater moving around but ignoring customers and not being even the least bit useful. The fastest person in the whole place was located in the kitchen and the hilarious thing about it was, she sent out old food and seemed to be getting things out rather quickly. I ordered the chicken nugget meal and the pieces of chicken were dry and stone cold. You could tell that they had been sitting out a long time. The cashier "Sara," at least that is what it said on my receipt, needs some serious help. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for having teenagers in the workforce but when they ignore customers to slowly walk around aimlessly and would rather spend 15 minutes unwrapping a sleeve of cups rather than waiting on customers that are standing are the register staring at her, you know there is a problem. I'm sitting here now and have just realized that they either sent the girl home or put her somewhere else because people were flooding in the door and she wasn't getting their orders in a decent time.
