The food here is always on point and the employees are so amazing, helpful and very kind! I love this place.

Why is when you ask for extra pickles they NEVER add any extra pickles even though the sandwich is marked as though it has been made special I am so frustrated with their staff read more

Avoid this and all chick fil a restaurants period. They do not honor nor respect us military veterans. I asked for my military discount there back in June and was told no because I'm not active duty. I'm a partially disabled desert storm veteran who sacrificed for my country but I don't count evidently according to the owners of these restaurants. Please boycott all Chick-fil-A restaurants due to this issue everywhere. read more

I'm usually amazed by how fast Chick-fil-A clears their drive-thru lines, but this location was noticeably slower. Our food was ready, but we had to wait for our drinks. The strange part was that we could see the drinks sitting there, yet somehow they got overlooked. When we followed up, the person at the window asked what our drinks were, which was a bit frustrating. Not the usual seamless experience I expect from Chick-fil-A, but hopefully just a one-off. read more

I absolutely love Chick Fil A, the lords chicken lol. Prior to renovations it was pretty annoying navigating the parking lot here. However, with the renovations picking up an order is so much easier. It's Chick Fil A, sometimes you need to wait a bit as with all their locations, but that's not the fault of the location and it's simply a chain with high demand. read more

Worst Chicfila ever. Was closed for 6 months for renovations and somehow it got worse. Be prepared to wait for 30 minutes+ and your order will be incorrect. read more

I love this Chick-Fil-A and have been coming to this location since I was a kid. The place always looks busy but they get your order out ready in under 10-15 minutes. Curbside is the way to go! The staff are always nice, friendly, and helpful. For all the years I've been to this location they have only gotten my order wrong twice!! They have fun events for the little ones and great prices for the food they give you! One of the best locations to get Chick-Fil-A. Will be coming back very soon! read more

Placed and paid for order on line. Don't understand the benefit of doing that as still have to wait in line as long as everyone else, behind others who are placing their order at location. There is no benefit and I will not do this again as the line was 15 minutes long and I would have gone somewhere else instead read more

Incredibly disappointing. We go 3 miles from the highway to visit chic Fil a. The children and dad have to go to the bathroom, badly. They have doors open and lights on but kick us and tell us we can't use their bathrooms. Other restaurants and gas stations allow use of this basic and necessary service. These guys weren't even kind when they grumpily told us we were out of luck at their establishment. read more

The most amazing Chick-fil-A you'll ever visit. Don't even start comparing any of your Chick-fil-A's from your towns. I drive past all the other Chick-fil-A's in Spartanburg county to reach the one here in BS. I love the management, workers, they never give you the wrong stuff. Seldom have they messed up the order! And when they have the definitely REDEEM themselves! They go over the top! Awesome awesome fast food place! Just great service during this COVID hoax. Love eating at CFA of Boiling springs! read more

Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. This is the SLOWEST and worst run Chick-fil-A I have ever seen. I'm missing half my order, the people running to the cars are RUDE and are gone by the time you realize: half your stuff is gone! Horrible location, I do not recommend at all. My sandwich feels like they dropped into a bucket of water and soaked it before handing it over and my fries are cold, soggy and nasty. I'm missing all condiments so my lunch at work will be a dry salad. I've tried to leave feedback on the app and call them but no one answers so don't waste your time read more

Great customer service at this location. They were extremely frienddly and efficient at their jobs. The food came out very quick as well. Love me some chick fil a chicken sandwiches! read more

My orders are usually messed up. I always get sweet tea when I ask for unsweetened. The quality of the chicken has gone down. It's rubbery. And the fries the last few times were soggy right at the window. I don't know if it's management or ChickFilet as a whole has gone down in quality? We go to Zaxbys now. read more

Excellent service as always. Everyone is so friendly and we even had someone come around to each table to see if we needed refills. I am behind the times because I just found out that you can switch the kids toy out for a free ice cream!! It is delicious!!! read more

I have been going to the Chick-fil-A. for 5 years. And they never got my order wrong. Always busy can be wrapped around the Building But still can give me my food in less than 10 to 15 minutes. I recommend going to the Chick-fil-A. read more

What happened to "our" Chick-fil-A?!? Employees just walking around not helping customers. Line wrapped around building twice and inside people standing around everywhere waiting on food. And half of the orders were incorrect. What happened? Like we need answers. read more

Chick-fil-A - ows people in a fast food restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Boiling Springs, South Carolina

Terrible service almost an hour waiting curbside! Crew members s clueless! Not happy!

This place is a total train wreck. It used to be an extremely dependable place to go. But now? There is absolutely NO reason their dining room should be closed when EVERY other restaurant in town has open dining rooms. Instead they push the madhouse crowds out to drive through & curbside only, and once you pull in (IF you are even able to) you are stuck. If you pull into a curbside spot, you can't back out. They have their young kid employees all over the parking lot, running in between cars, even at night. I guess they are just waiting on one of these kids to get hurt or worse. I used to never have to check my order but it's been wrong several times so now I check it like I do from McD's where you can't trust them to get it right. My kids LOVE CFLA but take my word for it, Door Dash it; don't go here! If you do, plan on 30 minutes, minimum. read more

I was two times at this Chick-fil-A, i ordered a meal of 12piece nuggets, and i only get 8, and my medium fries was not fully filled. The second time i also order the same meal but i got 10 instead 12 nuggets what is wrong with this Chick-fil-A? read more

Terrible experience. We ordered on the app for curbside. Waited 25 minutes, food was not hot and no napkins or sauces!

Finally!!! Remodeling is complete!! Worth the wait!!! Staff is great and food is as good as ever! They have cornered the market on service getting you in and out!! Great job!!!! read more

The slowest chick fil a I have ever been to. Been waiting over 30 min (and counting) for a mobile order of 2 iced teas, chocolate milk and a chocolate shake. Will definitely not bother coming back here again and I wish the app had the option to cancel the order because this is RIDICULOUS read more

i loved everything!!!! the food was incredible, the staff were really nice and quick, and nothing about the ambiance was off!

This place is the worst. I ordered a meal and wasnt given the correct side item. A young lady at the window attempted to correct the problem, and then a second young lady came to the window and decided to yell and berate me like im a child. She insisted that i didnt order my meal correctly, although i had a receipt to prove the order. At that point i was upset and didnt want the food because i felt disrespected and not valued as a customer. I spoke to the manager Kennedy and she said that i could not receive a refund because i had already "received my food through the window". That made no sense to me because people usually receive their food first and then find a problem and then want a refund. The manager acted as if i didnt ave a valid complaint about my customer service. Needless to say i will never come to this location ever again. They do bad business here. read more

I go there every Wednesday and sometimes it does take awhile but they are busy but the lines move really fast and the food is always good and my order is always correct read more

I used curbside pickup and it was pretty easy and didn't take long at all. Best way to go while dining room is closed.

The slowest and worst managed chick-fil-a in the upstate. I have come here twice in the past year and both times they have messed up my order, a number 1 with a large fry... today they gave me a number 1, a chicken biscuit, a medium fry and a large fry, and when I corrected them they shorted my refund by a nickel, I went back in and showed them and they argued with me and refused to give me the nickel. They wasted 30 min of my day to steal a nickel. read more

Had to wait so long for our curbside order and there was so many people ahead of us that have also not been helped. Service was way too slow and not up to chick fil a standards. read more

Great "to go"experience! It was super, uber busy when we arrived during lunch hour so I opted to order via the app! This, of course, requires minimal interaction! Pretty consistent with all other Chick-fil-A locations! To me, that's key! read more

John the best employee they got will help you out with anything most definitely needs a raise!!

Hands down the slowest worst run Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Employees walk around in circles.

Consistent food and polite service just like all other CFA's but the wait time is always ridiculous at this location. Given that the volume of customers they serve is mainly large, but the wait time is always horrendous regardless of the time of day or the number or customers in the drive thru. read more

Most stupidest chick fill a they never bring you what you orders !! Wouldn't suggest this place at all .!!

One register open - 2 people ahead of me . 10/ minute wait to order & another 21 minutes to receive 2- number 1's . Ask to speak to manager (Chuck) explained the situation of 30- minutes for a #1 saying you guys are better than this. He spoke in a condescending attitude, and I said now you know so you guys can be better. I like the chick-fil company as a whole - but this location missed the mark and remarks made me think they really don't care :( sad. read more

Great customer service Their play area is bigger thank most other locations My only complaint would be that they need I change their frying oil more often Most of the time the chicken is very greasy. and you could tell the oil hasn't been changed in a while read more

Chick-fil-A has always been my pick out of all the fast food restaurants... but tonight when I went, it was the slowest I have ever seen. The girl at the cash register was super polite! Maybe tonight was just a bad night, but this Chick-fil-A needs to step up and be like the one in Greer. read more
