The bathroom eeeyuk!!! I'm talking "turn around washed my hands and walk back out" vibes. I let the four workers standing up front by the host station know the restroom needed some serious attention. Not one comment, apology, or "we'll take care of it." They just stood there staring at me like I had just lost my marbles. The service was just okay. I asked for water with my margarita and somehow ended up with sweet tea. The margaritas? Let's just say the alcohol must have been on vacation because there was absolutely no sign of it. The side salad did not come as described, it came with diced ham and maybe two tiny pieces of tomato. No eggs, no bacon, just vibes. The salad itself wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't what I expected. I ordered my steak medium rare and received a steak that looked like it had been through a full life journey before reaching my table. It was well done. Overall, the meal was just... there. Nothing memorable, nothing to write back home about. LongHorn Steakhouse or Texas Roadhouse would easily get my money before this place. First visit, last visit. And honestly, the restroom was the biggest deal breaker. If the bathroom is giving "abandoned gas station" energy, I can only imagine what's happening where I can't see. read more

Everything was good. Had a few mishaps with the food. After the manager Trinity came over everything was fixed. Food and service were great. We were pleased. Trinity the manager was awesome. Took the prime rib off their menu. Not worth the value without it. Great salad and crab bisque, but no entrée's worth bringing me back!

Arrived at 7pm, was told "no wait list" by the hostess but said we had to wait because there was not a table for 5 people and a stroller.....sooo there IS a wait? Lol They then proceed to seat a group of 11...ELEVEN! So after the no wait time of 40 minutes elapsed we were finally seated. I keep trying to like this place because Boiling Springs needs more quality places like Wings Etc, but this just isn't it. It's a shame with the location, the building, the big bar... but it's abundantly clear the people in the kitchen don't give a crap about what they are slinging. Every single thing is disappointing (how do you screw up French fries?), but not the service or bartender. They must be terribly frustrated with how awful the food is. Someone back there needs to implement some quality control, right now it is on par with Rigsby's in BS, which is a well-documented embarrassment. Needs to be a boss in the kitchen that takes personal responsibility for every dish served. Create a much higher standard. read more

Went to Copper River in Greer. Ordered a rib eye medium and it was rare. It was also tough as a piece of leather. The baked potato wasn't done and was hard. I had been wanting a steak for a couple of months and my son passed away and I just didn't feel like sitting in a restaurant. And then getting the worst meal ever. I was very disappointed and will never set foot in that restaurant ever again I didn't complain because I just wanted to leave. I don't know how they stay in business. read more

The first experience was way better than the 2nd visit. Was glad to see them not closed like the one in Hendersonville,NC. The waitress did mention these were new menus which meant new prices too! I had to order the wings again since I remembered how good they were. The chicken wings were a big disappoint this time. They were over cooked, dried out and not that good.I got the combo with she crab soup.. The soup was very thick. And not hot at all. Since it was crab soup it was fishy which I've had before other places and its always been really good, but I couldn't even finish it. My Mom got the pizza. She didn't read the menu too good because she didn't know she was being charged $2 a topping and got 2 added which it ended up being a expensive small pizza $16! She was not happy but took the blame for assuming it came with 2 toppings. Expensive lesson learned. I guess the hamburger was the only good tasting meal. No complaints with that. I stopped by Copper River Grill to grab some lunch; they have an excellent lunch menu but you can only order from the lunch menu until 4PM. With just a few minutes remaining until 4pm we opted to order from the dinner menu and I'm glad we did, because the portions were huge! We ordered a house salad with grilled chicken which was delicious and the Kodiak chicken, which is two grilled chicken breast topped with ham, smothered in cheese (I substituted the ham for Turkey). My entire meal was amazing, the chicken which was hot and juicy was accompanied by the perfect side salad and a piping hot perfectly cooked sweet potato that was delicious! I would be doing an injustice if I didn't forewarn you about the hot, buttery, delicious croissants that adorned each plate as it came out of the kitchen; the croissants are addictive and you'll be very tempted to bring some home for later. I recommend Copper River Grill because the food is hot, fresh and always consistent in the way it's prepared, the atmosphere is great and the restaurant is clean. read more

Problem lies with the chef tonight my wife ribeye was medium rare closer to the rare temp when she ordered medium. No biggie, but my filet was medium well done closer to the well done when I ordered medium rare, I'm not a complainer normally and only posting for future awareness. When someone gets a 33 dollar steak and it's that far off it literally tasted like a center cut sirloin not a filet and was the waitress asked how steaks were I responded that I think both steaks temps were backwards to which she agreed, but I'm not wasting food it's not in my nature but chewing 33 dollar beef jerky was really hard tonight. It was virtually impossible to find any flavor in the filet at all. My wife ribeye was to die for though. read more

The food is really good, if not great, and the service is typically top-notch. If you just want to get a house salad, the house salad here is more substantial than a lot of places entrées.
