I found a table when I entered, placed my order, and someone brought my order to the table. It is a very smooth operation. They even stop by for refills and to take the trash away. It wasn't busy inside or busy at the drive thru either at least not what I am used to seeing. But I was there on a Monday so it is possible it is a slower day or I was there before it was busy.
