I love that we were able to reserve a table for 10 people on a Saturday night. This place is surprisingly gluten free friendly too! My gluten free friend kept squealing with joy when she found out the focaccia was gluten free. Most of us ordered pasta dishes, but the star of the show was the arancini. It came with a vodka sauce that had some balsamic drizzled on top and we all practically licked the plate. This was the best dish. Our table ordered a variety of dishes from the burrata spaghetti to the tortellini alla panna to a fish dish and a bolognese. These dishes were ok. There was a nutmeg flavor in my tortellini alla panna that wasn't really for me. Our server was beyond kind and I really liked the staff here. I'm glad I stopped in again to try the pasta!

My husband got the spaghetti with meatballs and he said it lacked seasoning. He said the meatballs were slightly overcooked and the crispy part was the seasoned part of the meal. I got the duck breast with broccolini and risotto. The duck was fantastic. There was nothing special about the broccolini and the risotto was super watery. No complaints about the service, but nothing outstanding about it either.

My fiancé took me here for my birthday, and I felt celebrated every step of the way. Our server Laura brought us a complimentary small bite before the meal and after dessert. She also made dessert super special and was kind and attentive the whole meal! The food was all phenomenal, I couldn't believe it was all gluten free. It felt very fresh due to the farm to table nature of the restaraunt. We started with the cheddar biscuits, which were a hit. My short rib with polenta and roast veggies was delectable and a very generous portion! Finally, we ordered 1 dessert but they brought us a trio. I was wowed by the cheesecake and olive oil cake! Would definitely return for date night or any other special occasion!

I was in communication with Lindsay for over four months while exploring options for hosting my wedding dinner in their private dining space. Out of more than 10 venues and vendors we considered, she was the only one who consistently showed up with prompt, thoughtful, and genuinely kind communication. Every question I had--no matter how detailed or repetitive--was answered with patience and care. She made herself available through all my moments of uncertainty, which, as any out-of-state bride can attest, is invaluable. When we finally visited in person, Lindsay went above and beyond by accommodating us outside of regular scheduling. Her attentiveness and warmth never wavered. Planning a wedding from afar can feel overwhelming, but having someone like her in your corner brings a level of reassurance that cannot be overstated. Dinner itself was nothing short of exceptional. We were served by Tennille, who elevated the entire experience. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. Every dish was presented with intention, and she took the time to walk us through ingredients , local farm sourced education and preparation in a way that made the meal feel curated and special. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guest experience--it shows in every interaction. After dinner, we visited their second location to explore their private dining options. There, we met Pierre, who matched the same level of service and hospitality. He went out of his way to not only show us the space, but also recommend local after-dinner spots that could enhance the overall experience for our bridal party. That level of thoughtfulness and big-picture thinking is rare. Bottom line: this team understands that they're not just serving food--they're creating experiences. If you're looking for a venue that delivers on service, communication, and unforgettable dining, this is it.

We have, finally, found our GO-TO place in Asheville. This…read morestarted on Valentines Day when our dinner plans were disrupted and at noon I had no where to go. I called and explained my dilemma to Joel. He suggested that we come sit at the few seats they had at the bar. We Did! That's where we met Genna (sp) she was busy but also engaging. When the food arrived IT WAS FANTASTIC! A+ Yesterday we went to the new location where Genna immediately remembered us and was SO delightful. We talked to her and Joel while another A+ meal arrived. I can't recommend this restaurant high enough. Food A+, Facilities A+, Atmosphere A+, Service A+++ This is our new Go-To restaurant and it should be yours as well. Gemelli wine was excellent. We sat at the bar (my request) Tim

I know this place has a strong following, but after trying it twice, it just hasn't impressed me…read more Some dishes were better than others, but overall the food leaned heavily on salt. The bean dip was so salty and garlicky that it was inedible for me. The ragu had decent flavor, but again was overly salty, and the pasta itself was very dense. The short rib dish was probably the best item we tried, though it too was quite salty. We also tried the meatballs, which were dry and not something I would order again. Another disappointment was the added credit card fee. I understand that some people may not mind this, but with the number of extra fees diners are already facing, it's frustrating and discouraging. The pricing also felt high for what was offered--pasta dishes start at $22 without protein, and adding protein begins at $9. For that price point, I expect more value and balance. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed and found the experience overpriced for the quality.

The food was absolutely amazing, every single bite. The menu doubles as your placemat, which you can mark up as you go -- a fun, interactive touch that sets the tone for the whole experience. It's tapas-style, so the dishes come out to share, and I'll be honest -- the first few plates arrived quickly enough that I wondered if they were rushing us. But then the rhythm settled in perfectly. The pacing matched exactly how we were eating and conversing. We never had too much crowding the table at once, and we never felt forgotten between courses. That's harder to pull off than it sounds. The service struck exactly the right balance -- attentive without hovering. Curate is a must if you're in Asheville.

The wait was only about 25 minutes, which wasn't too bad. However, we were not aware we were going to be seated at the bar and were not given the option to wait for a table instead. For this type of establishment, you'd also expect warmer and friendlier service. Again, we sat at the bar, which may not have been the best choice, but the service there was inconsistent and at times lacking. You don't pay any less sitting at the bar, so it was definitely disappointing. That said, the food itself was great. We ordered the lamb skewers and the patatas bravas, and both were absolutely delicious. My husband also ordered a coffee and the flan, and the flan was very good as well. The prices are definitely high, but the food quality was solid enough that I could understand the cost. However, part of what makes a higher price point worthwhile is receiving excellent service as part of the overall experience, and unfortunately that just wasn't the case here.
