The food is good but they need the dr open. Went there to go in one day to get some food and the door was locked. Well I went through the drive through and just ask why the dining room was closed. They said they didn't have enough people. I said people don't want to work and I got the window closed in my face by this little teenager. That was rude. read more

I don't understand all the bad reviews. Must be tourists. I have always had good service whether I am ordering for myself or picking up deliveries. The employees would go out of their way to bring out my delivery orders if the dining room was closed or the drive thru was backed up. Best fries in town. As we enter the restaurant there was no one in line, the male taking our order had the personality of a rock. He was not friendly at all. After ordering our food, it took at least 8-10 minutes to receive or food. We got three whopper combos, one of them with cheese. When we got our food, the whopper that was supposed to have cheese on it did not. I took it back and had them fix it. Then my daughter decided she was hungry and we ordered her a single hamburger with just tomato. We received it plain with nothing on it. I took it up and had it fixed as well. All of the employees behind the counter had a poor attitude. All though we were traveling I will remember not to stop here again. We live locally so we eat here pretty often. We came in recently for dinner. Service is always slow here, we've been before when they've had a sign up saying they were short on workers. But even when that is not the case it takes a little bit to get your food. Orders were correct, and service was very friendly. It's your typical BK as far as expectations go. Food was fresh which is possibly what took longer, which for me that is fine I will gladly wait and have hot freshly made food! One of the menu boards was out during our visit, that's the only problem with using the video boards is when it goes out it has to be fixed. NO big deal though, we always order the same food here. Stopped here 10 minutes before they closed after traveling for hours just to grab fries and a coffee for the remainder of my drive. No one would come to the drive thru so I drove around and saw a worker, giving her the benefit of the doubt I came back around to see if she would notice this time. Nothing. Do NOT eat at this Burger King! They are very nasty! They will handle your money and then handle your food with no gloves. The night shift is supposed to close the dining room at 11pm but they will all stand out side smoking at around 10:40pm and as soon as you walk toward the restaurant they will run like hell and lock the door. Don't normally leave comments about BK or McD, but today I felt compelled to give credit to Erika at this location. She was all smiles when she served us, even warned us about her coworkers dark batch of coffee. No worries here. We are strong-coffee drinkers and prefer it that way. Just thought it was sweet that she "warned" us. The other staff was nice, too. And food was as BK usually is. Good for a quick fix. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all the crack head running the register was rude. I'm fully aware I'm not there for a three course meal, however I do expect to be treated with respect whenever I walk into an establishment. I don't know if she didn't get her high quick enough this morning or if she just hates life, but she was disgusting and argumentative for no reason. Second, the order was wrong. Gave me croissants instead of biscuits - no big deal, just ask for it to be corrected. That's when she became even more argumentative..... over what I ordered, and she couldn't possibly put it in wrong, but considering I don't even eat croissants I must have ordered it wrong anyway. Waited 20 minutes! No exaggeration. And this was at the counter, as I watched items that could have gone to fill my order go out the window. The first of my items to be prepared was a salad. And then it sat under a heat lamp for 10 minutes. She acted surprised that I would ask for a new salad. Poor prioritization. Stopped by the drive thru and order two fish sandwiches. Pulled over in parking lot and tried to eat them. This is an honest opinion: the grease literally dripped from them and they were lukewarm at best. The buns were so saturated that it was impossible to eat. Took them back and the lady looked at me as if it really ticked her off. She thought I had let them sit too long. I explained that I immediately pulled over and tried to eat them. She threw them in trash and said it would take a few minutes to cook more fresh. I asked for something else instead since my taste for fish wasn't there anymore. She gave me 2 chicken sandwiches which HAD been sitting for a while. I gave up and threw them away. This Burger King is on the way to Asheville so is nice to stop at but think I'll drive to another exit next time. By the way I just moved from Indiana to NC and never had this experience before at a Burger King. read more
