I got the Spicy Pepperoni Pizza (consisting of spicy red sauce, pepperoni, jalapeños, chopped garlic and a sweet hot honey drizzle) on a GF crust with vegan cheese and Italian sausage, with blood orange lemonade. The crust had a little crisp to it and the pie overall was the perfect balance between sweet and heat, due to it not having too many jalapeños and enough hot honey to balance out the spice. Ordered online for pickup. Arrived 10 min early. Waited over 20 minutes and had to ask staff where our order was. No bag, literally just awkwardly stacked three 1/2 pizza boxes, 2 salads, cookies, brownies, napkins, and seasonings, and expected my boyfriend to be able to carry the leaning tower. Staff could not have cared less about customer service, lack of food quality: pizza cold and very little toppings, lettuce in salads was beyond expiration and slimy , desserts were rock hard and could have been used for door stops. Me and my husband had a long day and my husband wanted pizza and so we looked at some places and chose a pizza place near by. We wanted to sit down and not get take out. When we walked in the place was awesome. It gave the feeling of sitting in your dad's garage or in an auto shop to us. And everyone, including the employees were relaxed and having fun. The ordering style is like chipotle and how they make it in front of you. Everyone was very nice and we both got high rise dough build your own pizzas with unlimited toppings for about 15$. I put chicken, bacon, broccoli, garlic cloves, pineapple, onions, and mushrooms along with two different types of cheeses and a white sauce instead of red. Hate it or not, the pizza was cooked perfectly. It's hard to find a place like that. The crust was done nicely with the edges still being doughy because I hate burnt crust, and the cheese and marshmallows from my s'more perfected the string and pull test. The pizzas were not over oily (unless you request oil on probably) and even when I went to heat the pizza up in my microwave the cheese didn't fall off, wasn't oily either, and still tasted just as good but a little soggy cause of the microwave. I wish I had a place closer to me because I know all the college kids here would love a place like this and because I live a hour and a half away. Step one: Enter building and get in line. Step two: Order a specialty pizza or build your own. They have gluten free and vegan options. The staff will write down your order. Step three: Watch staff build your pizza and add any extra toppings, choose sauce type, cheese type, etc. Step four: Pay and wait while they cook your pizza in the wood-fired oven. Pizzas are around $9. Great deal! Definitely order an Aqua Fresca or Blue Sky soda to enjoy with your pizza. Step five: When they call your name, grab your pizza and devour it. All of the pizzas are the same size (I think 11"), and they're thin crust so they're like big personal pizzas. They have 6 slices and I usually eat 4 for dinner. Good stuff.
