So I pulled in just before 12 PM I thought it was weird because there was only 3 cars in the parking lot way in the back, I figured they were probably employee cars. All the other restaurants around them the parking lot were completely full. I said maybe it's just an off day and walked in the front door. The dining room was completely empty. There was a lady in a Pizza Hut uniform sitting in a booth so involved in her phone that standing beside the sign that says please wait to be seated for at least five minutes, never once looked up. Nobody came out from the back. So I turned around and walked out, will never attempt to eat at this restaurant again. And hopefully any of the surrounding restaurants that may know the employees that work in this restaurant will not hire them in the future. read more

Wow! We showed up 1 1/2 hours before closing. We walked up to the restaurant where the lit open sign -- and the website saying Open til 10pm - gave us the idea that we could have dinner. Doors locked. One employee was putting stuff in his truck and when I asked if they were open til 10, he said yes. Then he went back inside, I thought to let us in. But they came to a drive through window and said they'd take our order but, because they are short staffed, they wouldn't let us in. This is wrong and ridiculous in so many ways. 2 people couldn't take our order? Is this Pizza Hut doing so well that they would rather turn down business than let us in to eat? Disappointed. Pizza huts back home treat customers a lot better and they take their business more seriously! Sad. Would love to comment on food, service or ambiance, but never experienced any of it at this location. Horrible ! read more

Had a very good pizza: thin n crispy, mushroom, pork extra cheese. Good waiter & service. Very busy! read more

Pizza Hut - Yummy!! - Pizza Near Me - Burlington, Colorado

I placed a pick up order at this location for 6:15. I arrived on time and they took another 15 minutes to bring my food out to the car. I placed this order 2 hours in advance. This would be more understandable if the place was busy, but that was not the case there wasn't a single customer in the restaurant and I was the only vehicle in the pick up line. The lady at the window gave an excuse about need to pour sauce for the bread sticks, after driving home to feed my family I opened the boxes to serve up food......There was no fucking sauce lol this place struggles with time management and staff seem to not really care about their jobs. On the positive side the food didn't suck. read more

Ordered 3 sandwiches for pick up. Only got two. Went back in and one of the two originals I got was the wrong kind anyway. So figured that's worth at least an apology if not some free cinnabon things. We'll see what happens after I've waited for my order to be remade. Update... Not even an apology. But I did get attitude from the manager like it was my fault. Update #2... The sandwiches are actually pretty good. Kid approved. read more

The service was amazing, we got an extra order of bread sticks for free. The food came quick and the restaurant still has the old pizza hut roof. read more

Where is the "Zero" star option? Stood there waiting to be sat down while the manager talked down to the poor girl working---trying to fix another order, manager walks away and neither of them even acknowledged we were there...so we left. Place was filthy as well...sometimes there are red flags...and yes! This place is a walking red flag! read more

The worst pizza hut you could ever possibly go to never go here trust me! Service was okay but the food was absolutely not it. Not very clean either just never go here I promise you will thank me later. If I could put zero stars for this organization that would be my rating. Not impressed! read more

Went in for lunch. Wasn't sure what we'd find because they were not busy at all. But the melts we had were fantastic and the ONE waitress was great. She was preparing food - seating people - serving - refilling drinks... GREAT server read more

Worst pizza I've ever had. Dough tasted like cardboard. Little meat. Whole thing was sour. Quick service though.

Had dine in service as we stopped traveling for the night. Food was great, service was outstanding.

Definitely 5 stars they always get my order perfectly done. Great team working at this location

Food and service were good. We had cheese and pepperoni pan pizzas which were pretty standard to other restaurants I've been to in the chain. Sweet Chili boneless wings were some of the best we've had. They charge extra for ranch to go with wings. read more

I'm surprised there are not many 5 star reviews the food was amazing, cheesy! just like in the ads. The service was incredible the waitress treated us with lots of respect she was very nice and funny do recommend! read more

Pizza Hut - a man sitting at a table with a plate of food - Pizza Near Me - Burlington, Colorado

So I'm staying in a motel in Burlington, ".3" Not even a half mile from Pizza Hut and they don't deliver because of management issues!! What a joke. This town has little to offer as it is, Way to make it useless. Good job. read more

Let me first begin by saying I'm not a fan of Pizza Hut food at all. However, growing up in this small town, Pizza Hut was all we could get. This pizza joint has a monopoly over the entire town of Burlington, and takes advantage of it as much as possible. None of Pizza Hut's promotional deals are honored, and the prices are raised sky high. $20 or more for a large pizza? For a Pizza Hut pizza?!? I think I'll walk over to McDonald's for their dollar menu. I hope Papa Johns opens up next door and runs this joke of an establishment out of town. The folks that still live there agree. read more

What a mad house! I swear it's been over 16 years since I've eaten at a Pizza Hut. We'd been on the road for a few days and I just wanted to get my butt out of the car. We got there for the early part of the lunch rush, and what a crazy scene! The buffet line was swarmed, the 4 pizzas that were set out were gone like a pack of hungry wolves had pounced. The salad bar was barely passable with iceberg lettuce, potato salad and a few veggie toppings. At least everything looked fresh. On the hot bar were also jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, potato wedges, a pasta dish, and a soup that everyone else seemed to pass up. The pizza was just what I remembered from from years ago: dry, bland, and unremarkable. Soft serve ice cream was included and I was lucky enough to get a slice of the dessert pizza to go with my bowl of vanilla soft serve. Service was pretty lame, the soft serve ran out of bowls early on and were never replenished, I had to grab the last bowl from the soup section, and that was never replenished either. Once they decided we were there long enough, they quit clearing our dirty plates and left the bill on our table. This visit will do me for at least another 20 years. read more

Wow I can't believe this is all the stars it has!! This is one of the best pizza huts bar none! Amazing buffet and always good quality food!

Not impressed with this place. Kinda dirty and run down looking. Waitress wouldn't bring straws for our drinks, came by once during the entire meal. Table was sticky and my food was cold. Staff looked like they didn't want to be there and could care less. Also, this place was pricey for a Pizza Hut. read more

I'm not sure if it's a Pizza Hut corporate issue or this particular store, but they don't honor the deals on their website which I got through looking at their location on yelp here. read more

I ate there twice, two days apart on a round-trip roadtrip. I ordered off the menu both times. The food was fine, as ordered, tasty, hot, and fresh. My service was better the second time, on a Saturday afternoon, but fine both times. Appreciated the free wifi very much. A good choice for a quick meal. read more

We are traveling from CA to PA and we decided to stop at this Pizza Hut for lunch. Husband and I ordered water, kids ordered root beer, drinks arrived and both waters had so much floating pieces in them we immediately pointed it out to waitress and she shrugged her shoulders and said "Oh. What else do you want to drink then?" We asked for bottled water. She left, came back and said "we ain't got anymore bottled waters." I asked if we could just bring our own bottled water in from the car and she said "I guess." The plates up at the salad bar were disgusting! They were very old and looked like someone's dirty feet. The sugar packet holder sitting on the table looked like it had been chewed on by a teething baby and taken outside and used in a sand box. I'm guessing the food inspector doesn't visit this location often or if they do this is just acceptable for a restaurant to be this disgusting. Wish I could post video. I have video of the water. read more

Moving from KY to CO and stopped at this Pizza Hut on the way. Best buffet I've had in years! It was fresh and affordable. Highly recommend to anyone in the area! read more

I could care less about rating the service or food. The experience is was poor simply because of the facility. If you have high chairs why don't you have a changing station? Will not be eating here in the next few years; maybe never again. read more

3rd time is not a charm... Poor service, pizza is mediocre at best, and if you sit at the same table with someone they assume youre together and lump your bill all together and will not seperate it.... Im sure its due to the pennies theyre charged for a debit transaction.... When youve already dealt with the poor service and mediocre food, that puts the topping on it all..... If we go back in there, If that is.We will all sit at seperate tables until our food arrives then sit together it should be interesting... Probably wont waste our money. read more

We called for 45 minutes to try to orders pizza from these assholes. They repeatedly hung up on us then refused to answer the phone because they wanted to close early. Don't go here. read more

the sign out front is to political and really turned us off. If your a business owner wouldn't you want to attract both sides of the Political counter. Great Pizza Hut . Clean, nice tables, good service and excellent pizza. This is one of the nicer pizza huts for a lunch stop. Great buffet for lunch. Good prices . Nice family stop along I-70 read more

We were passing through and thought it would be nice to stop for lunch at the lunch buffet. The pizza wasn't cooked all the way-- it was doughy. The men's bathroom was nasty and smelled so horrible even the kids didn't want to go in. There were stale looking French fries, a pan of fried stuff like mozzarella stick and maybe jalapeño poppers that were melted together. We were disappointed and feel we wasted our money. read more

We ordered some garlic knots and a large cheese pizza on the Pizza Hut site. When we arrived, we pulled up to the carry out window and paid without looking at our food. When we got back, we discovered that they had just given us plain bread sticks and had charged us for the garlic knots. I called and spoke to the manager, who was incredibly rude. He said that they had tried to call us because they don't carry the garlic knots, which was not true, and if the two dollars meant soooo much to me that he would refund the difference. That should have been done in the first place! He also complained about people ordering online and how he hated it. You are in the wrong business dude! I would NEVER eat here again (fortunately I don't live in Burlington - this is the only pizza place in town, and you can tell by how he treats customers and the prices charged! If a Dominos or Papa John's came into town, this place would be out of business within six months!). read more

Worst experience in a Pizza Hut I've ever had. My husband and I stopped for the lunch buffet here - it is conveniently located just off I-70. We politely told the manager/owner we were vegetarians and asked if they could make either a cheese pizza or one with just veggies. We are not big eaters - a small size pizza would have been fine. He refused - said they had several pizzas already made up and all of them had meat of some kind on them and he "didn't have time" to make up another one. This was at 11:30 AM - the restaurant was NOT busy - and obviously the main lunch crowd was not there, so he would have had plenty of time to make up ONE veggie pizza. We have been to many Pizza Huts for their lunch buffet and have NEVER been refused like this. I told the man that. He said, "Well, we don't have any vegetarians in this town." I guess he doesn't care about traffic from I-70 but is only interested in serving local people. I notice that another review of this same pizza hut says they will not honor Pizza Hut's promotional deals and that they have a "monopoly." I say Pizza Hut needs to deal with this man -- in my opinion he does not deserve to represent himself as Pizza Hut if he is going to treat potential customers so rudely. read more
