We stopped at this McDonald's while driving I-70 from Denver to Columbus. My wife used the lady's room before ordering and she observed a McDonald's employee leaving the restroom without washing her hands. It appeared that she DID NOT go back to work but it was a little disconcerting seeing a lady wearing a McDonald's uniform leaving the restroom without washing her hands. Restrooms were only marginally clean and not well maintained (e.g. the toilet paper dispenser has hanging off / falling out the wall. The dining room was reasonably clean and tidy. The guy working the counter had ZERO personality but he was efficient at taking and processing orders. Service was fine. read more

From the second window to receiving my food was 15 minutes. My order included 2 Spicy Deluxe McCrispy meals. Both McCrispys did not have lettuce or tomato on them. We didn't ask for them to be removed. The people were nice but waiting 15 minutes for food and for it to be missing some things is outrageous. read more

It was very early this morning. Stopped to get a bite to eat for a long journey home. I should of looked at our food closer I now regret it. I am not exactly sure what we ingested. We were quite aways down the road and I looked in my orange juice and there was little black things floating. At first I just saw one or two but I noticed it was plenty more. It looked like bugs but further inspection they are like tiny rock fragments. I was pissed. That was not right I don't know how it got in there but that was unacceptable. For me this was a very standard McDonald's experience. We stopped here on our way home from Colorado and everything was about as you'd expect. They were cleaning the ladies room while we were there and it was taking a VERY long time so I did ask if I could pop in with my daughter since we were passing through and they were very kind and accommodated us and a few other travellers. If you're driving on I-70 this is solid little stop. read more

My dad stopped here on his drive home from Denver on Sept 28th to grab a bite to eat and a soda. The kid handed my dad his food and his drink. He sipped his "sprite" and tasted chemicals immediately. When he looked at it, it was green! Sprite is not green. He went back and exchanged it for a coke while the kid tells him they've had issues with the Sprite. What the hell is that?! I'm pretty sure they put something in my dads drink and he has been sick ever since. He has gone to the ER and his practitioner. He said his kidneys hurt and the pain he feels is the same as kidney stones. He can't eat and he can't sit up. We are waiting on results and if this location purposely poisoned my father, EXPECT A LAWSUIT COMING YOUR WAY! read more

Horrible service they have my order to another patron and he touched all the food then realized it wasn't his order so he sent it back and they proceeded to try and hand me the same food. This is a health and safety issue that obviously most people wouldn't be okay with so I politely stated that I'd be needing them to remake the order as that is disgusting and unacceptable. Well that was met with quite the attitude both as I said it and especially after they gave me my food finally. Among other issues as very long wait times, staff openly not caring to help each other, and other patrons orders being wrong. I will make sure to never visit this location again and I urge you if possible to do the same it was a waste of time and money. read more

Went to McDonald's in Burlington, CO from Kanorado which is about a 15 mile drive at 10:11pm it was closed even though the hours state open until 11:00pm. We were informed by an employee that the manager decided to shut down early. Luckily enough Carl's Jr. was still open so it wasn't a completely wasted drive. read more

Absolutely the worst McDonalds experience ever. This McDonalds is a crap shoot. You might have decent food and service and you might not. The drive thru was busy, so we went inside. There was a woman taking orders when we walked in. She took the order in front of us and then walked to the back. And never came back! A man who I assume is the owner/manager walked out to refill coffee for a customer who came to the counter. He never acknowledged we were standing there. A woman came out to put orders on the counter and never acknowledged us. Several teen boys in street clothes came in and went to the back (assume they were coming to work but not good optics to wander thru the cooking area ). So finally a young boy who was pleasant came to take our order. My husband ordered a meal with coffee and a bottle of water. He didn't get his hash browns or water. Realized the order hadn't been out in as a meal. Went back in to get the water he had paid for and was handed a cup to get water. The food was fine when we got it but the service is pitiful. Just a "hey! Someone will be with you!" would be nice. I've had borderline service here before but after this I'll avoid this McDonalds. Not worth it! read more

Little stop basically in the middle of nowhere. Only breakfast stop for at least 50 miles so we decided to stop here, out of necessity. I personally am not a fan of McDonald's and their crappy food, so I have to admit I might be slightly bias (but who isn't?) There was two other cars going through the drive thru and it took forever to get our food. Either the intercom system isn't working or the lady behind it wasn't too keen on getting back to us very quick. It was pretty frustrating and took a long time for our order to be correctly placed. Again, not sure if it was the intercom or lady but she had a very harsh and impatient tone. They got our order right, but I don't think that's a reason to give 5 stars. This location serves as a Greyhound bus stop so if you arrive after the bus has stopped be prepared for a minor wait. You can avoid the crowd if you use the drive thru but for some reason they can be fast or extremely slow on the occasions I have visited. read more
