Traveling through on our road trip and saw this Pizza Hut by the cute nearby dog park. Decided we needed a personal pan pizza and breadstick for old time sake - I used to earn a lot of free personal pizzas from all my reading Walked in and the building was empty but it was nice and clean. I was met with a smile by the two employees behind the counter and they laughed at my jokes. Always extra points for that. Personal pepperoni pizza and breadsticks tasted just how I remember. Ordered a Super Supreme for takeout. Only veggies were black olives and mushrooms. Ate 5 pieces before I got to a piece with any other meat besides pepperoni. This was the only slice that was mostly covered with toppings, every other slice was mostly cheese. It was still a tasty pizza. I was very disappointed I spent so much for practically a 2 topping pizza that was barely topped. read more

Some of the worst service I've had at a restaurant. We were greeted, sat, and given our drink order of two waters. We ordered our food and promptly never saw from our waitress again. A separate waiter brought our food to us, which was really good. We quickly ran out of marinara as our container was half full. We then waited for 30 minutes to be waited on to order more marinara, a box, and the check, despite being one of the three tables in the restaurant. The waiting got to the point that I got up and went to the entry window to wait to ask for these things. Very disappointed. read more

Went here after not going for awhile. I ordered the Supremo sandwich. It came raw and not toasted. The cook preceded to come out and argue with me about whether it was toasted or not. My wife ordered a half salad. She requested blue cheese dressing. The waitress said that they no longer have blue cheese dressing for salads. My wife asked her what they used on their Buffalo wings and sandwiches. She said they have blue cheese dressing for those items but not salads. Despite the Pizza Hut billboard along I-70, there was NO all you can eat lunch buffet everyday. We were the first customers arriving at 11:00am. At 11:45am we still did not have our small pizza. Husband went to front to find out what was taking so long and saw two employees just standing in back chatting. Another restaurant suffering from employees not wanting to work and doing the bare minimum. The bright side, manager did not charge us for the meal due to our wait. read more

Frequently very rude and almost never get our order right.. If you eat in store odds are decent they will bring you the correct order but when it comes to delivery or call in orders they rarely get it right. Then when you try to get them to fix it they act like it's your fault they messed up. This is easily one of the worst Pizza Huts I've ever done business with. Or last order was, of course, messed up and the ham sandwiches were so hard you could drive nails with them. The lettuce was brown and wilted. My wife asked the employee, who seemed to be the shift manager, for the store managers name and number but he refused to give her the information. Then there is cleanliness. We went in for a lunch buffet in an effort to give them a second, or in reality about a fifth or sixth chance and the cook came out to put out a new pie. He was filthy and wreaked of body odor to the point it literally gagged you to stand there. If the cook is filthy then your food is certainly contaminated. read more

Pizza Hut is a great place for meeting up with friends/family and they are nice, quick and friendly there, their food is great!

We dined in on a Monday night, the place was dead. Inside is super clean in the dining room. Salad bar was the usual Pizza Hut sb. Waitstaff was friendly. Food was fine. Probably the best option of sit down dining in this town that's not fast food. read more

Ordered delivery and they seemed to have forgotten about it, been waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes. After the first 45 I called and the must have just started the order.. I get it you might be busy.. but I doubt it is that busy in Goodland Kansas population below 5000. But how do you expect to make money. I wish I never paid with my credit card. So that way I could keep my cash and go somewhere else. This is ridiculously bad service. read more

This review is for a delivery, we did not dine in. In my opinion, the service was speedy, but they charged a heck of a lot for a large pizza with a hand tossed crust and they didn't offer us any plates, cheese, or peppers. It must be because it's a small town. read more

They don't seem to honor any of the corporate promotions, so plan on paying way more than what you might see on any pizza hut ad or commercial. I've received emails with specific 'specials' and go to use them and they are 'not honored at this store.' If you're going to be a Pizza hut then honor the promos. read more
