We waited over an hour (1 hour and 10 minutes) for our food, only for some of it to come out wrong. Even worse, some people in our group never received their meals at all. When we asked for to-go boxes for the food we had already waited so long to receive, it seemed like the staff completely forgot about us again. To top it off, they tried to charge us for sandwiches that were never brought to our table. The only attempt to make things right was offering us a small piece of cake, which didn't come close to making up for the poor service and the fact that some of us left without ever getting the food we ordered.
