After a long day at our grand daughters softball game my husband and I decided to order pizza and wings to be delivered to our hotel room at Stone Castle Hotel & Conference center. Pizza Hut at 3050 Green Mountain Drive is only 4 minutes away. I called the store the girl who answered asked what can I get you sweetheart? That's not acceptable. I ordered a medium supreme pizza and a dozen bone in sweet chili sauce wings with 2 containers of Ranch dressing, I added a 15% tip for the delivery person and was told 30 -45 minutes, I asked if the delivery was to the front desk or the room. She said the room so I made sure she knew the room number asking her to repeat it. It was Valentine's Day plus there were many buses for the girls softball teams and family at the hotel so I knew it would take time. After 50 minutes I called back for estimated time of delivery and was told they'd been delivered. I asked where and she said the room. They weren't. She appologized adding they would have a new order sent out in 15 minutes. Thirty minutes later I called to cancel the order the girl on the phone said it would be a few minutes for the delivery. I stated I wanted a refund and to cancel my order and she hung up on me. I wish I had noted the girls names when I called but didn't. They have work schedules so the Pizza Hut will know who was working. A few minutes later my order arrived delivered by an assistant manger. I knew she wasn't the person who didn't deliver the last order and didn't yell at her. I simply retold her what happened. She mentioned all calls are recorded so if the girl had hung up they'd know. The pizza and wings were delicious, but the wasted time and $60 cost was extremely hard to swallow and left a bad taste in our mouths. read more

Our fresh cooked pizza looked like plastic and didn't taste very good either. It tasted like it was cooked a day ago and when you drop it on a plate it's sounds like a brick and it was thin crust! My mom ordered me their new mozzarella poppers pizza to be delivered to my room. Service was fast, friendliness on par, good customer service I love this Pizza Hut I've been going there as my go to pizza place for roughly 10 years now. Always have had phenomenal pizza for me but this one was undercooked, doughy, and the mozzarella cheese sticks on the bread were undercooked as well. Breaks my heart idk if that's how the new pizza is supposed to be but if so I'm good on all that I can't even finish the pizza and believe me I'm not the type to not finish a pizza. I am writing before I have even received or touched my food. That should tell you how bad it is. I called from our hotel room and tried to get it delivered they said the address wasn't coming up and they could not deliver that is understandable. I said i will just pick it up. I ordered and was told that it would 30 mins. I drive there and arrive about 25 mins later (i know am early and figured i would have to wait a few mins). When I get in and tell them I have a pick up she tells me I am 5 down the list and it will be 30 to 35 more mins. Told her I was told 30 mins 25 mins ago. She then tells me that is an estimate. Apparently when you train people to read from a cue card they do just that. read more

I'm really not the type to give bad reviews matter of fact I created this account because of just how bad my time with them was. Starting with stale breadsticks to completely incorrect pizzas. I would understand if the receipt reflected the mistake but everything on both sides were incorrect. Then I call back 4 times get hung up on and when I finally get through they offer store credit only to their store or a remake. I opted for the remake and depending on how that goes this might get a continuation. However I'll give them credit, the wings were fire and they got here quickly so if you want just wings I'd say go for it. read more

5 stars for a Pizza Hut? Yes. The food was hot, satisfying, tasty, and the service was very good. Also, I'm trying to balance out the only other review which is only 1 star. I understand her frustration at calling during a busy time and having to wait so long but that doesn't speak to the quality of the pizza, the price, and the service. BTW, you can go to mobile.pizzahut.com now (like I do) and skip the phone problems. On our recent visit, we ordered on-line. 5 of us and we had 4 special requests. (Including myself who wanted extra Italian sausage) So I crafted two half and halfs, found out the specials, and placed an order. It was ready when we got there but "oops" I forgot spinach. The friendly counter person said "no problem' and loaded it on the half I wanted. They also gave us tons of Parmesan, red pepper seeds, and napkins. Avoid this place if at all possible. Ordered a large pizza and a brownie on Saturday night for delivery to our hotel. After ordering, we saw it would take an hour. But an hour and a half later, we still didn't have our order so we called to ask where it was. My family of 4 came to eat here and it was not pleasant. We got seated right away and no one waited on us for 15 minutes. The waitress looked over at our table more than once and never came to serve us. A group of about 10 people came in and got seated right next to us. The waitress came to tend to them right away with water and bread. 25 minutes later, we decided to walk out. The waitress caught our eyes again and didn't stop us. No one even stopped to apologize or give us the time of day. It was not very sweet at all. I hope they read this and learn to have better client service. read more

Delivered in good time. Food was good. We ordered two pizzas and breadsticks. Not much to mess up on their part!

My husband and I arrived for a late night dine in dinner. We were not greeted when we walked in and we stood at the front counter without service. Finally I interrupted a worker and asked for dine in menus. They were thrown on the counter to me. My husband and I took our seat but was never waited on, so we decided to order to go and just go back and eat in the comfort of our hotel room. There was a 30 minute wait at 9:00pm for a take out order. We patiently waited in the car and my husband went to retrieve our order 30 minutes later and stood at the counter for probably 15 minutes without being helped. One lady finally approached (wearing jeans and not her uniform) and just said it wasn't ready without even checking. 15 minutes go by and finally it's ready and just handed to my husband without saying a word. The employees were very unprofessional, not helpful, rude, and unorganized. The pizza itself was fine, our breadsticks were cold. We will never return to this particular Pizza Hut again.
