We arrived during lunchtime and they offer an all you can eat buffet we were greeted when we walked in, but it took a moment for someone to see us as it appeared. There were three kitchen staff, but only one person working the dining room. The waitress seemed rather scattered and was running from table to table, but not accomplishing a lot. The food was OK not many options on the buffet, but the salad bar was good. There were six types of pizza available, but several were same or similar flavors just with different crust types. The waitress did not come back to refill our drinks so we had to go find her. She also didn't bring our bill so we had to go upfront to ask for it. It was an average experience. We nearly walked out because we had a 3 year old with us and the wait for our pizzas was so crazy long. We decided to give this place another try. We originally came here in September of 2019. The plates were dirty and the selection of the buffet left a lot to be desired. So we came back 5 years later just wanting something quick. My husband and I came in and sat there for 15 minutes. I tried to get the attention of the wait staff and they all ignored me. After waiting that long we left. I would understand if there was several other people in there eating but it was a group of 4 men and us. This is unacceptable. Get it together. If you're an 80's-90's kid, this Pizza Hut will take you back! It's an old fashioned Pizza Hut but very well kept, clean, and the pizza was amazing! We are from Oklahoma and we're wanting something a bit cheaper for the evening after plenty of spending during our trip and it was one of the best meals we've eaten since being here. I ordered the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, and loved it! We drove to pick it up ourselves, just to avoid the delivery fee, and then tip for a delivery driver (we are on a fixed income, but always give an 18% tip for services provided). At the end of the ordering process, I was asked if I would like to leave my tip to avoid contact at pickup. Wait? I am driving to pick up my pizza, and no one is providing table service to me, no one is delivering my pizza. Has to be the worst pizza I've ever had. I placed a order a hour before closing and I'm sure they used alllll the Alfredo sauce so they didn't have to put it up for the night. I wasn't able to grab a pice without all the topping falling off from so much sauce. It was very soggy and undercooked from how much sauce was on it. I would not recommend this place ever to anyone. Might as well pay a little more for a pizza someone builds with the intention of making good pizzas. Until they quit putting 2 gallons of sauce on a medium pizza I will go somewhere else. Ps. Me and my 2 children went for the lunch buffet at 11:30 ! We come to eureka springs every 2-3 weeks and have had pizza here but never the buffet. Ok first of all there were only 4 slices of pepperoni pizza that was old and cold but we ate it any way we were starving we then waited around 20-30 no new pizza . The Pizza Hut in Eureka Springs is TOP NOTCH, my girlfriend and I go there a couple times a month for the hot wings buffet. Since they remodeled this Pizza Hut in Eureka Springs service has been absolutely the pits. They over cook the pizza to where the crust is chewy so why even bother to have a crust. Also, they do NOT seem to take Covid-19 very seriously. Apparently they don't follow nor practice what they post on the door which states No shirt, No shoes, No Mask, No Service yet one of the cooks didn't have a face mask, one of the employees had his mask only covering his mouth, one employee working the take out register has his mask pulled down and another employee had her mask pulled down as well. When I pointed this out and that customers were walking in with NO face mask the manager (Branden I think was his name) said we can't control customers and did not comment on his employees. Like I said this store used to be friendly, nice, helpful and make my order correct which they did not do today. Corporate office should do something about this store and if not for the customer service but for the lack of concern to the general public regarding the covid-19 coronavirus exposure the manager is flagrantly ignoring. We arrived at this PH at 7:30pm on 2/15/15. We noticed on the door that it stated that they closed at 10pm so we went in and were greeted by a hateful little "lady" with enough facial piercings to set off ever metal detector within a 100 mile radius. She didn't say "Hi!" or "Welcome to Pizza Hut" but rather said very hatefully, "Are you doing carry-out?" to which we said that we weren't and asked what time they closed. She told me they closed at 9pm and then rolled her eyes as we told her we would like a seat. She literally threw menus at us and then proceeded to badmouth us to the kitchen workers well within earshot of us. She came back to our table and very hatefully asked, "Do you know what you want YET?" We hurriedly placed our order and ordered salads as well. At about 7:45pm she came back to our table and asked if we were done with the salad bar yet. Sending her hurry to get somewhere or do something more important than wait on us we told her we were and then proceeded to choke down our meal so we could get out of there. We are visiting for the week and just finished eating at Pizza Hut in Eureka. Was a little hesitant after reading the bad reviews on here. We decided to see for ourselves. We were greeted with a smile and a welcome. We were seated right away and had a very nice young man waiting on us. The salad bar was fresh and clean which would have been a deal breaker for my wife. The waiter actually got us a second pizza for free (on special two mediums for price of one, any toppings) vs what we were ordering. He was very attentive but didn't pester us either. Over all it was an great pizza eating experience with another pizza for leftovers while we go out on the lake tomorrow.
