So this is my first year actually tasting slim chicken. I absolutely love their grilled chicken with honey mustard or ranch. Which is perfect if you are not trying to have a lot of carbs. If you don't mind the carbs, then any of the strip or sandwich meals would be perfect. And don't let me forget the desserts in the bottles. You most definitely have to try one of those. The ambience here is casual and the customer service is great. I don't believe I've had any dine-in or take out issues with my orders. There is another QSR in town I won't name that has a house salad they is 3 times this size and I can eat for several meals. Needless to say. You posted a special online for $5.99 Chicken Sandwich meal at the Bentonville location across from NWACC and the staff knew nothing about it. My husband told 2 different employees that the OPEN sign was off. They were dismissive. After dining in we come to realize the OPEN sign being off was was really code for we have no heat. Don't dine in. It was so freaking cold in the restaurant. Not sure what the heat in the dining room is set on but every person in the place we're wearing coats. Love slims and their freshly cooked chicken. This is my new go-to location, since it's right off the highway. I highly recommend the cayenne ranch to go with your tenders. Always check the contents of the order before handing over food to the Uber driver. They expect you to fulfill the order they are to deliver. When you leave out someone's meal or item it's a huge disappointment and inconvenience. When I called to discuss, you simply gave me the "Uber Complaint number". Raisin' Canes rip off that does it worse....much worse. The tenders are half the size of RC's and the secret sauce is a weak rip-off of the canes sauce. Not the best location right now due to construction everywhere it's surrounded by. I feel like right now also they're a little short handed because the girl taking the order inside was also taking the order for the drive thru. We initially started in the drive thru then my kid had a toddler emergency and needed to go potty NOW. So we went in. Bathrooms are nice and clean When you walk into the building it has that new built smell. And the atmosphere is very fun not overly done. We ordered a couple kids meals and a wrap with fried pickles. It will be even nicer if they connect the side road to get to Slim's with the Sam's club road because you can turn right out of Slims but good luck going left, especially in any kind of traffic Mon-Sat. The decor is Slim's suitable. There are tables and booths as well as an outdoor patio. Self service Coke fountain and teas. My go to is the 3&3- 3 wings mild and 3 tenders with fries or sub fried mushrooms or fried pickles. Use the Slims app to order ahead and pick up. They put cubbies by the door and will write your name in the order so just walk in, grab and go. Always fresh and never frozen! Stopped by on Christmas Eve and entered the drive thru to pick up a scheduled order. As I pulled up to the window, the employee rudely shoved the bag through the window and shut the window without a word while I was trying to thank them and ask for napkins. It was quick to get my six wings combo with fries and ice tea. I love the sauce options. I got garlic parmesan wing and cayenne ranch dipping sauce. The way they ask you to choose two sauce is kind of confusing. First, you have to choose flavor of the coating sauce. And then you select a dipping sauce on the side. They offer dining and drive-through as well as outdoor seating. I ordered the Cayenne chicken sandwich meal which comes with fries and a drink there's only a $.25 difference if you don't want to drink so it's just best to get a drink. I also ordered the cheesecake jar which was pretty good but filled with more whip cream then cheesecakeFor the price of $4.99 I need more cheesecake. Excellent chicken tenders with a good variety of dipping sauces. They are always fried fresh and are hot. My combo came with fries and garlic toast. The lemonade here is good too. It's not in the menu to buy it that way so I started asking questions of how it comes, etc and notice that the person taking my order sounded bothered by my questions. But I have never in my entire life been to a restaurant where the entire staff that works here are so unhappy and so nasty.
