Well they remodeled the restaurant and changed some things but 1 thing remained the same. It took forever to get our food. When it arrived the wings were mixed up and the flavors we ordered were not together. The wings were good sized and 10 were more than I could eat but I prefer a 50/50 split of drummets and flats and the majority were all drummets. Typically the wait is fairly long as the wings are always made fresh to order. Most waits are between 15-25 mins. They season their fries with a salty/sweet seasoning. You should do this vs than using your real name such as Mike, Joe, Bo, Mary, etc.. As for the wings, there are boneless and with bone. I like my wings with the bone. A 40 min wait time for fast food wtf? That's pretty crazy where the hell is the manager?

The manager was great with addressing our issue and help compensate the hassle of this restaurant. The back crew are ridiculous! I would give this place a one but I at least want to give the praise to the manager for what she did. We ordered a meal online, drove about 3 miles to pick up a $33 order. We are right at the corner of pulling into our home when we get a call that we have the wrong order. Do keep in mind the receipt had our order on it. We turn around to drive back to this establishment a bit discouraged and discussing how they could honestly mess an order up like that? Not paying attention, to busy messing around, utter incompetence. We arrive back and the couple that arrived 5 minutes after us when we first arrived and order in house, had their order done and they left. Our order was still not made, after ordering online! For what reason? Who knows... The manger was gracious enough to provide us drinks while we waited and apologized for the back crew. Our order was finally done and a young lady brought the bag to my fiancé, no apology or anything from her. I asked her if I needed to open the bag on the counter to inspect, to ensure this team did not mess up again and cause us to turn around a second time. She laughed and said it was correct. In confidence, we drove back home. That was my mistake, with this specific location, check your bags! We are home, pulling out the food, we notice after spending $33 dollars and driving back and forth, we are missing sides. This now has my opinion of complete incompetence. This place! I can't get enough of it. I've been here a countless number of times. The wings are delicious, the best I've had anywhere. They're not fatty but are super meaty (referring to the traditional style, never tried the boneless). The fries are also a nice cherry on top of everything. Not only are the wings crisp and perfectly flavored, the fries at this place are probably some of my favorite! They're sweet, yet taste salty at the same time. Me and my father have been coming steadily once a week for the past three or so years. When we've called ahead, our food is usually ready to eat, but still fresh once we get there. If not it's only about a 5-10 wait which is not bad considering how busy they are around the time that we come. I haven't tried ordering through the app yet but ordering in the store, and calling ahead, they never fail or disappoint!
