Then it took another 15 minutes to get my order ready. The staff were too busy dancing and joking around directly behind the register. This location is horrible. I Went there tonight at 10:39 on a Friday, they are open until 11:00 and online says orders end at 10:45. They said they were closed and when I pointed out the time they said they "turn off the fryers at 10:30 and the 11:00 time is when they have to be out of the building" and again that they were closed. I made the comment that "they should lock the door when closed and change the hours to when they are actually open like most businesses". Their response as I left was for several of the twerps to give me the finger. I sure hope the owner sees this and is better than his employees. read more

Love the wings here. I'm a dry rub fan so I go with lemon pepper and Louisiana rubs. My wings were nice and crisp as ordered. Took so long to get the food and the fries were barely warm. After waiting that long didn't have time to ask them to replace them. Nicely remodeled inside but they need to better manage on line orders with walk ins. read more

Doubt we ever go back. We live 25 minutes from this store so it's important to get orders right. Our son picked up what they gave him as our order and returned home. Then (25 minutes after my son picked up the food) they call to say there was another bag in our order. Another son (whose food wasn't given to us) drove back to get his food. What did they do to make it right? Gave those of us who had already eaten more than an hour earlier by the time our son returned home some "fresh fries" but gave my son 50 minute old wings (they didn't make him fresh one). I'm disappointed because I know it's hard for restaurant, but good grief. They seemed to have plenty of help in the kitchen and still took forever. Last time took awhile and so we hadn't been back. it's been almost a year, so we tried again. That backfired. We ordered and hour and a half in advance to be sure we had plenty of time. We show up at 6 on the dot AND IT STILL WAS NOT READY! We finally get the order 10 minutes after we were supposed to get it. Does not seem long, but we ordered an hour and a half in advance. We get our food and one order was wrong. Ordered a 20 piece mix with two sauces. We got a 15 piece with one sauce. The sauce I can handle, but missing a quarter of the food that was supposed to feed two people is frustrating. Not only that, food is a lot more expensive. If we didn't live 30 minutes from there it would have went back. To make it worse, the wings were over cooked. I guess we Will go somewhere else next time. So disappointed. read more

When I want wings this is my go to place. These guys are always busy so call your order in before you go. My personal favorite is the Lemon Pepper Wings but they have a flavor to suit every taste. I haven't tasted all of them but I'd bet they have something for every taste. I'm not as pleased with the boneless wings but I suppose kids would like them. I'm not a fan of seasoned fries but the lightly seasoned fresh cut fries made here are perfect. This is most always a clean restaurant but they can get behind when really busy. If you can't find a clean table then you can eat in your car. Chicken grease will keep your leather seats from drying up. read more

We ordered 2 of the 3 piece chicken tender combos ( the tenders weren't very hot) I had the potato salad ( it was pretty good) and my husband had the seasoned fries( they were soggy, cold and tasted like they had been there all day). I ordered a side of coleslaw as well and ended up throwing most of it out( I prefer KFC coleslaw) and also ordered the roles. Out of all the food the potato salad and rolls were the only thing I really liked. The guys cooking the food screwed our order up but thankfully the lady at the register caught it( and chewed him out, the guys were so scattered and couldn't handle the dinner time rush). Stopped in for some wings and almost fainted when the person helping me said it was a 25 minute wait....after already having waited about 10 minutes in line at the counter to order. This seemed a little extreme, as there were only about 10 people in the place, but I figured they had some large to go orders. No problem. I've been here before, and food was pretty good and I was craving their original wings. I hadn't been here in awhile and they've expanded into the next room to open up more room for seating. Thought this was a good sign, and it was definitely a plus since I'd last visited this place. Grabbed a seat and waited for those hot, fresh wings. At right about the 25 minute mark my order came up. Went to try a fry and it was lukewarm, at best. Went in for what I thought would be a piping, hot wing, only to bite into another lukewarm, dried out piece of chicken. Seriously? I just waited 25 minutes for barely warm food? As I waited to get a refill on my drink, I spoke to another patron who had waited 40 minutes for their food. Didn't ask if it was hot or not, but honestly this is just unacceptable. If I'm waiting this long, it should be hot and the best wings I can get. Period. The food is generally pretty decent here, but not worth an hour of my time for food that had obviously been sitting in a warming tray for who knows how long. If you decide to come here, do yourself a favor and call in your order. Not sure I'll be back after this trip, but if I do, and my food isn't fresh, I will never return. read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING YOUR DECISION. I'd like to say that the customer service is as good as their food, unfortunately it would be better to fully automate the personal experience and just pick up the food. First, we live 15 minutes away so to order and make a pick up rather than going to the store or ANY other place should be a Kudos, unless you mess up the order. Wing Stop somehow missed making traditional wings for boneless which is amazing because that's their job. All that's required is to look at the order and make the food. It's not complicated. But we trusted them and went home thinking we were going to have an awesome meal. We opened the box and it was wrong. So we call them up and they are great at customer service on the phone. However, when we showed up, they didn't greet us with an apology. They just decided that talking respectfully to another human being was not their style. Instead, they greeted us with "Here's how much you owe for the difference". After a very short conversation with the greeter, we decided it was time to speak with a manager whom one would expect to de-escalate and provide solutions to customer complaints. However, to our surprise she stated "We can't just give this to you for free". Which was not the point...at all! We paid the difference regardless. Why? Because my girlfriend is pregnant and has now been waiting for over an hour to eat. Then after stating they had refunded the amount, we checked, they didn't. This is now the second trip home and there it is, soggy chicken. Again that is amazing because it is their JOB. My recommendation, anytime you want to get chicken wings, go to BWW. They obviously don't care about the quality of their food or the quality of customer service. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: We were called by the manager over the state of Arkansas directly and was given the opportunity to express our grievance over the phone and reassured that we will be given better treatment at our next visit. By far the best wings I've ever had. they have so many sauces- sweet, garlic, hot, Cajun, for different tastes and moods. I love the original hot and garlic Parmesan- both different but amazing. All their sides are homemade- potato salad, beans, and french fries. The best are the french fries- they are hand cut and they have the most amazing spices on them. the manager said it was a premixed spice set from Wing Stop but I can taste salt and sugar YUM!!! The wings are always fried fresh and NOT breaded which I love (but that is an individual preference) Also, the staff is great. they let me try the sauces and the manager even threw in a couple of wings free for us. The only downside is that they run out of tea early in the night and don't remake it :( Overall, great wings and the staff and the TVs and music and beer selection is just a huge bonus read more

I love wing stop but this location disappointed me. The service was slow, they were out of rolls and the chocked was fatty and soft.

Before expanding they used to have enough staff. After increasing space inside the store, they didn't increase the kitchen, or staff. This evening - a Saturday I ordered online at around 6pm, it says it will be ready at 6:21. I show up at 6:23 excited for the amazing delicious crispy wings, only to walk into a 12 man line. Most of who also had online orders. It is now 7:00pm and just received my order. They should offer reimbursements, or discounts or something when this happens, as well as staff up. read more
