Vegan Option Review | This is one of our favorites places to bring visitors to when they want a solid meal. I really enjoy the veggie patty - it is house made and tastes clean and not overly oily. The sides are great as well. We really enjoyed the dairy free cookies and cream milkshake too! The cocktails and beer variety really allow for you to enjoy a drink before the movies, or complement a full meal. The cocktails can be pricey but are well balanced. Service is hit and miss - sometimes the crew is on it, other times we have had to ask for refills, sauces, napkins and forks multiple times after the food has already been delivered. We had one experience where the place settings hadn't been made so we were given cocktail napkins and plastic utensils to eat with. Tried big orange for the first time. Upon entering the vibe is pretty cool, gastropub with lots of seating and good air flow. The drinks get served in hard plastic cups which I don't like especially at a higher priced restaurant. Tried the Nashville onion rings and they were really greasy but good! I forgot the name of the burger i got but it had an egg and bacon in it. VERY GREASY and ZERO FLAVOR. There was a puddle of grease on my plate after bitting into it. Fries are a separate charge from the burger. They were cold and no flavor. Our server was really nice but nothing above and beyond. For 2 people who got zero alcohol or apps it was $60. Decided to grab a quick bite and decided on Big Orange and it didn't disappoint. Was greeted and promptly seated. Server took our drink order and since we were ready they also took our food order. I ordered the a brown ale and the classic burger with cheddar and fries. Beer was delivered pretty quick but the food ended up taking a bit which is why I went with 4 stars. Otherwise, the food tasted great. Burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were just perfect. The decor was nice and very quiet as I think we made it in before the dinner crowd. This location is in an open mall with lots of parking. Big Orange is one of my favorites. I love that they have gluten free buns and vegan milkshakes. This is a rare find for someone who has a lactose allergy. The service is always friendly and efficient. We were seated quickly and the interior has some interesting art like the cassette walk. There is a full bar as well. There is mostly burgers but I like that you have an option of beef, turkey, black bean or 1/2 and 1/2 patty. The burgers are served alone and then there are several options of fries to choose from like French fries, sweet potato fries or garlic truffle fries. I normally get the garlic truffle fries with the red pepper chipotle mayo. I like the farmers burger with the turkey patty. My husband and I round it out with splitting the plain Jane milkshake and the coconut whip cream is really good. read more

Came back after a while. I was right - the food's MUCH better when you dine-in. Hickory smoke burger was great. Sauce was finger-licking savory. I skipped the fried onions though. Truffle fries were also delicious. Just the right amount of pepper. If they were slightly crispier, they would've been perfect fries. And the orange dreamsicle was also great of course. I wouldn't say it's worth 8 bucks though. Idk who in the world made that call. read more

Food was lukewarm-cold Had the bowl of chili, flavor was there but it was lukewarm. On top of that you could see the cheese has slowly been sinking because it was sitting out for so long. Gf got a burger and sweet tea, the burger was warmish, and with tomatoes (ordered without them). They also got the sweet tea order wrong. Friend also got their burger lukewarm with the order wrong. Service took a lot longer than it should've, the people that walked in after us by a good 15-20 minutes got their food around the same time as us and said only good things. Onto the good things The hosts were really nice It's usually good, I've been here around 3 times this one included and the other times I would've rated around 4 stars because it's typically like that. The only thing that changed is we decided to sit at the bar. I'm rating 2 because the service was terrible but I know it's not the place but the person. Visited on the evening of Dec. 28th, 2024 I'll start by saying that I worked in the service industry for a long time and when customers spend time and money to go out for dinner they should be taken care of from the time they enter to the time they leave. My party of 7 was treated like a complete inconvenience to the hostesses when we arrived and then by the server from the minute we sat down. The server was rude and wouldn't even look at anyone at our table. When we had a few questions about drinks she actually sighed and talked to us like we were all stupid using one word answers. This girl needs to be washing dishes in the back NOT pretending to be a server. She obviously does not want to be there. She forgot about our appetizer and brought it out with the entrees and without apologies. The food is really good but I will not be back because of the service. They have a lot of training to do. There are way too many other great places with outstanding service in the Rogers area! Skip this one! read more

Worst burger and fries. Burger way over cooked. Fries cold. Bus boy cleared the table next to us and wiped the table off with everything going on the floor then proceeded to kick all the food and scraps under the table for the next customer. Men's bathroom had no soap. Kitchen staff using the same bathroom and not washing their hands with any soap. Gross experience. Health department needs to pay a visit before someone gets ill. Mahi mahi burger is a favorite with their sweet potatoes fries. Service is a great! Even on a busy Friday night, we had an excellent experience. Make your reservation, there were 20 people ahead of us on a Friday night, even the bar seating was full. But they text you to head to them, allowing time to chat outside or shop nearby. Family friendly, there is a large table at the entrance for a large group, may seat 12 people--confirm occupancy and availability prior to arrival. read more

Big Orange has been in decline for months. Our visit yesterday will be my last. The service was horrible and the food was cold. Cold burgers, cold fries, cold shoulder. We had to ask for everything, including flat wear and drink refills. Six sandwiches with fries, one salad, two beers, one iced tea... over $160.00. At that price point you'd better get it right, and they don't seem to be able to. Next time I'll just go to Five Guys. There are lots of places with better burgers and better value. read more

Our ticket got "lost" and after almost an hour we got our food in stages - burgers and then had to ask for our fries. These things happen but there was no visit to our table from a manager and they gave us only a 25% discount. Comping one of our emails and an appearance from a manager would have gone a long way in making us want to go back. read more

this place is normally pretty good, but if you look under 50 i wouldn't sit at the bar. if the bartender thinks you're not gonna drink yourself stupid and tip your mortgage the service will be beyond slow. came with my bf and my best friend, sat down at 2:40 and got our food our 3:30. it was a bowl of chili, a classic burger with no tomato, and a bacon avocado. classic had tomatoes on it, chili looked depressing, and the burgers were cold. not to mention, we were served last at the bar despite everyone having sat down after us. very interesting, and i hope the staffing shortage is fixed at some point. read more

We have been here many times over the years and have never had issues with service or quality. However, after our last experience we might not return again. For context- it was pretty slow on this evening. We ordered queso immediately and it took about 20 minutes to come. Again, we've been here many times and this is not the normal, it typically comes before our drinks even come. Once we asked about it, it came immediately, leading to me believe it was never rang in the first time. We then ordered a burger and shake to share and 2 side orders of fries- this also took a significant amount of time to come out. We were only brought the burger, no fries or shake. After about 10 minutes our server finally came to check on us- at which point we asked about the fries and shake. She said she'd be back with the fries, however, after about another 5-10 minutes, she returned to tell us they were out of fries for the night (it was only 6PM). This also lead us to believe the fries were never rang in with the burger- or else the issue of being out could have been addressed and we could have gotten another side. At this point, we were well passed finished with our split burger and just asked for the check. The shake took another 10 minutes to come. Giving 2 stars because the shake was rightfully compensated for- but we were never spoken to by management which should be a standard procedure when guests have such a terrible experience. We left still hungry and out 37 dollars for only a queso app and one burger. Extremely disappointed and will likely not return. read more
