Visited on 6/7/26. Have gone here before and always had good food. This time the food was awful. Ordered Parmesan fries and got a place of soggy warm fries covered in a goop with bread crumbs or something. Ate one and left it alone. Others in my party ordered the veggie patty burger and got a frozen black bean sandwich instead of their usual made in house veggie patty. Table was grungy and didn't feel clean. We've been going to Parkside Public for years and the service has always been top-notch, the atmosphere and vibe is fantastic, their fried green beans are one of the best apps ever and love that it's part of our DTR community. My only gripe is with the brioche buns they use for their hamburgers and sandwiches. They are way too thick, dry and dense and make the entire burger seem dry and flavorless. A simple sesame seed bun would do wonders. read more

Been coming here since it opened. For the first few years it was great. About a year ago they switched to frozen pre-made hamburger patties that were not good. We stopped coming for quite sometime but decided to give them another chance because I love the location and atmosphere. Wonderful news, they've switched back to fresh beef and it couldn't be better. I was out of town for a work event and decided to stop here, but honestly, it wasn't great. There was only one server working, who was also the bartender... and he just told me to sit wherever. None of the burgers come with fries, so everything has to be ordered separately, which made it pricey for what you get. The portion sizes were small, and I talked to someone after who said they had the same experience. I got the parm fries, which were covered in processed mozzarella and came with barely any fries underneath. The fries tasted stale, even though they were supposed to be homemade. While out at some local shops in downtown Rogers we asked for a good place to grab a burner and this place was recommended to us. Unfortunately the food just was not that great. Our visit started swimmingly. The atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting and we were seated right away. Our order was taken promptly and food was delivered. The chicken fried steak sandwich was good but I preferred it without bacon since it was overpowering but that is a personal preference and I was able to give someone else at the table my bacon so no issue there, my partner's wings were delicious so I'll definitely order the wings next time we come here, and the gravy on the debris fries was so delicious I was dipping my sandwich in it. I called in, and ordered food to go for 6 people. When I arrived, I waited a few minutes for someone to welcome me ... but the service wasn't very welcoming. Once I finally got someone's attention, I was directed to go to the bar. The same server appeared with 2 bags stapled closed. I told her it was our first time, and she replied that we had some "good stuff." When I arrived home, and opened up the bags, none of the 9 containers were labeled in any way. I had to go through each and every container to figure out what and whose it was. I'd highly recommend to Parkside Public that labeling would be helpful, especially with larger orders. What a pleasant surprise for lunch! I've driven past this local restaurant several times and didn't notice it. A co-worker mentioned it last week and I have now added it to my list of lunch places. I had a turkey burger and was very pleased with the presentation, flavor, and taste. In fact, it was one of the best I've had in quite some time. I'm told they grind their own turkey and do not purchase them pre-made. We enjoyed an appetizer of loaded fries that were over the top. One order easily served 4 people. The atmosphere is quirky and fun. Family friendly but also great little bar area with decent taps and plenty to look at or keep you busy. Service was great and we even enjoyed some dad jokes from our server. We used one of those jokes to get a free pour on Father's Day when we rolled back into town at our local brewery so thanks for that far out joke . My mother in law and I are LOVING this place! I live fairly close to Downtown Rogers, and this is just such an easy place to order and grab to go! It's a cute little place and the food is sooo yummy! We love their sandwiches and burgers. But i espeically love their fries! Their fries are sweet and salty and just everything i want in a fry!
