What a treasure to find twist ice cream cones that remind of days gone by. This is the epitome of a mom and pop shop. Menu posted on a board, order at the counter, with seating for about 30 people. Nothing fancy on the inside with typical diner food: sandwiches, salads, ice cream + breakfast! The patty melt was exceptionally tasty and chicken fingers and tots were good too. There was an older couple who said they had been stopping in for years when in the area and love the frito pie, and the lady at the fruit market just down the road said they always go for the Saturday cheeseburger special and add a shake - "the best shakes around here." Food is like something you would make out of a microwave, they have decent breakfast and coffee though.

Recently went downhill... always messing up our orders, food is cold and soggy. They always forget half our stuff. And not to mention the customer service ‍ so rude!!! We're always met with sass and attitude, and frequent eye rolls! It's unacceptable. read more

Traveling from Eureka Springs, AR to Dallas. We're always on the lookout for something other than chains and fast food. T & T fit the bill and we were not disappointed. You place your order at the counter and they bring your order to the table. Service was friendly and quick. Hubby had a club sandwich and onion rings. I had a grilled cheese (add tomato & bacon) and the crispy fries. We were both happy. The sandwiches were served in wrapped paper, and there were paper trays for fries and rings. The club sandwich was a true classic club (BLT, ham and cheese). Onion rings and fries were very good. We will stop here again.Thanks! read more

This is the best Mom and Pop Burger joint around! If you read bad reviews please understand that for about 2 years someone else was buying the restaurant and changed the food, the people and the whole place losing a lot of local customers. The original owners are back now and so is the great food, great atmosphere, and great people! Burgers, chili dogs, Frito pies, sandwiches, fries, tots, onion rings (ooooohhhh the onion rings!), Shakes, fried pies ..... Way too much to post it all but as a loyal T-and-T customer once again I assure you that you can't beat this place y'all! read more

This place is phenomenal. It's a local, ma & pa owned joint, diner style food. Their ham & cheese is great! Burgers are great! Delicious tots & mushrooms...The best thing about this place though, is their service. I've gone in 5 minutes before closing and the owners will ensure you are taken care of. Oh, and the bathrooms are clean. This is a great place with wonderful food and even better owners. I wish all restaurants had these two people at the helm managing them! read more

$$ I visited J & J Diner today with my mother and for 3 people, the price was a little steep. For 2 Cheese Burgers and Fries And 1 (3 Piece Chicken Strips with fries) It costed 27.93 The Chicken Strips were okay, but, the fries were dry. Not juicy at all, somewhat between soft and hard. I like my Chicken Strips just right, juicy and falling apart in my fingers. My fries were were almost hard, but, very dry. If I were to give the food a scale from 1 to 10. I would give the food a 4 & 1/2 (Four & A Half). J & J Diner has a 2 signs in their Fast Food Restaurant. They say, and I quote. Fresh Food Is Not Fast Food. Boyfriend told me the place was good so we decided to go for dinner. I had only had the soft serve ice cream before which was yummy. He had the Patty Melt which has grilled onions between two different cheeses melted on each side of the toast with a burger patty. It was delicious. I had a hamburger with crinkly fries and it was good. I was curious about the burrito so I had that as well and it was bean and beef. It was also good. We also enjoyed some fried pies (blackberry and strawberry rhubarb). Overall positive experience, staff was friendly and quick. Update: Something I had eaten did not agree with my stomach so I went from 4 stars to 3 stars. read more

HIGHLY OVERPRICED! Cheeseburger was $7, side of tots was another $4.50. Order of frozen and then dropped in vat of dirty grease to be fried mushrooms, was another $6.50. A medium malt was $5.50. If your looking for a great old school burger and fries this is the place to get your burger fix. First of all this place has been around for over 40 years. What your going to get here is a old fashion cooked burger on a flat top griddle with that nice char on your burgers. I always get the double cheeseburger with the crinkle fries and a chocolate milkshake. Best burgers in town hands down. Don't forget about there chili cheese dogs hands down the best. Once you eat here you'll be wanting to come back. It's a real throwback to great burgers with friendly people working here. Great little "hole in the wall" place run by some nice local folks. Great burgers, haven't been out that way in a while but it was as good as it always has been. Carry out only but they do have a Drive Thru window but call ahead to order (the drive thru intercom is broken) Great Food, reasonably priced. You won't be disappointed. read more

For a small diner on the side of the highway, the food was good and plentiful and cheap. We really enjoyed the hearty portions and as long as you don't mind pre-formed hashbrowns or greasy sausage, you should enjoy it too. The setting is modest--old booths crammed into a room. Nothing fancy, but that's nice if you're coming in dirty from the lake. We both ate breakfast for $12 and left fat and happy :) read more

They are now J&J Diner. Been a local customer for over 5 years. New policy will not allow call in orders under $50 even if you pay upfront. They have a Facebook website that is not friendly for online ordering as they say is the only way to get food unless you show up a wait. This is BS and will not go back along with many other reviewers seen. read more

Family run, delicious greasy spoon. Not much to look at on the outside, but the food is worth the visit. Really good country breakfast for $5 if you can get here before 10:30am. Starting eating at TnT almost 2 years ago when we started building a house east of Springdale. Staff and owners are friendly and serve great quality food at a fair price. Wow. If you haven't been to T&T's on Thursday night, you are missing a big rib night. Juicy pork ribs, baked potato, cole slaw, pickled tomatoes, fried okra, all for a reasonable price. Friendly staff who remembers your name. And where else can you get a really good cup of coffee for a dime. Yes, not a typo. It's ten cents. Friday night is steak night And Thursday and Friday are both catfish nights. You will love it. read more
