I have been coming here for years and the burgers are always good and greasy! Customer service is typically good, but can vary depending on the age of the people behind the counter. The restaurant is interesting with lots of stuff to look at on the walls. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because they serve tap iced tea, it is not fresh brewed which is an oddity to me, especially being in the south. read more

This place is not with it do not go or order from this restaurant. The food is not worth the poor customer service and quality, not only did they not pay attention to the simple order we placed but they had the nerve to be rude when called about it. The first person that answered the phone was extremely rude, I could hear her on the other end telling another employee she didn't want to deal with me complaining about the order. Seriously? Once telling the employee that took my order that it was wrong they then argued to me that I said corn dog instead of chili dog, I'm pretty sure I said chili dog because my picky eater son won't touch a corn dog. Upsetting! I'm outraged on how negative experience we had, it wasn't this way when I called to place the order so I'm confused. They did offer to give us two free chili dogs but since our son is immune compromised we worried that they out of retaliation they would possible containment the food. Old school goodness is what this place is all about.......went here for lunch today, and had the double cheeseburger, fries, and coke combo. I've been all over the world and have had burgers from here to Asia, and this is hands down the best burger I have ever had. When I left, I told the nice lady (I think she is the owner) that this was the best burger I have ever had, she responded, "Well, that's because it is the best burger you will ever have." You order as soon as you come in the door. I came in around 11:30 am. About 5 minutes to take my order and they brought it to me 10 minutes. Hamburger was good, French fries were served hot. We love the burgers here and have been patrons for some time. The food is phenomenal. They have been open until 8:00 pm for a long time. Like some other restaurants they have decided to close at 7:30. I was there at 7:25 on a Tuesday and was informed that they just decided to close and that the grill had been shut down. They said they were now going to close every day at 7:30 but that they had not changed the hours on the internet. I have to wonder if the owner has truly changed the hours or if the teenage kids are making the changes unilaterally. Either way, Patrick's is worth the stop. Overall a very good burger. I would definitely stop here again when I visit my brother. The lady at the counter was very helpful and even went the extra mile to correct the issue with our order. Not a big deal honestly. Things happen and their are tons of ppl ordering constantly, so I get a mix up here or there. It's more or less how they respond to the customer complaint that matters. She was extremely apologetic and made sure everything was corrected. The only thing I didn't care for was the texture of the fries. Some appeared to not be completely fried all the way through. Heard great things about this local place for years. Just never got around to trying it. Today decided to give it a go. Big mistake! The guy taking orders had a hard time understanding what we wanted to order. There were many people there waiting for their order. After we finally finished ordering we waited approximately 20 minutes. During this time there were many questions by the staff on what our order was - and many unhappy customers coming back to say their orders were wrong. One lady said that she had waited over an hour for her food. In the end we received our food. We took it home. It was mostly right. I ordered bacon on my burger - there was no bacon. We ordered tater tots - and received maybe 8 total tots. They were out of fries, out of fried pies. My daughter's hot dog wasn't any good. My burger was just so-so. My wife said that a Sonic burger was better. And the lack of service was the biggest issue. During our wait they turned off the "open" sign. Also there was a gallon of milk sitting out on the counter the whole time we were there - definitely didn't want to order a shake. A lady sitting near us said that she knows the owners and the service and food used to be better. There seemed to be no "adult" older than college age working - and as all places are having difficulty hiring workers - this place probably has that issue too. We will be trying elsewhere for our burgers in the future. I'm giving it 2 stars as of right now we haven't had Montezuma's Revenge, yet. read more

Well this is a gem of a find. A hidden little treasure in Elm springs. Just off the exit to the highway and the best part they open for lunch at 10am. The burger was larger than I expected but the perfect thickness. The Krinkle cut fries were a bonus. I even tried the onion rigs which were battered not breaded. I have not been inside Patrick's. I placed a to go order while on a road trip. My husband brought the food back to the car. OMG, the double cheese burger special was so wonderful. This is a great burger. Its juicy and cheesy. The bun was soft and not too much bread just letting the burger be the star. Mmm that was good. Plus, personally i love crinkle fries. BONUS, they serve crinkle fries. There are other types too. Time frame between ordering and pick up was pretty quick. read more

Overhyped, I live near this place and was not what I was expecting. The food is overpriced, the place smells like sweat, and the tables are lopsided.
