Everything about this Culver's in Rodger's reminded me of home. Will definitely make the 15 min drive back. The onion rings were wonderful. The cheese curds were good but way too salty. Food was good quality; however, the onion bun was burnt. Still tasted ok, but the burn flavor was apparent. Service was good with a 3-5 minute wait after ordering. Ambiance is nice with decent music and comfortable seating. I would come back for sure. read more

Culver's on walton BLVD ~ THE BEST EVER! Good service, good food & restaurant is always very clean.

It took nearly 30 minutes to get our food after placing our order. That wasn't a big deal for us; however, that put us near closing time for the restaurant and a staff member came to our table and told us that we had to leave because they were closing. Very bad customer service and I will be going to the Bentonville location (which I normally go to) from now on. We couldn't even fill our drinks which we paid for because they shut off the soda machine. read more

ive heard and seen so many post on culver's and finally i found the opportunity to try their burgers and onion rings and chocolate shake and after i get home and check my order. no milk shake so i try to call the number on the recielpt and no answer, just disconnect. so i go on line to the tellculver and after 3 attempts to tell cullver, i was told to remove any zero's did that and then it tells me i've expired my attempts to tell culver. very disappointed and wiil try to get some of my $23.14 back. really culver's no milk shake. i will be telling my friends and family about my experience. read more

I have tried the burgers and cheese curds, and still highly recommend both. However, today, after reading positive reviews, I tried the $13.99 cod dinner. I was allowed to trade the slaw for a drink and I got a small handful of fries along with a cold roll and one tiny container of cold butter. I thought the fish was flavorless as was the batter, which was dark brown on the outside and mushy underneath. If I had not been starving, I would have thrown it all away. I ate most of the fish, but doused it thoroughly in tartar sauce. The fish is a big thumbs down for me. read more

The service was very good, and the restaurant was clean, very nicely designed. But this does not make up for the fact the food is just bad. The hamburgers are maybe 2 ounces, and lack any seasoning. I asked for ketchup and got none, my wife's mustard was not added. The bun fell apart while eating, no substance. And the fries were a joke, there were plenty, but they were raw inside. And to top it off it is over priced! Won't be coming back. The only bright spot was the custard. But I get better ice cream for half the price at Braum's. read more

Food is Great but Service is really horrible!!! After staying away because of them always leaving something out of our order that we have paid for. Tonight we finally go back, wants again they left the side of cheese sauce we ordered and paid for out of our bag. The young man argued with my wife over $1.00 side of cheese sauce. One star for slow service. I've eaten here several times and it always takes them so long to bring out your order, even when there's hardly anybody! After how they mixed up my order today, I don't think I'd come back to this place again. I had to wait for a burger and a side of fries for over 30 minutes while people who came after me had already gotten their foods. Their butter burger is decent but not that good to wait that long. There are other burger places around here that have better burgers and services. read more

Came here with a plan. I've been hearing about this place constantly and finally made it here to try it. Everything came out hot and fresh. Ordering was a bit confusing but the staff made sure to get us right. Sourdough Melt was delicious! The fries had a reminiscent flavor and were very good. Did add my own salt and needed ketchup but that's the reminiscence. The mushroom and Swiss was a bit dry without some sauce. The whole meal was great. But if you not there early be ready for a hearty wait. We got here at 1030 thankfully to see this fast food place fill up like a restaurant. Worth the wait tho. We finally have a Culver's in Northwest Arkansas! We love this chain and couldn't wait to try our new local store. We were not disappointed. The dining room was spacious, clean, and beautiful with plenty of different types of seating. The service was outstanding and the food was incredible. We tried the cod dinner, the crispy chicken sandwich and a single butter burger with cheese. And of course we had to have the famous Culver's root beer. It was all made to order and delicious. We will be back for their awesome custard desserts!! read more

I love Culver's. The food is alway hot and delicious. The custard is amazing. The line can get long but I've never had an issue with it.

Overall, is this place worth trying out? How about it's nothing worth going out of your way for fried cheese and their frozen dessert. The burger here is the same quality if you went to Whataburger or sonic. So if you're loyal to one chain then better to stick to whatever is most convenient to you. read more

Two of us ate here on a busy Saturday at lunch. Food was decent, fries are just like the crinkle ones at Braum's so not sure why people love them. Chocolate shake was okay, tasted a little "chemical" to me and not like ice cream. The worst was how they served the gluten free burger - look it's great that they offer gluten free and it comes in safe packaging to limit exposure. But you have to assemble the burger yourself, meaning the meat and cheese come in a box and the bun in a separate bag. So it's very messy and there's no sauce included. Pretty disappointed. Overall very similar food to Braum's and idk why anyone would come here. read more

Ok the burgers are hot and delicious and made to order. The fries are hot and crispy. The cheese curds are super yummy as well. I used to come to Culver's every time I go to Missouri and that one is actually good but since I live in arkansas it was nice to hear that they made one in Rogers but when I ate here I specifically asked for a cheeseburger but they some how gave me just a patty and a bun. This is the first time I've tried a Culver's. I ordered 2pc Cod and pretzel bites and a coke. $24.00 seemed high. But when I got home an saw the 2 small pieces... it was high! Having lived in Arizona, and Texas before moving to NWA, we've had Culver's before. Always enjoyed it. My wife had the 4 piece chicken tenders with fries, I had the pork loin sandwich with onion rings. We enjoyed our dinner.
