I must eat here when I'm in town. I love the salads and burgers. I always have a hard time deciding but always happy with my choice: The shakes are devine, I had the strawberry cake shake, and the pieces of cake in the shake are something new I've never had but also didn't know I needed. The service is always great, they greet you in a timely fashion and seat you promptly. I always look forward to visiting and having a meal or two while in town. The ambiance, is family oriented even though they have quite a large bar area. Larger Booths hold up to 6 people so plan accordingly. They do have a small outside patio, which is great if the weather is accommodating read more

Excellent hamburgers!!! Cute little restaurant! Perfect place to stop while shopping. Highly recommend!

Big Disappointment at Big Orange. Out of towner, we took family here for holiday dinner. No chips for cheese dip? Go to the store. This is supposed to be their key item??? And service made us feel like we were unwelcome and that we were an inconvenience. Terrible service, unless you like to feel like you are at Dicks Last Resort. Appetizers serviced with dinner entree.... Drinks are small and overpriced. Not a fan at all of this place. read more

Was wanting to try something new and my oldest had told me about Big Orange. So we decided to come visit to celebrate my birthday. Got there and we were told it would be roughly 20 minutes. Pretty good estimate becuase within about 20-25 minutes we were seated. Our waiter had a little bit of a rough start, but we later figured out it was the lady sitting at the table next to us. She was quiet the dramatic pain in the bum for sure. Once she left our waiters attitude completely changed. He was never rude just not connecting and you could tell he didnt want to be there. After the problematic one left he made sure our glasses were always full. Our order took a little bit to get out but they were packed and I am sure understaffed (who isn't these days). We ordered our burgers medium instead of medium well and 3 of the 4 came out perfect. The fourth was more on the well done than medium well. Fries and house sauce were good. The farmhouse burger that I got was delicious. The burger was seasoned well, the egg was nice and runny and the veggies seemed crisp. Bacon was a little on the burnt side but that is better than the rubbery side. The sweet potato fries and spicy sauce was really good as well. I think we found our new favorite burger joint in Rogers. We will be back. read more

First off: I love Big Orange! Always a hit, and it's a staple for its consistent good food. And staff are always great and helpful. I gladly pay a premium price for premium food and service. But lately, they just... miss. Came several weeks ago and they didn't have a primary ingredient for pistachio shake (which is worth the trip on its own!) Back again: still out. Next, my wife asked for a burger with ZERO pink in meat (check picture.) My burger (Delta Blue) I thought had come without blue cheese, but it had, it was just all shoved to one end of the burger Also, my wife gets the gluten free bun, and this time is was terrible. Not sure what changed, but she ended up ditching the bun altogether. Add to that "warm" (not hot, not cold) fries, and it's a less than stellar experience for a price, but more importantly, a less than stellar experience from a place we came to rely on for quality read more

This is an upscale burger joint that is worth every bite! Located at the Pinnacle Hills Promenade it is a great spot when you're tired from shopping.... or to fuel you for shopping to come. You can order things to go however quickly accessing the venue is not super easy when by yourself, parking it pretty slim close to their doors. They always seem to have a steady flow of people as their food is super good. This time we stopped in for the truffle fries and a milk shake. The fries are gluten free so this fry loving celiac gal was stoked!! read more

We've been to this location several times over the last several months. It is inconsistent, terrible service, and the quality of the food is subpar. Unfortunately with several terrible experiences we will no longer be returning. The ambience can be cute if they found decent servers or hostesses. read more

Big Orange has been a family favorite of my family for years. We love the variety in burgers since we all have different preferences. I also love the option of a turkey burger rather than beef. The restaurant has a cool vibe and it is in a great location. There is plenty of parking nearby. The staff usually is really friendly. The reason that it is four stars rather than five is that I feel like the quality has gone downhill over time. The service has also gotten slow. read more

In town to support our father as he recovers from a very serious car accident. . . so we haven't been in the best of spirits. Taking a break from the hospital we found Big Orange and WOW, we really enjoyed it! Darian took fabulous care of us and even remained patient and knowledgeable with the non-stop questions we had about the signature cocktails and the menu items. I had the Staycation and it was AMAZING!! I also had the Thai Chop salad with a few extra jalapeños. Freakin' FIRE!! My brother had the avocado Turkey burger, but substituted a beef patty. He was silent for the entire 10 minutes it took him to eat it. Lol We noticed they had "Boozy Shakes;" maybe we'll try one if we come back tomorrow. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this fabulous eatery with it's one-of-a-kind menu!! read more

Always great food but they are out of potato chips every time we come. Getting queso "Arkansas" style is half the reason we come. Frustrating. Also ran out of the drink I got and took a ridiculous amount of time for food and basic service. This location has a leadership and culture issue as I heard constant frustration of customers around our table and servers constantly apologizing for a myriad of basic things. Our dinner took 2 hours for a sandwich, salad and queso... This didn't seem to be our servers fault although it seemed like she was used to explaining excuses. read more

this place is normally pretty good, but if you look under 50 i wouldn't sit at the bar. if the bartender thinks you're not gonna drink yourself stupid and tip your mortgage the service will be beyond slow. came with my bf and my best friend, sat down at 2:40 and got our food our 3:30. it was a bowl of chili, a classic burger with no tomato, and a bacon avocado. classic had tomatoes on it, chili looked depressing, and the burgers were cold. not to mention, we were served last at the bar despite everyone having sat down after us. very interesting, and i hope the staffing shortage is fixed at some point. read more

They were out of what I went there for. Friend's burger was ordered well done and it came out completely pink; almost red. Very rare. Waitress blew it off when we mentioned it and refused to address it. Service was horrible. Sad because I've been here a lot but it's really gone downhill. read more

I had the avacodo and bacon burger. It was delicious! We also had their truffle fries which were tasty, but the mango curry sauce sent it over the top. There is so much flavor in that sauce. They were very busy while we were there but everyone was attentive that we did not go without! read more

We have been here many times over the years and have never had issues with service or quality. However, after our last experience we might not return again. For context- it was pretty slow on this evening. We ordered queso immediately and it took about 20 minutes to come. Again, we've been here many times and this is not the normal, it typically comes before our drinks even come. Once we asked about it, it came immediately, leading to me believe it was never rang in the first time. We then ordered a burger and shake to share and 2 side orders of fries- this also took a significant amount of time to come out. We were only brought the burger, no fries or shake. After about 10 minutes our server finally came to check on us- at which point we asked about the fries and shake. She said she'd be back with the fries, however, after about another 5-10 minutes, she returned to tell us they were out of fries for the night (it was only 6PM). This also lead us to believe the fries were never rang in with the burger- or else the issue of being out could have been addressed and we could have gotten another side. At this point, we were well passed finished with our split burger and just asked for the check. The shake took another 10 minutes to come. Giving 2 stars because the shake was rightfully compensated for- but we were never spoken to by management which should be a standard procedure when guests have such a terrible experience. We left still hungry and out 37 dollars for only a queso app and one burger. Extremely disappointed and will likely not return. read more

Great food every time. The fresh chips and thick cheese dip are a must! Every burger has been great every time!

TLDR: Do not waste $$ here if you aren't willing to risk employees including management acting like they were raised without good sense and a solid ability to articulate without loud profanity. I am also using I/We pronouns interchangeably as my husband and I experienced the spectacle together - not grammatically correct, but I know you'll forgive me/us. :) We usually like Big Orange, and in all fairness, our burgers were great. Having said that, they came with a heaping side of loud profanity. Not that we're against profanity in the right context. Like when smashing your pinky toe on the _______________ in the middle of the night. We're only human, after all. But this chortling spectacle was not just profane, it was absurdly profane, loud, and literally across the aisle from us...seemingly supported by management. How you ask? - or maybe you don't ask...but I'll tell you anyway :) Because the female in the Arkansas shirt (henceforth to be known as Potty Loudmouth) knew everyone by name and greeted them as they passed - Katie, Ellie, and the well known, and I quote..."WHAT UP B!TCH?!?"( had to be hard to fit on her birth cert), plus our server (seen wearing the brown apron) cozied up to her - not once, but many times for no doubt what proved to be an intellectual extravaganza of the english language(?) including but not limited to f*ck, sh!t, b!tch, and "all ghetto on her a$$". There was also some juicy gossip being shared as unsuspecting employees walked past the group, but Potty Loudmouth and her audience were whispering, snickering, and stooping low, so we couldn't hear it amazingly enough, because Potty Loudmouth can belt it o-u-t. It seemed as though Potty Loudmouth and her sneering group could be out of touch with the message of kindness. Also...PSA: If they'll do it (gossip) WITH you, they'll do it (gossip) ABOUT you. You're welcome. The addition of the Manager - AKA Lady in Red to the mix heightened the loudness and the physical un-comedy. At one point, Potty Loudmouth hee-hawed something so hilarious the Lady in Red bent over, began laughing, ran away and back to Potty Loudmouth's table - situated very close to the hostess stand. You are to be commended on your professionalism and role modeling, Lady in Red! JK. We too enjoy raucous laughter, physical comedy, and the random profanity - in the right setting, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE PAYING for it. I hope "Grant", the male seated across from Potty Loudmouth was duly impressed by the profanity and loudness...she brought her *A* game today BOI!! Potty Loudmouth and her entourage were seated at the FIRST booth as you come in the joint - What a great first impression for all those shoppers, some with kids in tow Big Orange! Yay You! Not to mention that there were two little kids seated a booth away that also got at least part of the show (they were leaving as we were seated). Seriously, it's hard to find employees these days, and harder to keep them. We get it...but when people sit down to enjoy a meal, they don't want a show like this. It wasn't entertaining, enlightening, or enjoyable, and for $45, we definitely felt like we could have gone somewhere else. So, if you're still reading this, enjoy a quiet meal somewhere else, because how are you going to know this isn't the culture with this particular crew? You don't. If you do take the gamble, I hope Potty Loudmouth doesn't delight you with an appearance on her day off. read more

went here yesterday for lunch. as someone who worked in the service industry i try to be as understanding and patient as possible, however the service was just mid. We weren't helped until about 10min of just sitting, waitress didn't know what was on tap which was a little disappointing, took about 15min to receive my drink, and even longer for our food to be served. had to ask for our silverware and napkins, as well as for the check as we were never checked on... the most important part, the food; $50 for two burgers, which were overcooked, little to no seasoning or flavor, and just plain dry. the root beer float was pure ice cream, but the fries were really salty and crispy which i liked. for a 4 star restaurant with a great atmosphere i expected a lot more quality food and service to go with it. i won't be returning as i was super excited for the food and left beyond disappointed read more

Glad we finally made it in. Nice place, nice vibe, not too far from the big parking area toward the front of the mall. Fun menu, something for everyone I would hope - burgers, chicken, grouper, falafel, salads... If I'm going to splurge for a big, ridiculous burger then I want it to be absolutely decadent, and it was. Fresh prime beef, cooked exactly to my specification (medium) and a great selection of toppings. For my first trip in, I had to try the white truffle pecorino burger and it was everything I would want. The perfect amount of funk from the truffle, smooth and slightly nutty pecorino, a touch of bite from the arugula, complemented by the sweetness of the fig jam. This is the definition of umami! I ate half and ate the other half leftover the next day. It still rocked. The cheese dip was really tasty, I like the larger bits of peppers. Home cut fries were good, and I enjoyed reading about the cocktails and shakes, but couldn't imagine finding room! Service was prompt and pleasant, although I don't think the server checked back after we had gotten into the burger. I would have had to flag someone down had there been a need. I want to go back for sweet potato fries and mango curry ketchup. I have one little complaint, and yes, I'm painfully well aware of what a giant beer snob I am for going here! Although they have a sizable list of beers and gave the majority to local-ish offerings, I found the balance to be not as great as it could be. Lost Forty has improved a great deal with more recent offerings, but I don't think their beers should encompass 8 of the available total 20 taps when there are so many excellent local choices. They just honestly haven't earned that in quality. Also, to have 6 taps for imperial stouts and porters - a third of the beer taps - seems excessive, most especially in a restaurant with heavy food. My suggestion would be to offer 2 of the most popular ones and free up a few more taps for some other nice varieties. All beers matter, dudes. All beers. read more

Service was terrible. This restaurant is pretty expensive, the service was the worst!! We ordered 2 burgers and a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese barely had any cheese the crust was burnt.
