My husband and I have come here a handful of times but it had been awhile. I ordered the 8 piece grilled chicken nuggets and he got a burger. We ordered the Cajun fries to split, as they're our favorite. One guy was working and it took forever for us to get our meal which was understandable, but when we got it, the fries were not Cajun fries and the nuggets were the sorriest excuse for chicken nuggets. It was a tiny flat chicken breast cut up into small pieces and very over-cooked. No amount of sauce could help those rubber bites. We had gotten our order to go and when I got home I weighed my nuggets and it was 2.5 ounces of chicken. In the past I've gotten them and they were very big so this was a big disappointment. Since there was nothing to disguise the meat (sauce or seasoning) I was able to taste it easily, and I can say that it was of good quality, very clean flavor. My boyfriend loves burgers and I knew there was another location on 14th st and we were in that neighborhood so we went there. They had grilled chicken sandwhiches on the menu so I was excited. We got home and I was so dissapointed. The chicken wasn't grilled! It was fried! And the french fries, ugh. They were saturated in grease, mushy, unedible. And my boyfriends burgers had tomatoes and it was supposed to be a double. They literally ruined everything. I drove back there and gues what? They had closed! No wonder my fries were soggy. A weekly staple for my little household. Natural Muse makes a great burger and their fries are so addicting!! Mondays are BOGO, which is a GREAT deal! My boyfriend and I get the Original Burger (I get a single with bacon and cheese, and he gets the usual). I'll preface with this: their burgers aren't huge - I have once even gotten 2 because I was so hungry and they're so good. Idk what they do specifically that keeps me wanting more, but the bun is so golden, the bacon is crispy, the cheese is melting, and THE CAJUN FRIES with MUSE SAUCE come out hot and delicious! My husband and I came through the drive thru the other night. The menu is concise and easy to navigate. We both ordered the Muse Burgers (with no grilled onion), sea salt fries and Cajun fries. We both got a drink and our total came out to $30ish. The wait was not long. It seemed like there might only be one worker as we came about an hour before they close. We live about 10 minutes from the restaurant and by the time we got home the food was cold, but it was still really good. My husband really liked the fries. Our burgers were double burgers but each of us got one burger that was well done and one that was still pretty pink in the middle. At first, the name Natural Muse makes me think that it is a health-centric restaurant frequented by hippies that serves quinoa, kale, and kombucha. I was expecting that all the customers inside sings kumbaya. That is why I avoided it for the longest time. Then, after some of the review of my esteemed fellow Yelpers, I learned that it is a burger joint. Therefore, I went and tried it. After trying it, I finally understand the name. It is truly a health-centric restaurant, but not for the food they sell, but the meat that they serve. Apparently, their meats are from well-cared healthy and happy cows and chicken then butchered for our pleasure because, apparently, a happy and healthy animals taste good. I can now sympathized with the witch from Hansel and Gretel who was the first known all-natural chef. I ordered their Muse Original and Cajun Fries. And, oh boy, they (as in the happy cow and not Hansel and Gretel) are surely tasty, but it is hard to tell whether it is due some special seasoning that they put in on their meat. After all, this is the first time I ever tasted a happy cow. I do not know how a happy cow taste like. I am used to eating depressed cow that knows that its existence is to be consumed. First of all, their fries are great on the way they cut and fried the potatoes. It was really tasty, although, it was not something that I prefer since they went crazy with the cajun seasoning. It was salty. Maybe next time, I will just order the regular fries. As for the burger, it is very unique. I am not very certain if it is the flavor of the meat or that they fried the patty on butter. The meat has this hint of buttery flavor that brings out its own unique taste which is a big welcome since most burger joint have the same beef tastes, except for Red Robin which has this weird patty that feels like rubber. As for the texture, the patty was just cooked right. It was not dry, and it oozes some juice of goodness. The buns, veggies, and the cheese complement well the patty. They do not overwhelm the patty, but merely, elevates it to another level. The veggies are fresh and vibrant. The cheese is not too much. I do not like it when the cheese just cover everything else. That is why for me, it is strange that some uses bleu cheese on the burger. As for the buns, they encapsulate all the awesomeness together. Overall, this place is one of the best burger joint in town, but somehow, every time I pass by, I do not see any patrons which makes me worry that nobody is supporting this place. So, please try this place out if you have not. I am not getting anything advertising for this place, but we just need to support a place that brings out uniqueness and variety in our burgers. read more

I am a NYC organic foodie so naturally when coming to Arkansas I looked up a few places. The place doesn't seem to get a lot of customers. The workers were assertive and friendly. The set up of the restaurant is different from most but has a modern, trendy fast food feel. I had a single burger and I took a chance with fries. The burger patty and bun is organic which is why I came here. It's a potato bun which is nice and it seems to be buttered and toasted. The party has no taste at all and that was very hard to have to deal with. More specifically because they don't have other organic options so I had a dry patty with no taste. I understand they only care that the meat is organic but in my opinion anything meat or diary related is in the same category as bad. I just wished the patty had at least salt. I saw a customer come in after take a bite then add salt. All the sauce was pretty regular so I couldn't have any of that. I had the Cajun fries and wish I didn't the seasoning or fries itself wasn't Non-GMO. I felt very heavy after. Mistake I made. First time here. Walking in, the place is clean, a few things on the floor. But it smelt clean, which I like a restaurant to smell like. They are slightly sweet, which is a nice touch. The seasoned fries are good. Their slightly crispy on the ends and soft, hot and thick in the centers. Seasoned to perfection. Not too much or too little. Just enough. And lastly, the dipping sauce I chose for both, my fries and nuggets, which was the the Muse Original Sauce. THAT, is delicious. It's a mix of spicy bbq and honey mustard. YUM!!! I'm giving a rating of a 4, because aside from the girl that needs more sleep to be a little more awake and peppy, the service was good and the food was good. Needing to leave, after I was finished. Since the front girl was cleaning the bathrooms, I'm assuming she didn't warn the others that she would be leaving to clean the bathrooms. I'm standing at the front, needing a box for my fries, I stood there for a good 3 min with no recognition till someone came out saw I was there and called the manager to help. She didn't apologize that I was standing there, just smiled and gave me the box. Customer service needs to be tweaked a bit. We liked their no frills menu and their commitment to quality and freshness- their chicken and beef aren't frozen, and they're free of antibiotics and added hormones. They also serve the Beyond brand of veggie burger. Our burgers, they came on non-GMO potato buns, were delicious. Our toppings were free to add. The fries were skins-on and nearly perfect- I'm really picky about fries! They offer lots of tempting dipping sauces and we couldn't decide on what to get and the nice young women in the drive-thru gave us some of each. We were so surprised and pleased at how nice that was. The dipping sauces are Buttermilk Ranch, Jalapeño Ranch, Honey Mustard, Sweet BBQ, Spicy BBQ, & Muse sauce, which she described as honey mustard also. Our faves were the Jalapeño Ranch and the BBQ's. Also tried the chicken nuggets which were good and the Cajun fries which were ok, but a bit salty for my liking. I was surprised for a fast food place that is supposed to be a healthy option that they didn't have alternatives for sides other than Cajun or sea salt fries. I was expecting perhaps a salad or sweet potato fry option. I also would have expected bun options like whole wheat or whole grain. That's usually the only bread I eat but that wasn't an option. I had read a lot about Natural Muse and was looking for a healthy lunch. I enjoyed my meal and thought that they had a great concept. I had the grilled chicken Sandwich and it was pretty good. I also threw some fries in with the sandwich. Good flavor on the chicken and I like the variety of toppings that you can add. The fries were cooked to a nice golden color. Everything tasted very fresh. I wish that they had some healthier sides but understand keeping a simple menu. Service was prompt and they brought your food to your table which was a nice touch. This is normally served as a double, but since it was my first try, I asked for a single burger - it was good but not the best burger I've ever had. Also ordered a side of chicken nuggets which I really liked - light batter, and each piece was tender and juicy! Honestly, one of the best parts of the meal were their "fresh cut" fries cooked in 100% peanut oil. Order them "crisp" for crunchy outside and tender inside!
