The best hot chicken in NWA. Food is always very fresh. Jeff took great care of us. Highly recommend!!

Some of the best chicken I've ever had, and definitely the best ranch. The quality of this food is absolutely amazing, and is a local masterpiece in Northwest Arkansas that everyone should dabble in. 10/10, I don't write many reviews but Jake's hot chicken proved me wrong. read more

Excellent chicken. Very fresh. Great seasoning. One thousand times better than the hot chicken chain by Whole Foods. Will definitely be back! read more

Went with a medium and believe me it was spicy/hot. Friendly staff, quick service, a bit expensive but I did get enough food for three meals. Quiet place. Wasn't very busy on a Monday around 11:30. read more

Jake's Hot Chicken - Combo 2 - Chicken tenders, fries, and Texas toast - Chicken Wings Near Me - Rogers, Arkansas

This is definitely the best hot chicken place in the area I've tried so far! Sometimes places make their hot chicken too salty when they increase the spice level, but this place does it right! Their fries are great as well (similar to five guys fries). The staff is all nice. The food won't come out as quick as a fast food option but that's because it comes out hot and fresh! The place is a little tight but still enough tables for everyone. Definitely try this place out! read more

Food was excellent! Three piece tenders nice and juicy ordered with the cheesey grits, if you like grits these were amazing! Chicken sandwich was amazing super juicy and the bun was really good. Everything was made to order so was served HOT. All kinds of level of hot if that is your jam. Didn't get 5 stars because of floor in the sitting area. Super slippery. Not sure if was humidity or grease not sure, but that needs to be figured out , someone is gonna fall. read more

I had heard from many of my work colleagues that Jake's was the best Hot chicken so with two of our teen grandsons we went for lunch. Nice crisp chicken with 6 levels of spice available. Great fries and large servings. We had tenders, thighs, breast and a chicken sandwich and everyone enjoyed their food. read more

Jake's Hot Chicken - #1 3 Piece combo - Chicken Wings Near Me - Rogers, Arkansas

Jake's Hot Chicken, what is there to say that hasn't already been said? One of the more pleasant and inviting atmospheres in the Rogers area. Really puts the home in fast food! And that not only comes from the expressive and modern decor, but also the friendly and hard working staff of the JHC Family (Jakes Hot Chicken). With that being said I did get a big tummy ache after eating there which has managed to affect my rating quite a bit. However I wouldn't let that stop you, the reader, from going! My stomach is different from your stomach is different from their stomach! read more

Excellent value and flavor. Fresh cut potatoes. Chicken is still super hot and fresh on to to orders. Be prepared to wait since food is cooked WHEN you order! Staff is friendly. Please bring a cash tip for the workers, though. They are unable to accept tips ok a card. read more

Food was amazing, the spice jump from medium to hot is pretty crazy, but the chicken is the perfect amount of crunchy and juicy. Great service, free fries when we dined in. And we were constantly checked on like a sit down spot. Cozy feel to it. LARGE PORTIONS! read more

Jake's Hot Chicken - Combo 1 with Spicy Ranch - Chicken Wings Near Me - Rogers, Arkansas

A new hot chicken place is a welcome addition to just outside downtown Roger's on Walnut. I arrived around 3:30 to take home dinner and was the only customer at that time. The place is decorated in mostly Razorback sports photos. With their help I ordered a half chicken on the medium heat. They said it would take about 18 minutes, it was almost 25. I also ordered potato salad and bake beans. I was not a fan of the skin and breading and removed it. The chicken was moist, flavorful but no real heat. I just have to say, the sides were just not good. I couldn't eat either and I am a huge fan of both potato salad and baked beans. I will try the tenders next time. read more

Diamond is the Rough is an understatement. Do not be deterred by the humble exterior. Inside awaits a clean restaurant with an amazingly friendly staff. Now to the best part...The Food. The Fresh Cut Fries were on point. And the Strips were some of the best I've had. They were juicy, hot, and had the perfect amount of seasoning. I will be back. read more

The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The fresh cut fries were delish with their ranch. Sooo much food. Also the service was super friendly and great. We will come again. If you haven't tried this place you need to! read more

Amazing service and so friendly! I heard this man not once, but twice, offer his suggestions on spice level to customers and said that if they weren't happy he would buy them a new meal! The food was freshly cooked when we ordered it, and the pimento mac and cheese was soooo delicious. The ambiance inside was cozy and great for a lunch stop. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Great fried chicken!! We ordered all white quarters and the wings were huge! The chicken and the fresh cut french fries both served hot and right out of the grease Loved the coleslaw also! We will return read more

Delicious. After Popeyes closed down we were looking for a close chicken place. This place checked all the boxes. The customer service was wonderful and the chicken hit the spot. I recommend checking out this family owned business. read more

Service was great. They bring you fries while you wait which is good. The chicken is tasty and served hot. I had the large wings. They were a little tough to eat since they were still connected. Others in my party got the strips which was easier to eat and less waste. I plan to go back. read more

Great tasting chicken. My wife and I split a 5 piece tender for $14 and it filled us up.

had the wings for the first time they seemed raw a lil couldn't even enjoy it thinking they were a bit raw gave my friend some small food poisoning. The atmosphere is great and service is good and the fries too but just wouldn't eat here again read more

This new spot popped up on Yelp today when I was looking for some lunch. It's replaced the old eye sore that was the old along John Silvers. I love hot chicken and this certainly hit the spot. I ordered online which was incredibly easy and opted for the Sandwich spice level regular hot with baked beans. Both items were excellent. The spice level was a great base line but I think I might go up 1 level next time. Will definitely be back. read more

Good food, great staff. Down side-Phone never works, pop machine not working. Almost 40 minutes to get order. read more

This place looks like fast food, but that's deceiving - food is made fresh to order by friendly staff. We tried the hot fried chicken and it came with generous portions and enjoyed the different heat levels. I would recommend that they offer an option for one chicken tender at different heat levels so people could try it in the "hot ones" style. Overall enjoyed it. Don't go over there for the ambience- go there for the food. read more

Best restaurant in NWA. Me and my cousins host our weekly family dinners here and we have had the best meals of our lives here. The service is impeccable, the chicken is the best I've had, and the prices cannot be beaten. If I could rate it better I would. read more

Great chicken sandwiches! Huge portions and great flavor! I recommend the slaw on the sandwiches. Happy to recommend a family owned business! read more

This is definitely not a fast food place. The food is cooked to order, so it's nice and hot when it comes out of the kitchen. The portions are huge. Unfortunately it's a case of quantity over quality. The boneless breast was about what you would expect. The wings are ginormous (bigger than most leg quarters), but that's not a good thing. The meat is very tough and stringy, the skin is rubbery, the flavor from the seasoning doesn't make it past the skin, and the breading all falls off when you pick it up. Seating is extremely limited, and the floors look and feel like they've been mopped with crisco. The night I went in they were out of most of their drink options (who would want a drink with HOT chicken though, right?) but don't worry, whether you got a drink or not you got to pay for one. Overall, very disappointing for a place with so much potential. read more

Chicken and fries were amazing but the manager Tessa was REALLY loud and annoying in the kitchen.

Jake's Hot Chicken is a family-owned, local restaurant that may just have the best fried chicken in Northwest Arkansas. The food is freshly cooked, and the staff will give you a time estimate on how long it will take based on what you order. We ordered two tenders combos and one white quarter combo. The quarter meals take about 18 minutes to cook, but it was SO worth it! You select your level of "hot" from six options, ranging from "Southern" (no heat) up to "Mount St. Helens". I had the medium heat and it was just enough to give me the kick without setting my mouth on fire. The portions are substantial, and the prices are low for what you get, especially when compared to other restaurants in the area. The restaurant is in the old Long John Silvers building and has 10 or 12 tables. Very clean and the staff were fun and attentive. We will be ordering carry out and visiting again soon! read more
