Love this place! Already highly regarded from their Fayetteville location, I was excited to try their now Bentonville location and was impressed across the board. Delicious food, friendly service, fun atmosphere, it's got it all covered. From their wings to the catfish and having tried their sweet potato fries and potato salad, everything I've had here is great. I haven't had their *hottest* wings, but their hot wings have nice heat that I didn't find overwhelming. The staff is very friendly and attentive and I enjoy the music they play and they have some TVs going as well. The more I think about it the more I want to visit again immediately! I have been here on 4 separate occasions and it doesn't matter if I eat in, order ahead, or walk in to do a to go order the wait is always OUTRAGEOUS. At my most recent visit I was told my food would take 30 minutes. I walked in after the 30 minute time to get told 10 more minutes came back in and got told 10 MORE MINUTES. Give customers the wait upfront so they can decide if they are comfortable waiting that long. The food is already over priced, for SMALL wings..it could at least come with a decent service time and pleasant service!! I placed my order at 5:47 and did not get it until 6:51 when I only had 2 orders of wings and 1 order of fries!!! This is ridiculous. Buffalo, NY Native here-- hands down BEST chicken wings I have ever had outside of Buffalo (counting 5 other states I've lived in). Comparing side by side I'm not sure I could tell a difference... and that's saying a lot because most restaurants don't know how to make a good basic hot chicken wing. The quality of the bone-in chicken wings were great... large wings, cooked well, mostly crispy, with plenty of sauce, huge dipping sauces, just like it's supposed to be. I'm so happy we discovered this place because it will be a new regular occasion. I'm a wing fanatic and every other place I have tried in the area (and most other areas) have not been worth writing a review over. THIS, however, I would write home about. Wow! What a great addition to Bentonville. We ordered corn nuggets, wings- hot and honey mustard, crinkle and waffle cut fries and coleslaw. We had both ranch and blue cheese. We were having our car worked on at a local tire shop and decided to go eat at Chick'n Headz while we were waiting. Service was good with polite and friendly staff who were very attentive. Ambiance was good. Several big screen TV's to watch. Not too loud/noisy. As for the food everything cooked came out hot and fresh, well seasoned and good sized portions. My only gripe , or more exactly my wife's gripe was all the wing sauces are Hot Sauce based. She does not do spicy but likes glazed/saucy wings. My husband ordered fries but then the owner, whose name is Natasha, brought us some "flat" fries for us to try and they were scrumptious. The fish was so moist and delicious. Overall the food was good. I agree with previous reviews that the wings are tiny (2-3 dainty bites of meat per wing). On the other hand the chicken tenders are giant. I would love a happy medium between the two. I did have an incorrect order and the staff was quick to let me know that I verified my order at checkout and any changes would be at my expense. As a first timer, lesson learned...verify every line item. (They tried to make it right after the fact, but I was turned off by the situation. Everyone seemed friendly, who I encountered. It advertises that it is a family owned place and as far as I can tell that seemed accurate. The only thing that I didn't like was how expensive it was. For three pieces of chicken it was $13. They charge you for every condiment as well. However the chicken was very large and very tasty. It did make a meal for me but not $13 worth of food. Hands down the best wings I have ever eaten. The Lemon Pepper Bone in Wings had tons of meat and the skin popped under that SAUCE. I can't even place the sauce, but it checks all the boxes (sweet, savory, and salty=umami). Not what you think of a lemon pepper sauce, but its definitely in there. When hearing it was our first visit, she had a sampler tray brought out of all their sauces! That's always nice, so you know what you are getting.
