The clerk was very friendly and helpful when telling me how to go through the process of making our bowl. There were plenty of yogurt flavors to choose from and so many toppings. My daughter and I were able to make ourselves a tasty treat and it was a very reasonable price. My kids and I were able to sit down inside comfortably and relax with our tasty food. We will definitely be coming here again if we find ourselves at the Pinnacle Mall.

Employee is sitting on their phone scrolling (maybe a mumbled hello) and while I know this is self serve, but a store with only two other people enjoying their dessert and no one in drive thru should allow time for a greeting, wiping sticky fingers off the covered front door, cleaning up melted yogurt from the counter at ALL the machines or the toppings littered on the floor in front of the topping bar. It's frustrating to find basic things like hot fudge being not available when it's addressed with an attitude and the only words spoken are "here's this screen for you before you put in your card (asking for a tip)" and then "do you want your receipt?".
