Amazing experience here. My coworker recommended this place as being one of the best ice cream shops he hasn't visited, and I couldn't be happier he did. The prices are very reasonable. I was shocked I got a sampler that had four full sized scoops for $6.50! The flavor options are impressive. There were plenty of staff there offering samples and ringing up guests. I got a sampler with the pistachio, horchata, chocolate, and cherry magnolia. All four flavors were super creamy. We didn't come across a single one of those unpleasant ice crystals that are common in ice cream shops. The pistachio was the winner to me hands down. We will 100% be back! read more

They have so many cool flavors here! The Oreo and cheesecake was pretty good and their ice cream quality is pretty creamy. Their milkshake consistency is pretty thin but you can ask for it to be thicker! The team there is super kind and helpful with any questions you may have! Wonderful little ice cream place! Stopped in on a Tuesday night and they were fairly busy but all the counter service people were so friendly and welcoming. Multiple people asked if I needed help as I tried to make up my mind on which flavors. Their big board had their normal or standard flavors as well as their rotating flavors that were available. On the counter were several different size containers so you could easily see the various cones and such as well as little red buckets for your taste testing spoons upon your sampling being complete. I had Chocolate and Mint Chip. Mint Chip was very good and the chocolate was real smooth, not overly rich. I would definitely recommend giving them a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

After eating seafood tonight we needed something sweet to top off the night. Strange how there is snow on the ground but ice cream just sounds so good in the cold weather. Portions are big. I got the coffee chocolate chip and the ice cream was so smooth. The coffee flavor was very light but there were plenty of chocolate chips in it. Wife got sticky fingers and loved it. I went through the drive-thru tonight to get some ice cream, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I'm 16, but I look a little younger for my age. While I was placing my order, the woman taking it started laughing for no reason. After she finished taking my order, she told the rest of the staff to come look at me, and they all started laughing right in my face and asking how old I was. When I told them it wasn't funny, they just ignored me and kept whispering and laughing behind my back. It was incredibly rude, childish, and unprofessional. No customer should ever be treated like that. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Definitely won't be coming back read more

First, we loved the flavors we tried. All were very flavorful and creamy. The reason for three stars was because we came after lunch and just wanted a small amount. Since we each wanted to try more than one flavor, we ordered smalls, which consist of two scoops (the scoops are pretty small). The ice cream seems to be a cross between soft serve and traditional ice cream. Hubs had the black cherry and for me the peach. Neither had much flavor. Handel's is delicious, I love their blueberry cobbler ice cream. But, I just went there @9:35 when they close @10, and they told us they were closed? Maybe something caused them to close early, and I know going 30 minutes before close is a little annoying, but I don't think it's right to tell customers you're closed if you aren't actually.
