Came in Sunday evening 3/22/26 6:10pm and left very disappointed. My wife and I both ordered and more than half of my mix ins were left on the stone and scrapped into the disposal. And my wife's mix in was one a Choco peanut butter cup and only included one cup and I'd consider it just chocolate icecream. Staff seemed annoyed to be annoyed to help us and when I made a mistake ordering there was more negative attitude despite us being the only two people ordering. Very disappointed with my visit. read more

The concept is great, but the ice cream base is low tier. If these people used an ultra premium ice cream they would be unstoppable. Super expensive for Borden's or Blue Bunny quality. Even Breyers quality would get four stars from me. You can't dress up a pig with awesome toppings.... read more

Best icecream and experience in town! The kids sang every time someone tipped. Icecream was tossed in the air. It's the best place we've been to for icecream. The best Coldstone too. read more

The quality of the ice cream is typical Cold Stone, it's great as to be expected. The reason for 3 stars is due to the staff, they are unfriendly. This is the 3rd time I've been to this Cold Stone. No smiles, no friendly demeanor, just teens staring at you like a deer in headlights. I've been to at least 3 other locations in different states multiple times and all of those locations had friendly and energetic staff. read more

I love the mint chocolate chip ice cream. To mix it up I had them mix part of my ice cream as the dark chocolate and then added chocolate chips. It was amazing!! read more

Cold Stone Creamery - My absolute favorite ice cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Rogers, Arkansas

Been here at least fifteen minutes, only had a line of four when we got here, still don't have ice cream. One fella was very deliberately switching out ice creams and as we stand here the line is now 15 long and he has the rush of molasses in January. Girl is working hard but frankly, I'm not coming back. Edit: no tables outside anymore either. read more

Openly gawked at me. Washed hands immediately after j was there. Not a good place for transgender

My pint of ice cream wasn't at all like the picture, it had about 2/3 the qty of ice cream because the mound wasn't there, they need to fill the order as shown and deliver it with a dome lid. If I'm paying $13 for a pint (with delivery was $26) I'd like to get what is depicted. Also it arrived to my address so melted after a 15min drive I could squeeze the pint without resistance, not at all frozen. I expect some melting but this is extreme, probably transported without a insulated bag and frozen gel packs because when delivered the delivery driver had it just in a bag. I'm giving two stars because it was delivered before the quoted time and the delivery guy was friendly. read more

Five ice creams for the family... top notch!!! Ice cream was creamy and generous portions for each size ordered. All toppings/additions were high quality and were plentiful. Highly recommend!!! read more

Who doesn't love cold stone? You can concoct your own creation or try one of the menu creations. Your flavor choice of ice cream is rolled with your favorite candy to create an oversized sundae that will send you directly into a food coma. Enjoy! read more

I looove this place - the ice cream is always smooth and rich with a great selection of flavors! We arrived around 8pm Saturday night and the store was packed! I felt bad only 2 workers were on shift but despite the never ending line past 9pm, they were working hard and not letting their quality of work down while being extremely nice! As usual, there isn't a lot of places to sit but the long lines are def worth the wait! read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Coffee lover and Strawberry lemonade sherbet! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Rogers, Arkansas

This place is really filthy. The floors are dirty, they need swept and mopped. The chair I was sitting it had dried ice cream on it as did the table. The glass above the bar is badly smeared and I need a cleaning. The surrounding sidewalk outside the building which is furnished with tables for eating is in serious need of a pressure washing read more

Cold Stone Creamery ice cream is always delicious and this location is no exception. Unfortunately, while standing in line we witnessed one of the workers using his phone and rubbing his hands through his hair with his gloves on and not changing gloves or washing hands in between these instances. read more

Stay away from this place! The lobby was visibly dirty, trash on the floor, the surface they mixed the ingredients on appeared to be clean but the graham cracker crumbs were in big pieces not crumbs like usual and they didn't brake down in the ice cream they stayed hard and in chucks, maybe contaminated by moisture? My Son had a cone which was fine. read more

I love Cold Stone ice cream! Consistent quality among all of the Cold Stone's I have been to. Their ice cream, to me, is very tasty and creamy - just what I like! My favorite is chocolate with peanut butter... mmm so good! Customer service has been good each time I have been here. read more

Y'all. I stopped in yesterday with my daughter and got the new spooky Halloween ice cream. It's cake batter ice cream dyed black. Super bomb, loved it. I added white chocolate chips to insinuate little ghosts. It was perfect. Fast forward to this morning, I go to change my daughters dirty butt, and I recoiled at the sight of literal neon teal sh*t. At first I was like, "did you eat blue play dough??" But we don't have any play dough. IT TOTALLY CAME FROM THE ICE CREAM So, PSA to anyone who gets the black ice cream, it's super good, 10/10 recommended. But be prepared to be freaked out by the neon teal fecal matter 12 hours later. read more

Is a good place it's always packed but once you get in you'll get what you paid for it's a great place to go I would recommend it to anybody

Very sweet young lady named Jocelynn greeted us and helped us in a timely manner. She even went and wiped down a high chair for my baby. Looooved my ice cream!! I love their cakes also. read more

Did you know that you can schedule a private guided tour of Cold Stones with a chance to make your own ice cream for just about the same price as the ice cream? We just did this as a team-building event at work and it was soooo much fun!! We learned about how they make the ice cream and then we went to the back of the counter and got to scoop out our own ice cream, put in our own mix-ins and then eat it! It was awesome! I thought it must have cost hundreds of dollars, but no, it just costs what the ice cream costs, how amazing is that??? I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a fun birthday party or team building event! We all had a blast! read more

Walk in there last night for quick ice cream. And I can tell that the employees are treating another worker like trash. She was cute and I wanted to say something but I know the manager will do something about it. But, it ruined my experience. No one should be bullied in the work place. They better fix this. read more

Indulge your ice cream dreams. This spot is now open in Rogers. Yummy! You can custom make your creation or go with some of the fav's. Its mixed on a frozen granite stone and scooped up to serve. The Founders Favorite and Chocolate Devotion are great. Cake batter ice cream-mmm. I really like making a rocky road-they are not skimpy with the almonds at all. There are three sizes-Like It, Love It or Gotta Have It. Now, the price is quite steep to me for ice cream but it is good stuff and its a nice treat to have every so often. Check the website and sign up for the birthday club. I get emails all the time with coupons. read more

Ice cream good. Staff not friendly. Place needs a make over. Behind the ice cream bar reminds me of a kitchen in someone's house., and not a good one. The ice cream is the only thing bringing in customers, which taste great. Would love to sit and enjoy it with out thinking of health code violations. read more

Have been a long term patron of cold stone, Bad customer service @ this particular store, we went from Centerton to this store after we double checked on the timing, it was 955 pm at n t time when we reached its door, they had closed the door and guy inside said already closed by gesture, I tried to call the landline to ask why, went to voicemail which again mentioned the timing of open upto 10pm, PLS DONT MENTION TIMINGS WHICH U CANNOT KEEP !! THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE read more

I love going to this place. The staff are very firnedly, and the creations they can do are pretty incedible. I'm a huge fan of the variety, and when I want really good ice cream, this is the place I go. read more

The establishment was FILTHY! The outside trash cans were overflowing to the ground. There were only two employees working behind the counter. They were very friendly, but needed help since the line was out the door. After getting our order, there were absolutely no clean tables. Like other Cold-Stones I have been to. Top quality ice cream chain with good selection.

We came in two weeks in a row and bet are still out of cookie dough. On top of it, it was 9:25pm and they said they were closing so we asked what time they close and they said 10pm. The guy did and we felt unwanted. Staff was not friendly read more
