Employee is sitting on their phone scrolling (maybe a mumbled hello) and while I know this is self serve, but a store with only two other people enjoying their dessert and no one in drive thru should allow time for a greeting, wiping sticky fingers off the covered front door, cleaning up melted yogurt from the counter at ALL the machines or the toppings littered on the floor in front of the topping bar. It's frustrating to find basic things like hot fudge being not available when it's addressed with an attitude and the only words spoken are "here's this screen for you before you put in your card (asking for a tip)" and then "do you want your receipt?". read more

My Grandmother had never had frozen yogurt before, so I brought her here to try it for the first time. She loved all the different flavor options and ended up picking 4 different yummy flavors in one cup. She really enjoyed the white chocolate flavor. I am highly allergic to gluten, but they had 2 different gluten free choices, which were both tasty. I chose the lemonade flavor and I'm so glad I did, because it was perfectly tart, yet sweet. Everything about this TCBY is great! They are now a self-serve concept with about a dozen different flavors and varieties, and they gladly invite customers to taste any flavor for free. It is $0.42 per ounce which translated into $2.20 when I got a small waffle cone with two flavors, but no toppings. If you want toppings, they have a huge variety including candies, fresh fruits, nuts, and sauces. The staff are extremely friendly, it is clean and colorful inside, and plenty of outdoor seating too. I love frozen yogurt! They aren't my fav frozen yogurt place, but I still like them. It is self serve style, so you grab one of the cups and fill it up yourself with whatever flavor and toppings you want. You pay by the ounce. If you notice, those self serve cups are quite large. It tricks you into thinking you don't have a lot of yogurt when you are filling yours up, so you keep filling it up haha. I feel like their yogurt is a little on the icy side. I came in late Wednesday night, February 22nd, with my boyfriend. It was about 9:40pm, which I understand is close to closing time, but my boyfriend and I work nights. The blonde girl at the counter with glasses just stared as we walked in, and the guy she was working with (medium height, skinny, pale and dark haired) greeted us with "Welcome to TCBY" in a rather disgruntled manner, no smile, nothing. When I was done making my froyo, I went to the counter and was waiting on my boyfriend to finish his. The girl at the counter made no effort to talk to me, much less smile, when she finally piped up "you know you can weigh yours while you wait" in a very rude tone. I was so shocked at how we were treated. I only gave this one star because 1. I can't give any less and 2. the froyo is great, but definitely not worth being treated badly by the staff. I absolutely love this place! They have the best flavors that do change out fairly regularly. They also take suggestions from their customers as to what flavors they should order in the future. TCBY went self serve! At least 10 flavors to choose from and tons of fresh fruit toppings, candy, nuts, the works! The best thing offered is little taste test cups which allow you to sample first before you dive in. I enjoyed a cake batter yogurt with yellow cake squares, pecans and almonds my first visit (so rich!) and today a twist of strawberry and mountain blackberry sorbet. Good stuff. Get your card punched and after so many, you get one free! Its 42 cents an ounce which can add up to $4-5 so easy does it. Good stuff though and I think a good location...near the mall. read more

Love TCBY. Very nice fresh yoghurt and sorbet flavors for my taste (natural greek yoghurt, grapefruit, pomegranate..), which are being changed from time to time. The fruits and other add-ons feel fresh. Love the waffle pieces and chocolate rocks. Tried other places, and the ice-cream was too rich or the add-ons were mostly stale candy. read more

The facility seems very clean which I enjoy and appreciate. The quality of the frozen yogurt is fairly good. I did happen to have a bad experience yesterday though, when I tried out the drive through service for the first time. I paid $6.00 for a cup of basically caramel with melted yogurt with the consistency of soup. The drive thru is a rip off - you're definitely (over)paying for the convenience!!! My family and I tried the self serve method as well, and by the time we got to the register to pay, half of the yogurt was melted. :( My daughter and husband complained that the fruit was not fresh, and tasted kind of funny. The building did look nice and it is a nice location, but we'd get our money's worth somewhere else as there are better options in Rogers for sure - don't waste your money. read more

My husband and I decided to try the new TCBY in Rogers yesterday. We ordered a large soft serve cup to share. At first it looked as though the cup was half full which seemed a bit steep for $5.45 but after just a couple bites we realized the entire center was empty. They had swirled the yogurt around the edges and then coned it up to make it look like there was more in there. So we ended up with about 8 oz. of yogurt for the price of two gallons.
