The service was very good, fast and friendly. All the different ice creams we ordered were great tasting, as Brahms is known for. However, the overhead music was so loud I could not hear my granddaughters across the table. I asked 3 different employees if they could turn the volume down. The first two just blew me off and continued with their duties. The third person, which I took to be the manager, told me there was no way to control that. I find that very hard to believe. We stopped at the Bentonville Braum's location just to get ice cream (we love their ice cream). We walked right up to the ice cream counter, and there were a couple of men behind the counter walking back and forth doing something. Neither one ever even looked at us, let alone said anything to us. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! We would have been very happy to wait had anyone even acknowledged that we were in the store. The least they could have done was said, Sorry, we're busy we'll be with you as soon as we can. There weren't very many cars in the parking lot nor people in the store. We walked out. read more

Oh my GOSH best burger deal In Arkansas! The food is always a bit better than the last visit. The service 95% of the time they are Friendly and that means a lot to me. Braum's is my goto cheap, fast breakfast, drive thru chain. I order spinach mushroom everything bagel with ham. It is always a hit or mix on how fresh the bagel is. Braum's isn't a bagel shop so what can you expect. My order is always fresh and hot though. Drive thru is fast! Don't forget to ask for condiments if you need them. If they don't give you a receipt you can get a gift card. 3 Stars because bathrooms and lobby aren't always clean and they charge you over a $1 for a cup of ice You might as well just get a coffee or soda! read more

Bro Braum's is just always cheeks and it's an absolute coin flip if you're gonna get anything close to what you ordered. I love the food here but it seems consistently at every location they hire dyslexic cooks who pull ingredients out of a hat to decide what to put on your burger. This particular experience was actually mostly pleasant until I got my food. The person who took my order was friendly, took the order well and quickly (usually have to repeat myself 3-4 if I want something not word for word on the menu), and he made sure to get the extra ketchup and Braum's sauce that I asked for. But yea, of the four burgers I ordered only one was right. And as if that wasn't enough, 3 of us were missing fries. It's a shame they miss orders so consistently because the food is so good. Just moved to Bentonville from Los Angeles to live with my parents until covid runs its course. Love love love Braum's, but unfortunately this location did not live up to the others. The area that has the candies was messy, but what really stuck out was the customer service - lack there of. Those that served me were clearly under 18, which is cool, but not when they lack basic customer service. I wasn't greeted upon approaching the counter, the server barely acknowledged me, actually. And when checking out, the guy who rung me up seemed to have an attitude bc I asked for a top. Hate to take it here, but being a black woman in a predominantly white, SOUTHERN, city , especially during this time, I can't help but wonder if this service was bc that's how they are.... or bc I'm black. The gravy this morning was like water. Very thin and no flavor no sausage. Yuck!!! I would be ashamed to serve that and call it gravy.

Went to grab a quick Sunday breakfast through the drive thru. Service was good and fast and I was back home in no time. We got a Grande Burrito, Biscuits and Gravy, and Hot Cakes and Bacon. Unfortunately, we had a couple of disappointments. First, they did not provide any butter or syrup for the hot cakes. Second, I found a hair in my second to last bite of burrito. I like coming here because the ice cream is so cheap, especially for a cone. The more I eat it though, the more it tastes like normal ice cream, one that could be bought at a store. Prices are great! My husband said the burger was his favorite fast food burger recently, however they definitely need more staff. We now know why it was not at all busy. We ordered two sausage egg and cheese biscuits at 7:55 AM... Came to Braun's with family from Michigan. Not very busy in the store and no one in ice cream line but it took over 15 minutes to even get someone to acknowledge we were there. Had one guy walk right past us TWICE to check out customers who came in and shopped the grocery area while we were in line. Not a word. Those customers came in long after we did too. There were six people working behind the counter. When I finally asked if they could SEE us, I was told yes but they had a lot of orders coming thru on the drive thru. Here's a tip, customers can walk out as easy as they can drive away! I have never felt so ignored in a restaurant that depends on paying customers. Although this restaurant offers typical fast food fair, I went there just to try out the ice cream. There were about a dozen or so flavors and you could select the basic cup/cone/sundae toppings to go with it. Although most I'd their flavors were pretty standard, I did try the "circus cookie" one and it was pretty good. Not the best I've ever had (a little on the sweet side and a little icy) but far from the worst I've ever had. Overall the service was good and the prices were fair. If I was in the area I'd probably stop in, but wouldn't make a special trip to get there, as what you get there you could get at a number of other establishments. read more

Really good burgers. Today I had the green chilies burger. 1/3 pound with lettuce, tomato, onion and really delicious green chilies. My wife had a cheese burger, also 1/3 pound. We also had hot fudge sundaes which were excellent. Place is nice and clean, service is pretty good, prices are decent. Nice variety on the menu too. This is also a great place to pick up milk, bread, eggs, cheese, butter, ice cream and lots of fresh produce at prices that most times beat those "big" super stores by a bunch. The fact that it's all higher quality and much fresher is just a bonus. Check them out and see I'm right. Don't take some reviewers too seriously. read more

As other reviewers have stated, the staff here are very rude which totally ruins the fun ice cream eating experience. My daughter and I went through the drive through to treat ourselves to some ice cream today and the girl taking my order had entered it wrong on the screen so when I drove up to the cashier and asked him (not sure in his name but he was a rude middle aged man) to confirm my order, he gave me the rudest look, rolled his eyes and condescendingly said, "your order is correct because I made it". I thanked him and asked politely to confirm the order, he begrudgingly repeated it and very rudely asked "if I had any further questions for him". I was taken aback and asked him why he was being rude to me he then denied it, very rudely may I add. He gave us our ice cream and we drove off with a terrible taste in our mouths. We ended up throwing the ice cream away and vowed never to go back. If anyone wants ice cream, do yourself a favor and go to Andy's Frozen Custard or the Walton 5&10 on the square. Very poor experience with this store. Standing in line behind 8 other people and the guy behind the counter made banana splits for a guy that walked in and right up to the counter around the line. I didn't have enough time to eat before having to leave to pick my son up because of this. I had to pay and leave my family there so they could eat. I went to leave and the manager had the front doors locked with customers inside the restaurant. I let the manager know that I needed to leave and she said "you're going to have to wait a minute." This is the slowest Braum's I have ever been to. I almost didn't come back to this location but i thought I would get it another chance. Fist couple visits were slow and my cone was not even close to full. Very small portion like it was a kids cone. Today I have been stuck in line for over 20min. I will not be back ever again. Worst experience at a Braum's EVER! First tried to order a Jr. burger combo and add cheese. Was told by cashier who took our order that you could not add cheese to that sandwich and that you only can add cheese to the 1/3# burger. The girl who took our order was not friendly at all and seemed to hate her job, in addition to being incompetent. We had no choice but to order that burger for my grandson, which was way too large for him. Ended up throwing most of it out. Ordered 4 combos altogether, and upgraded 2 to a shake, 1 to a malt. Waited over 20 minutes for those drinks. When they finally delivered them to us, the malt was not marked. I questioned the staff member as to which one was the malt. He rudely said "The darker one". They all looked the same to use. Come to find out, NONE of them were malts. My grandson wanted a malt and would not eat it as they prepared it; more wasted food. By then, all of our food was very cold and we ended up throwing most of it in the trash. Chicken strip combo was inedible --overcooked so much that the chicken strips were like bricks. We'll never go back here again. We totally wasted $35. read more
