After washing the car next door, I stopped here for a chocolate custard. Culver's does a great job and it's good stuff. The young man who took my order was clean cut, polite and efficient, taking my payment and providing a table tent. Yes, even for to go orders you get to have a seat. It was OK. I'd eat here again, but don't think I'd go out of my way. And, that's what three stars is supposed to mean: competent, but not outstanding. I'd never been to a Culver's, so when I heard that Andrew Zimmern recommended the place, I was intrigued. To Deluxes (cheese, lettuce, onion, pickles, tomato...I think that's it)(one was a double), two sides and two drinks set us back about $26 (that may be the new reality but that's still a lot of money for what we got. The burgers were good. Buns were fresh, and the veggies were fresh, crunchy, and plentiful (big bonus for this). The patties were kind of thin, smash burger-ish, which was fine, but even on the double, there could've been more, but they seemed to have come right off the grill. I had cheese curds (different) which were good, and the onion rings were OK, but nothing notable. As far as experience goes though, the place was impeccably clean, and I had a nice conversation with the guy at the counter who had some recommendations for my first visit, which I asked for (he's the one who recommended the cheese curds). It was probably the most comfortable, tidy, and squared away fast food joint I'd ever been in. Anyway, these guys are worth a try. Perhaps it will hit the bullseye for you. Went there again, and got here before the church rush.......Once again, great food, friendly service, and a great value for our lunch. One of the team members came by and asked how our food was while we were eating, and asked if he could get us anything. The same team member took our trash and tray when we were done.......many other restaurants can take some lesson from Culver's as to how to do it right! read more

I was told this place is comparable to Long John Silvers. Sooo I tried the fish, and sadly it tasted more of oil and batter than fish but you can see the flakes of fish in there so it's real...just slackn flavor. Fries was alright...as good as crinkle fries gets honestly. The pretzel bites was maybe my favee outta everything. I moved to NWA from SoCal, where In N Out is king. We don't have Culver's in California, and we don't have In N Out in NWA. But we have Culver's, and I all I can say is "In N Who?" The food here is *better* than that "other" place. It is the best fast food burger I have ever had, and I say this after having eaten there 4 times now. Add to this the Custer...which is fantastic, and Culver's gets the highest rating I can give a fast food place. Service is relatively fast and always friendly. Food was fresh & flavorful. The grilled chicken was the best I've ever had at any restaurant. Kids loved their burgers & that says a lot because they're very picky. Culver's is listed as a fast food restaurant but the quality of the food is 5 stars. The owner is on site most of the time and runs a great restaurant. The employees are happy and friendly and the food comes out very quickly. I tried 5 Guys Burger and Fries, and was disappointed in the quality of the food. Wendy's got my order wrong 4 out of 4 times and the workers were poorly trained and unhappy. Whataburger got my order wrong 4 out of 4 times and the food quality was around a 3 out of 5. I tried the drive through at Culver's and I waited only 8 minutes and the order was perfect. read more

I love Culvers. The Rogers location is some distance from my home in Fayetteville, but , when I lived in Wisconsin, I would go there at least once a week. Now I try to go once a month. The butter burgers are always delicious and the staff is efficient, always polite and friendly. Great company and always great food at reasonable prices. read more
