This is a great restaurant that's part of South Market. It was called Dough Zone (food truck) but they have since rebranded and have a stationary location inside the market. Yay for warm vibes while eating. I got the kimchi fried rice which was really good - the kimchi is homemade and YUMMM. The service was great as well as the experience. Also tasted the chicken rice noodles (though note it doesn't have much chicken and had one shrimp). An order of kimchi fried rice, chicken rice noodles and classic Boba tea came to about $31. Super awkward location on the back end of a parking lot directly across from the back side of Walmart. Was excited to try it out but will never go back. This is the fast food edition of this type of menu. That nasty pile of what looks like worms is a huge pile of disgusting fat I pulled out of my bowl of soup, after spending 10 minutes trying to get all the fat out I gave up and ate what I could. My "beef" was 10, maybe 20% meat and the rest fat. Disgusting. If you want the absolute cheapest meat on the market loaded with fat come here. We won't be back. read more

When my family visits, we always go and eat there! Their bao buns are like pieces of heaven, and they melt in your mouth! This location is by a specific schedule. They close a certain time and reopen. This is our first time coming in. We ordered three items a noodle dish a combo and appetizer. The appetizers which was the steamed dumplings and Rangoon were delicious. My husband ordered a combo dish chicken katsu with fried rice vegetables and it has a bite size dessert too included. I ordered the famous everyone orders ramen with beef I forgot the name it is also "spicy" on there menu But honestly it's Birria in the Latin culture dish! The broth was so birria taste and the meat where( trozos de carne ) . I just needed some lime and tapatio honestly. I believe that would of made it better. We ordered a spicy beef noodle soup, beef yakisoba, peach buns (which are actually little red bean paste buns, a lychee boba tea, and a lemonade. The drinks were overly sweet for us and the peach buns were dry, not sweet, and not very appetizing either. The noodles were legit though! The noodle soup was especially hearty and tasty on the cold day but needed to add hot chili oil to make it spicy. Food took about 20 min to be prepared, so I think we would call in advance in the future. The cashier was nice. Overall, not bad, but not mind blowing either. read more

Ordered the dumplings at Dough Zone which is located in the 8th Street Market in Bentonville. Also ordered the Galbi beef Korean short ribs. The ribs were very tough but good price for freshness (12$). Came with your choice of white or fried rice. Also came with stir fried bok choy, green onions & fresh radishes. Being from Hawaii there are certain flavors I have dearly missed. I've attempted to mimic the flavors with ingredients I can find at the Asian stores but for Char Siu I have to beg my friends back home to send me the sauce. (im's brand preferably) BUT I THINK I FOUND something comparable! It's not red as back home but the flavor is similar! Rose pork at the Dough Zone satisfied me tremendously!!! I'm glad I found this little bit of a gem on A Street! It put me back by about $12.00 but I can get two meals out of it thankfully!!! I can savor the flavor! Huge disappointment, especially in such an idea location. First off, the food portions are small & are way overpriced. We ordered 2 Yakisoba Noodles one beef & one chicken, 2 orders of pork Bao buns, 1 order of steamed dumplings; $70. for our order. The noodles were extremely dry and the chicken in the noodles was very dry as well, none of it was moist; it was as if it had been sitting there; it was gross. I explained this to the employees up front and asked for sauce,, since the noodles & chicken were so dried out and I was told no; they didn't use sauce in those noodles; they did not care! They were to busy talking in the back congregating, the other 1/2 of the employees (4 of them) were sitting in the dining area eating, the entire atmosphere seemed very unprofessional, staff was not so pleasant to deal with, dining area, was dirty. The chicken teriyaki was good as well. The beef noodles are gross. It wasn't super spicy, but it was just saturated with chili oil. The broth wasn't very good and it mostly consisted of the oil. I love the variety on the menu! So many entrees that aren't really offered anywhere else in Bentonville. Had the dumplings, braised bf with noodles, black bean noodles and eggrolls. The dumplings weren't anything extraordinary but I do like that you have options of steamed, pan-fried or deep-fried. The eggrolls were BOMB. I liked the way they separated the Noodles and sauce, which allowed me to mix in the amount of sauce that I wanted. A food truck has the best and most authentic Chinese food in Bentonville? Yep. It's not even close. Dough Zone, located a few blocks away from the Walmart Home Office, is one of my staple go-to places when I'm not in the mood for the Walmart cafeterias. The owner, originally from Malaysia, recognized a big gap in Asian cuisine in Bentonville, and luckily, he decided to do something about it. Food: The menu can be broken down into three subsets: Dumplings/Appetizers, Noodles, and Rice dishes. I typically will grab the dumplings (which I would say are popular for everyone - pick steamed/pan fried/deep fried based on your own preference) or the Takoyaki (which is surprisingly good for a food truck) to start, and a noodle or rice dish as a main. For noodles, Slow Braised Beef Noodles are the main staple amongst the majority of my Chinese colleagues and one of my favorites as well. For rice dishes, I usually go with either the Galbi, Rose Pork, or Satay Chicken dishes. They will also commonly have new dishes that you can find on their Facebook page and at the truck. Dough zone is a great little stop for lunch or dinner! My husband and I got steamed pork dumplings, bao nini and a specialty steamed bun with galbi. Our food was deli Owens quickly. We were able to eat at some outdoor tables with umbrellas. There is easy parking, and the food is delicious. Noodles are one of my comfort foods and the dough zone has some dishes that aren't intimidating and has a sense of familiarity, yet has the additional components that elevate it. I ordered the Chicken rice noodle soup, but subbed out the rice noodles for the chewier noodles from the braised beef soup. The soup is comforting as everyone is familiar with chicken noodle soup but this has shrimp and other vegetables that give the soup more depth and volume that truly feels like a meal. I decided to give this place a shot and I'm definitely glad that I did. I ordered the Dan dan noodles and it was fantastic. Not the typical dan dan noodle because it was dressed with a sweet peanut sauce and shredded chicken. My friend ordered the beef soup.
