If I could give 10 stars I would! I have had nothing but amazing service from Crystal and Ray everytime I have spoken to them, and the food is beyond incredible. I am the Head Band Director for the West Fork Band and after talking to Crystal and Ray about catering an event we have coming up, unfortunately on short notice, they agreed to cater for the event and go above and beyond in their service while doing so. The big reason for catering? "To help the kids". It doesn't get much better than that! Aside from their amazing hospitality and service, the food is absolutely exceptional. Their cheeseburger is one of the best I have had not only in NWA, but across the entire country, and the kool aid is to die for. Easily the best Kool Aid I have had from any store, or any restaurant. The food is prepared with such tender, love, and care that you get a chance to relax and enjoy the immaculate vibes of their picnic area outside. Amazing soul and R&B music playing to ease you while you wait for perfection on a plate. This was my first time visiting Ray Dubbz food truck. As soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted by the owner, and he explained some of the popular options on the menu. We were offered some of the Kool-aid, which was incredibly delicious, and water. I decided to order the Wings & fish combo. I got the garlic parmesan wings and they were amazing. They were crispy but had the perfect amount of sauce on it. The fries were seasoned to perfection and perfectly crispy as well. The fish was fried hard on the outside but flaky and soft on the inside . I actually gave a piece of the fish to my 9 month old and it was his first time having fish, he loved it. I would definitely order this again. I would give my order a 10/10. My bf order the burger and fries, and naturally i tried some of his as well as he tried mine. (He loved mine and gave it 10/10 ) he said the fries were also perfectly seasoned, and the burger was huge and also well seasoned. Cooked well done as requested. He gave it a 10/10. We had a fantastic experience at Ray Dubbz Soul Food Food Truck! The food was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. The fried catfish was perfectly crispy on the outside and incredibly fresh inside. The side portions were very generous, which we really appreciated. The chicken wings were amazing, and the lemon pepper flavor was spot on--so tasty and full of flavor! The peach cobbler was the perfect way to finish the meal. It had a warm, homemade taste and was absolutely yummy. A nice bonus was the free Kool-Aid with every meal, which was a fun and refreshing touch. Most importantly, Mr. Ray himself was wonderful. He greeted us with a big smile and showed genuine friendliness and hospitality that made the whole experience even better. Ambience was great too , there were benches and table for your convenience with lovely music playing If you're in Springdale, this place is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended! Best meal I've had in Fayetteville in a long time! we got the chicken plate with mashed potatoes and gravy and okra and added Mac and cheese. my wife ordered her and the boys something from another truck but my two boys (1&2) absolutely loved the food here and Will absolutely order from Ray Dubbz next time we come to lake Fayetteville's food trucks! The guy cooking came out and talked to us and was just an extremely nice guy and had great service. First time at Ray Dubbz. Came with my family. We ordered wings, tenders, and fish. We had greens, mac & cheese, and fries as sides. Everything was really good. You know the food is good, when no one is talking, just eating Lol. We washed everything down with a cup of Ray's kool-aid that is complementary with your meal. The ambiance was inviting. Ray was polite and friendly. The service was fast. Everything was neatly packed and labelled. If you have not tried Ray Dubbz I highly recommend that you check him out. read more

In a word ..... AWESOME! Not a big fan of food trucks, but I wanted to try one. Man was I right to pick Ray Dubbz Soul Food trucks. There is something about well prepared food that makes your day better. Not to mention that Ray is a super guy and incredible host. The food and drink far surpassed my expectations. This little secret place is amazing. Food was hot and fresh, perfectly seasoned. And priced right. My wife got the blackened fish dinner and two sides. I got the 2 piece fish with two sides. i didnt call my order in so he gave us a couple kool-aids while we waited. Which were also great. We will be back soon for sure. read more
