I made a reservation for a table on the patio at 6:30. Got there 10 mins early and they didn't have a table available and said it would be 15 mins. 30 mins go by so I approach the hostess. She said "We still don't have a table for you and it may be another 30 mins" We tell the other hostess we will just sit inside at a booth. Once seated, one member of our party orders a Dr. Pepper. The drink arrives and has no carbonation. When they ask for another drink, our waitress states that the drink machine is down and this drink was from a bottle. Our friend asks for a water instead. We wait 20 mins for our food and it comes out correct and delicious. Two members of our party decide to order another alcohol beverage halfway through our meals. It takes 25 mins for them to arrive to which we no longer want them. When we receive our bills, our friend was still charged for the Dr. Pepper that she did not drink. Our waitress took it off but that was after she rolled her eyes and said "I guess I can take it off". We were not checked on throughout our meal. I have been here multiple times in the past without issues, but tonight was the worst service I've ever received.... Making me question coming back. read more

My friend recommended this place to cure my burger craving and boy it did NOT disappoint. It was freaking goooood. We came around 7:30 and we were seated right away. The interior is beautiful and very modern with good lighting and an industrial feel to it with exposed ventilation ducts, open rafters, and wooden paneling. There is a wide variety of themed burgers with the associated toppings. For example the farmer burger comes with an egg. The Reaper burger is a spicy burger with jalapenos, chipotle red pepper mayo, and more. The portion sizes are about what you would expect; not huge, but also not lacking. We wandered in rather close to closing time on a Thursday evening, after a long day on the road. Despite the late hour, we were warmly greeted and immediately shown to a table. She made some excellent suggestions, and even sent some swag and coupons with us when we left. I ordered the homemade lemon/limeade, and my friend had her first glass of sweet tea for our road trip to the south. Both were refreshing and delicious. We had scoped this place out partly because of their veggie burger, as a vegetarian I love finding a place that doesn't just slap a Boca patty on it and call it good. Big Orange's veggie burger is made in house and has a delightful kick to it. According to our waitress, the level of spice varies depending on who is making the burger batch that day. I love that. My friend ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and wow...she gave me a piece of the breading to try, and it definitely cleared my sinuses! Lives up to its name, for sure. A new place to eat for burgers and more. Came in on a weekday so was lucky not to wait for a table. Seems to be a very popular place for groups, but plenty of seating and a bar area. Craved a burger, so ordered a Cheddar (Swiss substituted) and bacon, yum! Came on a fresh toasted bun, burger was cooked through, had plenty of cheese and couple thick slices of bacon. I did order extra condiments of lettuce tomato and onion to add on my burger. And the fresh fries were a great, served hot out of the fryer, slightly golden brown exterior and tender potato inside. A friend ordered the HOT-n-HOT Chicken. Don't get fooled, this is SUPER spicy hot with a combo cayenne type rub then add Buffalo sauce on a large fresh chicken breast, a bit over the top for my taste - can't imagine how my stomach would feel! The sweet potato fries were very good, but tough to taste after a bite of the sandwich. I'd say, wow need a beverage chaser if you order this sandwich! Topped off the meal and ordered a chocolate shake for dessert - thick and tasty, generous portion size this was enough to share, and nice way to finish the meal! On our way back from Pine Bluff, AR my husband and I stopped halfway home for some food. We've always wanted to try Big Orange and thought it would make a great, quick lunch. And ... I love it when we're right! To start, they have really fun cocktails and a cool atmosphere to enjoy them in. Decor was mostly orange, one of my favorite colors, so it was very cozy-feeling to me despite its industrial/contemporary design. Food-wise, I had the Smashed Avocado (Turkey) Burger. It was so messy, but in a very good way. Very satisfying as well despite not being a greasy hamburger. There was a pepper salad on the sandwich that I ate, but actually preferred it without. Just my preference though. I had truffle garlic fries to go with them, and they were very yummy! Love anything truffled, so they were straight up my alley. My husband had the southern fried chicken sandwich, which was basically a chicken breast on a bun. However, he definitely enjoyed! Came here on a lazy Saturday afternoon with the fam just trying to find something new. This was definitely the spot. Our waitress, Erica, was the absolute best. She was patient and kind with our little ones. They were crazy fussy and didn't seem to want to be nice. She brought out some chips to help them and made sure everyone was great. The best serving experience I have ever received. This lady should be the gold standard for servers. Both of our younger kids got the chicken nuggets. Healthy portions of breast meat chicken. It was covered in a delicious golden crust and seasoned so that both a kid or adult would love it. My oldest son and I both had the Hot and Hot chicken sandwich. It was a delicious piece of hot battered chicken on the most delicious brioche style bun. 10/10 would get again. The heat stays with you a bit afterwards, be forewarned. My wife got the chili. She said it was just as good as the chili she makes. Best compliment I've ever heard her give. We ended up doing our cheat day here and both got the shakes. You can choose any of kind of burger with either beef, turkey or veggie. They ask how you would like them cooked (medium, medium well, etc). Also, gluten-free buns. Huge burgers with everything on the side. Fries - I would suggest sharing 1 order. Huge portions, great variety, & service.
