No matter if you are vegan or a carnivore the big orange will not disappoint. Burgers are delicious and don't forget to try a shake!!

This location is in an open mall with lots of parking. Big Orange is one of my favorites. I love that they have gluten free buns and vegan milkshakes. This is a rare find for someone who has a lactose allergy. The service is always friendly and efficient. We were seated quickly and the interior has some interesting art like the cassette walk. There is a full bar as well. There is mostly burgers but I like that you have an option of beef, turkey, black bean or 1/2 and 1/2 patty. The burgers are served alone and then there are several options of fries to choose from like French fries, sweet potato fries or garlic truffle fries. I normally get the garlic truffle fries with the red pepper chipotle mayo. I like the farmers burger with the turkey patty. My husband and I round it out with splitting the plain Jane milkshake and the coconut whip cream is really good.

The Reaper and truffle oil fries

I had the vegetarian version of The Reaper. It was fantastic! The chips gave a great crunch surprise! The truffle oil fries were a bit too oily for me. Had a wonderful waitress! Great atmosphere! Definitely somewhere I would go to again!

Food was lukewarm-cold Had the bowl of chili, flavor was there but it was lukewarm. On top of that you could see the cheese has slowly been sinking because it was sitting out for so long. Gf got a burger and sweet tea, the burger was warmish, and with tomatoes (ordered without them). They also got the sweet tea order wrong. Friend also got their burger lukewarm with the order wrong. Service took a lot longer than it should've, the people that walked in after us by a good 15-20 minutes got their food around the same time as us and said only good things. Onto the good things The hosts were really nice It's usually good, I've been here around 3 times this one included and the other times I would've rated around 4 stars because it's typically like that. The only thing that changed is we decided to sit at the bar. I'm rating 2 because the service was terrible but I know it's not the place but the person. The food was alright to good tasting but ended up being colder than expected. Overall come here just not at the bar.

Great little restaurant. We started with the Orange Velvet and chic - a- cherry cola both were good. For dinner hubby had the hickory smoke burger, he thought it was delicious. I had the Thai Chop Salad - this was a fabulous salad! Highly recommend it! The hostess was very sweet and helpful. Waitress was great with giving recommendations. The staff cares, which is hard to find. If in the area, it's worth a stop!

This was our first time here and we loved it. They were short staffed; however, Bruce was an excellent waiter. He memorized our orders and was very attentive to our group. The food was excellent overall. Our group had a mix of burgers and salads. All portions were perfect. The place is great overall with good music.

Fried pickles are great! Finished my plate

food was fantastic! Service was amazing and it came out quick. Food was a little bland but it made me wet! My cookies and cream milkshake was hard to drink but i almost passed out it was so good

Great burgers and shakes. Make sure you come hungry because the burgers are huge! Great fried pickles as well.

Is there a kids menu?

Hi Alisha, thank you so much for reaching out to us! We do have a kids menu offering several burger options, freshly made chicken tenders, fruit, sweet potato fries, house fries, chips and shakes. We also offer a Kids Eat Free night every Monday… Read more

What are their gluten free options like?

Dempsey's is by far one of the best bakeries I have ever visited, and the gluten free buns they supply to Big Orange are tasty and fluffy. I am not from this state or this town/city, but I love the restaurants owned by Yellow Rocket Concepts. These… Read more

4/22/26 This family…read moreowned business was highly recommended by a local friend and I had promised to check this place out the next time I was in town. Well Yelpers, I've found my new fave Northwest Arkansas restaurant! TBH, I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived. It looked like a modernized restaurant with an open kitchen. I opened the door to the restaurant and waited to check in and a handsome young boy asked if I had reservations and I advised I didn't and he asked if I wanted to sit indoor or outdoor. He grabbed a menu and helped me to my table. I was quickly greeted by a staff member and given a glass of water and was told that there isn't an assigned server but that multiple staff members will work together to attend my table. After eating American and Italian food all week on my business travels, I was craving some authentic simple home cooked food and this location brought me virtually home for dinner. For those of you that know me or have been following my review journey, have gotten to know my household ethnicities. When I saw the House 1830 Menu, it was a delightful mix of Vietnamese and Laotian food! The color purple was present from accent walls by the kitchen to my cloth napkin on the plate sets, to the "seasonal" menu font color all tie together with staff uniforms including the outdoor purple umbrella above the outdoor seating space. They even have custom pillows on the bench seating with the House 1830 logos. Susana, one of the owners came to greet me and asked if I've been here before or if it's my first time. She shared that her husband Binh was the head chef today and many patrons typically think it's a fusion restaurant but it's really a family inspired menu that keeps the food as authentic as possible. Binh is Vietnamese and their sister in law Bé is Laotian. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Bé as she was celebrating her birthday elsewhere as she should. Susana shared that her contribution is the inspired cocktail menu...which had so many yummy options that you don't see anywhere else. They had a Lychee Martini on the menu but I see it often everywhere so I ordered the Longan Martini to try and it was delish! I started with my roots and ordered a Vietnamese House Sampler described as a sampling of the crowd favorite starters. Cha Gio | Mini Banh Xeo | Bo Xien Tam for $21. The eggrolls were crispy and had the right amount of filling well seasoned, the Bite-size Banh Xeo shrimp crepes was light and the flash fried marinated beef skewers were seasoned to perfection with a family marinade. Lettuce, cilantro, mint along with the various nuoc cham (dipping sauces) were great! I didn't want to fill up as I wanted one of my favorite Lao dishes Nam Khao - Crispy red curry seasoned rice combined with small chunks of cured pork, and spices. It comes with lettuce, mint, cilantro where you can eat it like a lettuce wrap or eat it as is like fried rice for $18. This light entree for me hit the spot. The staff was exceptional, occasionally stopping g by to check if my water was ok or if I needed anything. I went to check out the bathroom to wash my hands and thought the wall murals were trendy and happy to see the restrooms were clean. I stopped at the open kitchen and complimented the chef and his staff on my delicious meal. They were very cheery and thankful for the compliment. Went back to my table and contemplated another cocktail or dessert but I was really beyond stuffed and figured I'll be back and to save options for my next visit. Chef Binh stopped by my table and we started talking about a little of everything. The restaurant concept, the seasonally inspired menu and to keep things fun for regular diners, shhhh....you didn't hear it from me...but there's even a secret menu that changes often! You'll have to ask or sign up to get the details! You don't get many seasonal menu options from Asian restaurants so I love that they have a seasonal menu and a secret one that only the special members know about! Come check out House 1830! You will not be disappointed yes, I'll be back to visit Binh, Susana and team! Thanks for the hospitality! Thank you, Zerric for the best recommendation! Xoxo
