Whenever my family is in Eureka Springs we always make sure we have time to stop into The Spring on Main for a charcuterie board. It's perfect for the 4 of us and always so fresh and tasty! We had a short 10 minute wait and our waiter was friendly. Love that they open the windows overlooking the downtown area when the weather is nice.

I got the breakfast biscuit sandwich and we both got the Bloody Marys. It was all amazing, great service, great food. A good location and fun atmosphere. I would make reservations if you can, it stays pretty popular. The Bloody Marys were some of the best I've had.

We came to based off of great Yelp Reviews and didn't make it in last month when we were in town. The Spring on Main did not disappoint. We got in quickly with a short wait even on a holiday morning. There was a live musician playing and the vibe was relaxed. Lynette was our waitress/bartender, and she was amazing! She was hilarious, and attentive. The food was EXCELLENT and came out relatively quick for a busy holiday morning. We will certainly be back! We can't wait to come and see everyone again!

My salad before I mix it up. Absolutely the most delicious salad I have ever eaten.

So I came here because the waiter showed up at the film festival I was at across the street. I was starving like Marvin. I ordered that heirloom tomato and charred corn salad. I don't normally eat a lot of corn but on occasion you got to just go for it. I'm a big fan of heirloom tomatoes. This salad was so delicious I couldn't help myself. I took a picture after I started eating and mixed everything up. It was so yummy and now I'm debating if I should give another one or order the smoke wings. I was told that anything smoked on the menu is smoked in house. The other thing I ordered was the panko avocado and crab appetizer. It had very good textures all in all but the panko needed a little more salt. It had a myriad of side sauces to roll your avocados. I'm a avocado fan and I needed to have some good fat today. All in all my favorite today is that salad. I sat in front of the window overlooking the Zombie crawl parade that was about to happen. People come from all over the country to watch the biggest zombie parade ever. My waiter was Jerry and he was very attentive. so the last thing I ordered was the smoked wings with the barbecue sauce on the side. I've never had smoked wings so delicious! They were smoked through and through. This is definitely one thing that they are known for, Delicious.

The food is exceptional! The salmon was correctly cooked to order (med. rare). The crab avocado appetizer wasn't just some fried avocado fluff. The purée had a crazy lime sorbet sort of flavor. The texture of the panko complimented the soft mouthfeel of everything else. The fresh herbs brought some vibrancy and the red dripped sauce on the plate offered some sweet. It was pretty clever. The heirloom tomatoes were a perfect firmness and everything in the salad was fresh and, again, the flavors complemented each other. The salmon was just allowed to be a great piece of fish, cooked perfectly. This menu is thoughtfully crafted, and I'm glad I didn't go with a burger even though those were probably awesome, too. The service was friendly and knowledgeable about the food and offered some other suggestions for things to do in the area. They could improve on clearing dishes from the table and being more attentive at the end of the meal. The eating area is a very casual but clean and comfortable sort of bar setting. It's up a flight of pink stairs from the sidewalk. My wife's Miso Salmon dish was equally impressive with some shiitake mushrooms that were so meaty and satisfying. That order, a glass of wine, and a generous tip got us out of the door for $125. Worth it if you are a foody! If you want fancy, maybe go elsewhere.

    Mahi sandwich

The food was good The brisket burger with tilamook cheddar was good. The burger was 1/3 pound I believe. And the good shoestring fries. The mahi sandwich was decent . It has a little spice on it. Would come back again. The service was nice and prompt. Just a small place with vibe.

Best meal so far! Millionaire bacon is a must! Service was great and so were the drinks!

We really enjoyed our time at The Spring on Main. The food was really tasty and fresh. Miranda was our server and she was a sweetheart. She gave top notch service, even though they were slammed.

We had a 6:30 p.m. reservation but arrived around 6:00 pm to figure out downtown parking. We expected to wait, but what bothered us was watching two couples with the same reservation time arrive after us and get seated first. We weren't seated until 6:33 pm. The host wasn't welcoming or accommodating. Our server didn't seem to care about us and was not attentive, and she came across as more snobby than friendly. The food, however, was exceptional. The Caesar salad was outstanding, featuring a high-quality eggless dressing with a mustard-forward flavor. The smoked short rib was generously portioned and a great value, especially since many upscale restaurants charge extra for sides. The mac and cheese, had great flavor but was very rich and thick, making it quite heavy. The smoked duck was another standout--perfectly cooked. I think a berry-based sauce would've elevated it even more than the tangy barbecue sauce, but it was still delicious. The restaurant itself has character. In the back, there's a cave-like structure where we were seated, which made the experience feel unique and memorable. I just wish the hospitality had matched the caliber of the kitchen, because no matter how good the meal is, we didn't feel genuinely welcomed.

The chicken fried steak is the best. Not greasy. Huge! The gravy is on point. We tried the cream cheese corn and I'd have to say that I thought the green beans are better. The onion rings are incredible! The mashed potatoes are very good. The service is good. The only issue we had was that we had ordered a side order of onion rings. When a huge basket came out, I asked if this was the side order and the waitress quickly commented that she had put it in as a side order but that they sent a whole order. She said she would adjust it but when she brought the check she said that she took off 10%. Quickly doing the math, the basket we were charged for was $11 while the side order is $5. 10% didn't come close and we barely made a dent in the basket of delicious rings. The live music was nice but they might need to tell the entertainer that it isn't meant to be a show, just background. He doesn't need to be the center of everyone's meal. Local Flavor is a must try!
