We just sat down and the 5 gallon water glass jug was being changed. Unfortunately it fell, breaking and spilling the water. Fortunately no one was hurt and the Nibbles team rightly suspended ordering, cooking and serving. In no time they were back to normal operations. While the operations were normal the breakfast choices of the great start and the western were incredibly tasty. Not sure it it was the fresh ingredients or the professional preparation that made it great but it was perfect. It is small with only a few tables but it has that small, friendly, cosy feel. While you are welcome to linger we were finished and our 4 top was needed for a party of 3 so we quickly departed. read more

The food was excellent. I got the Lilah burrito and the sauce was surprisingly good on it. I dabbed a little here and there. They have red and green salsa, you just have to ask for it. My husband got the French toast and said it was light and fluffy and very good. Each meal comes with a small cup of fruit. Grapes and strawberries right now. Service was sweet and efficient. Meal took a bit of time to come out, so don't coming here in a rush is something you might want to consider. The place is historical, charming and clean. If you're looking for a local restaurant that truly take pride in what they do, I'm recommending Nibbles Eatery every time. Not only is the inside of this restaurant cozy and welcoming, they treat each of their guests like we are regulars. Our waitress was sweet as could be, making sure we were happy with our options and filled up on waters. The menu was small and curated, with every option being the best one you could choose. They offer breakfast, lunch, coffee, and smoothies. As well as offering "the quiche of the day" which in our case was the cowboy quiche. Both me and my partner got the eggs Benedict, which seemed to be very popular while we were there. The hollandaise sauce was absolutely delicious, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The assortment of fruit was fresh and vibrant. I got the Sunny Day smoothie, it was very tasty made with high quality ingredients. While there one of the guests mentioned how she seen the chef working late night preparing everything. For my mom's birthday, we decided to go to Eureka Springs for the day. We were getting hungry and rounded the corner to see Nibbles. It was the perfect stop. We didn't have to wait, but it was 3pm. It is a very small restaurant, but it's so charming. The server guy was super friendly, and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the menu and gluten free options. He told me all of the gluten free options and made sure to ask if I had celiac after I ordered the GF Cuban, since it's pressed on the same panini press as regular bread. I don't have celiac, but was very impressed with the level of service and care from the staff. My mom ordered the nibbles burger which is basically a prime rib sandwich. My Cuban was delicious and the gluten free bread was fantastic. I recommend the canyon bakery white. There's a few options for GF bread as well. Anyway, my Cuban was delicious, but the real star of the meal was my mom's nibble burger. It was insanely good!! And it was prepared correctly, rare to medium rare. Honestly our entire experience was truly outstanding. I did not expect this from a place we decided to pop into, but I haven't been this impressed with a restaurant in a long time. This intimate restaurant has lovely food. I stopped by on this incredibly cold day to grab a quick lunch. The restaurant has just four tables in use currently and if you are looking for small number of people gathered to eat, Nibbles might fit the bill for you. I chose a lunch special, asparagus quiche with a cup of tomato basil soup. The quiche was delightful. . It had perfect balance between cheese, asparagus and egg. Creamy and flavorful. And my goodness, why is it it never occurs to me to level up my soup at home? The tomato basil soup was delicious, but the feta crumbles completed it. Soooo tasty. The soup was served with two slices of hefty sourdough toast and with two servings of sweet honeydew melon. I SAVORED every bite on that plate. The mint tea was refreshing to. Thanks for being open on this cold January day. I loved the coziness and loved the food. Well done!! read more

I'd like to tell you about the most life-changing chicken salad sandwich I've ever had... This chicken salad sandwich replaced my previous "last meal." If I had 24 hours left on this precious Earth, it would be spent with my family eating this sandwich. Nibbles Eatery is a quaint little cafe nestled in the rolling hills of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The cafe is small, but mighty. You walk in and seat yourself at one of the six (maybe) tables and the delightful staff bring you a glass of water and the menu. If you have questions about ingredients, they are answered promptly with the chef coming out to talk to you and help you make decisions based on food intolerances, etc. I was with a friend who has a gluten intolerance and they were more than accommodating and helpful. I chose the chicken salad sandwich, side salad with ranch and a bag of potato chips. The food arrived promptly. It was fresh. It was beautiful. I snapped a few photos (pictured) and took that first life changing bite. Within moments I set the sandwich down and practically wept. I had my own personal moment of silence. I looked at my friend and said, "That's the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had in my entire life (for reference, I'm 43). I actually didn't want to eat the rest of it because I didn't want the meal to end. It was creamy (yes... that's the word. There is no other word) and bursting with flavor. Actually, I have no clue how to describe it because I legit went on a low key chicken salad trip. I quickly moved to my salad and practically licked the plate hoping I would have the self-control to save the other 1/2 of the sandwich. I didn't. No one does and no one will. I could not believe people weren't actively moaning while eating at Nibbles. My friend ordered the same sandwich on gluten free bread and neither of us spoke while we chewed and moaned. That sandwich was an out of body experience. It's worth a trip to Eureka Springs to eat at Nibbles Eatery and my suggestion is to call ahead and order a 50 gallon Tupperware container straight from the chef. On our last day I debated going back to Nibbles Eatery and begging for a large vat of chicken salad; however, without a proper cooler system, I ultimately lost out and didn't go. I know a few things about food and that sandwich is what I want on my last day and every day in between. Thank you to everyone at Nibble Eatery for the love and care you pour into your menu, the accommodations and general pleasantry. We made a quick day trip do Eureka Springs at the end of off-season. Thank goodness nibbles was open for lunch! It's a charming little café with very friendly owners. The front windows featured ready-for-spring plants and flowers. And the food... I ordered the chicken salad salad and my friend ordered the quiche with a 'side salad'. Well, you can see my pictures. The food was fresh delicious and the presentation was wonderful. It's not tomato season but they managed to have flavorful ripe tomatoes in my salad. Try the quiche of the day (I had crab, friends had spinach-mushroom-feta) as it is fantastic. Other notables were the chicken salad on wheat berry bread and the hummingbird salad. Well this time, I was determined to stay on track - and so so glad! This is one of the best places in Eureka. Small, yes. But the food was out of this world fresh and tasty. If you get a chance to go, take it. You won't be disappointed. I had the veggie wrap with some black bean soup, and it was sooooo good. The wrap was very substantial and filling, and the ingredients were simple and clean and just full of homemade goodness. DIVINE doesn't even begin to explain it. I'd go back and have another in a heartbeat! My husband had the Hummingbird salad and he enjoyed it very much as well. The restaurant only has a handful of table - maybe 10? So it will most likely be full when you walk in. They take your name down and call you when the table is ready, which only took about 15 minutes. No big deal. Great service, kind people! We honestly were not huge fans of Eureka Springs in our short getaway here, but Nibbles was by far the highlight of our trip! We stumbled across it while wandering the downtown area, and went in for a mid afternoon bite. I got the popeye smoothie and my husband got a chicken and pesto panini... both were delicious!! We decided to try out their breakfast on our way out of town, and gorged ourselves on their delicious and generous portion of the French toast. I got eggs and bacon on the side and my husband tried out the crab quiche, all washed down with lattes. My son and his girlfriend (15 years old) went to Nibbles Eatery today. They were served by the owner Nick. He was so RUDE AND CONDESCENDING to them and to me. It was 10:30 when my son arrived. He asked what the soup of the day was, he was told "its not even 10 yet." Then my son wanted the Quesadilla on the appetizer menu. Nick grab the menu out of my son's hand and flipped it over. He then told my son " here is the breakfast menu, it's in English". When I called to inquire about it. I talked directly to Nick, he remembered my child and I asked him if it was ok to treat customers like that . His response was "it is when people are annoying" I couldn't believe it. If you have children I would never take them here. Nick might treat them poorly because they want soup or a quesadilla when it is breakfast time. read more
