Atrocious service. Decent pizza. It was very busy at Chelsea's the night we went. There were some sort of male review in the bar, and so much screaming. It was incredibly loud. We sat ourselves at a table and after watching about six people from the bar come place a food order through the kitchen window, I got up to ask one of the workers if we needed to order there or if there was table service. They said they would be right over and he came over to take our order. I told him I had just picked up the menus for us when I had gotten up so we were not ready to order. He said someone would be just by We saw four more people from the bar go up to the kitchen and place an order and two delivery drivers pick up orders. So I went back up to the kitchen to ask if we could place an order for food. It took forever to come out. Thankfully, it was pretty tasty. But overall, this is a miss. Has a big stage where performers and bands play, pool table, bar at the bottom that has lots of beer options, get a pint and go upstairs to get a pizza! The pizza was great, the balcony is inviting, and the staff is friendly..we waiting a long time for pizza as it seemed like they were busy, and short staffed. Ouch. Hate to change a great review to such a bad one so quickly but definitely had one of the worst service experiences of my life in this place. On top of it the waitress made us feel like we were the jerks after waiting over an hour for food and then having a messed up order and raw veggies on our pizza. Terrible. Ok, so we were not sure what to expect. If you go upstairs, they have pretty good pizza. It's not fancy, but it is good. We just wanted something close to where we were staying and it was within walking distance. Then there is a bar underneath. We were invited to Tuesday's Open Mic Night and we were entertained. It was total dive bar vibes but everyone was having fun and the drinks were strong. I feel that it is much busier during the weekends. read more

The very old dingy dive bar vibe is alive and well, and they do have separate seating inside upstairs and outside on the rooftop away from the bar and main stage areas. Last 3 times we went the pizza was very greasy and not good at all. We were told new management and changed some things up. We gave it another chance tonight and we were very pleased with the changes. The pizza was real good with fantastic service. Wow we loved this place! Our Ghost tour guide the night before had told us this was the best pizza in Eureka springs and boy was she right. We sat on the patio, got some local beers and ordered the supreme pizza. The pizza was greasy, delicious and the crust was crispy. We even brought our own hot sauce that we bought down the street at a local business. The sign on the entrance said cash only but that is only for the bar downstairs. A friendly local told us that this place had the best pizza so we decided to check it out. I walked in around 6:30 with my wife and asked the bartender(he was wearing a Lillie Civil War hat) about the pizza. He said they didn't serve pizza. The girl working with him (very friendly) interjected and said we could buy it by the slice or the whole pizza. To make a long story Ionger, it wasn't very welcoming. I get that locals could become aggravated with tourists, but they weren't busy and we weren't being obnoxious. read more

This is one of the coolest bars I've ever been to. We asked our waitress at breakfast what bars to visit and this was one she told us to check out. This is definitely a dive bar, with the smells and all. There was a $5pp cover charge for the live band. It was not my favorite type of music, but my husband loved it and was a fan. This place is great. I've seen ridiculous reviews that harp on the pizza for being greasy--this place isn't claiming to be a fine dining experience. This is a tavern. You go here to drink and eat food you eat when not watching your weight. The pizza was delicious and the people serving it were attentive. While $22 dollars for a pie may seem expensive, they also give you a large pizza. Felt like a genuine "hole-in-the-wall" restaurant and was happy to eat here. Would be back in a heartbeat. read more

If I could give a 4.5 I would. It's a very relaxing venue. The outdoor patio has just a nice relaxing view being in line with the tree tops. Has herbs and vegetables growing around you. The staff is very friendly. Not overly friendly though. It's a great place to just chill during the day time and at night it looks like a fun place to be as well. Had a much better experience at Chelsea's than I did several years ago. The pizzas have always been good, but the service was much better on this visit. We had a party of 4 & chose to sit outside on their deck which overlooks the busy streets of downtown Eureka Springs. Several different craft beers to choose from, as well as domestics. The menu though, is hanging on the wall inside rather than on the actual menu. Our nice server had a photo of it on her phone (guess she's encountered this before) & showed us the options. All of the pizzas are 16 inches which is like a large size pizza. We ordered the "Athens" which came with kalamata & green olives, feta, onions & spinach. Great vegetarian option (my 2 friends are vegetarian) and I enjoyed it. It was a little salty with the olives & feta so I balanced it out with some red pepper. We also ordered the spinach artichoke dip with flat bread- - for the win! Delicious! We used our pizza crust to sop up the rest when we ran out of bread. Highly recommend it! read more
