Had a good meal with the family yesterday. We started with an artichoke and spinach dip and some loaded fries for appetizers. There were four adults and three kids under 5 in our party and our waitress was attentive and friendly. For entrees, three of us had burgers and one had a burrito. We ate well and left satisfied. waited an hour and a half for service, never received my food and our Server became abusive towards me for not accepting my hamburger after over an hour and a half and my party was getting ready to leave. I politely declined and told him no problem and I was leaving- he yelled at me ( I'm 73 years old) and blamed me and said I didn't speak loudly enough to give him my order although he was standing right next to me when I placed it with him.... He then slammed rather violently the tickets enough to make my silverware jump from the table. We stopped here after driving in from Texas, and I have to say of all the places we are during our stay, this one was our favorite. The menu has lots of great options, and I got the Mexican chicken and rice dish which was fantastic. I was hoping for a nice cold draft beer, but they were out when we went. We got some loaded fries as an appetizer which were one of the best we've had, and my guy got the burger which was very juicy and a good size. He was a little disappointed that the lettuce was brown so he left that off, but the burger itself was great. Our server was super nice and very attentive. This was a pretty good sized restaurant too, felt very open and welcoming. The music wasn't too loud at all, and the whole place was very clean. We'd go back in a heartbeat! read more

The BEST place we ate when we were visiting Eureka Springs. Food and service were incredible. The restaurant, restrooms, and bar were clean. Not having to deal with paid parking in downtown is a bonus as well. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. read more

Our only complaint was that we didn't try it sooner - staff were friendly and attentive, and we got a lovely spot in the patio. Debbie was our server and it was her birthday so she got a little extra tip!! Only 2 servers but they were running their butts off and getting it done. Nicely done ladies!! They charged us for an adult cheeseburger. My husband ordered a yuengling when it was brought to him it was green. Meaning their yuengling on tap was oxidized. The hibiscus cider beer was good. We had Chips and queso, cheeseburgers, and subbed a salad for the fries. Salad was fresh and substantial for a side salad with red onion, cheese, croutons, carrots, and diced tomatoes. Burgers were hand made and great off the grill. Brioche bun was toasted to perfection. Chips and queso were on par with any good Mexican restaurant and a nice add to our supper binge. Decided to try a new place for us. Smaller inside than it looks. Even a full bar. We ordered chicken fry , mashed potatoes, side salad. Also for me chicken with grilled onion, peppers, cheese, bacon. Side of little salted potatoes in skin and baked beans. All pretty good. Not excellent but for area good. Service was super nice, young girl, who gave us good service. She got them an extra star. The sauce was good, and the meat fell off the bone.... But, we both had cold spots in our ribs, it appears they had been reheated in the microwave...improperly! I know, reusing prepared food is the industry standard, but you don't want it to be so obvious! Worst were the flies. We asked upon our arrival if they were playing the Chiefs game and he said they could so we felt confident because they were playing Jets vs Broncos. Soon as that game ended the tv was turned off.
