Had a good meal with the family yesterday. We started with an artichoke and spinach dip and some loaded fries for appetizers. There were four adults and three kids under 5 in our party and our waitress was attentive and friendly. For entrees, three of us had burgers and one had a burrito. We ate well and left satisfied. waited an hour and a half for service, never received my food and our Server became abusive towards me for not accepting my hamburger after over an hour and a half and my party was getting ready to leave. I politely declined and told him no problem and I was leaving- he yelled at me ( I'm 73 years old) and blamed me and said I didn't speak loudly enough to give him my order although he was standing right next to me when I placed it with him.... He then slammed rather violently the tickets enough to make my silverware jump from the table. The BEST place we ate when we were visiting Eureka Springs. Food and service were incredible. The restaurant, restrooms, and bar were clean. Not having to deal with paid parking in downtown is a bonus as well. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. read more

We stopped here after driving in from Texas, and I have to say of all the places we are during our stay, this one was our favorite. The menu has lots of great options, and I got the Mexican chicken and rice dish which was fantastic. I was hoping for a nice cold draft beer, but they were out when we went. We got some loaded fries as an appetizer which were one of the best we've had, and my guy got the burger which was very juicy and a good size. He was a little disappointed that the lettuce was brown so he left that off, but the burger itself was great. Our server was super nice and very attentive. Our only complaint was that we didn't try it sooner - staff were friendly and attentive, and we got a lovely spot in the patio.
