We got 12 large cheese pizzas and they hit the spot. The crust was just right; crispy on the edges but soft and chewy inside. The cheese was perfectly melted with great flavor, and the sauce pulled everything together. Simple, satisfying, and exactly what we all needed. I highly reccomend them. read more

Okay so one Friday night, I was over at a friend's and several different pizzas was ordered from this place. It was my first time trying pizza guys and I wasn't expecting to enjoy the pizza I tried. I had a slice or two..maybe three of the beef taco pizza with a couple slices to take home. My taste buds were all confused between am I having tacos or pizza. The combination of the two as one was actually really good. As good as the other pizzas looked, I didn't get the chance to try them. That's how much I was enjoying the beef taco pizza. read more

Customer Service- attentive, quick, friendly, and communicative when updating us on order. Price was a little high but expected since it was a specialty pizza. For our large pizza we earned a large 2ltr bottle of soda so that made up for it. We earned a free ice-cream for checking so we pretty much had our food, drink, and dessert. We were some happy campers. Pizza- Fireeee! - We. devoured. that. -Ish.! If you're going to have something from here, try the impossible bbq pizza along with the pineapple, spinach salad. Together they make a mouthwatering combination. Definitely going to visit for this pizza and salad combo in the very near future. Awesome work y'all! read more

Just popping by to update my review, I still love Pizza Guys! Such a great option on a rainy night. Plus they may have the friendliest delivery driver you'll ever meet. My children even commented on how sincerely nice he seemed to be. I ordered a pizza per usual, pizza guy came my son gave $65 pizza came to $58 and some change. I am trying to load video of him receiving money. I was standing behind the door as well as cameras going. Everything went well. I receive a call 24 hours later my driver forgot to get the money. Lies. The owner answered the phone she began yelling at me saying my son did not pay. She was not here but my son and I was . The delivery boy put the money in his pocket said thank you turned and left. Never will I order from here again. Very rude and I have been ordering from here for 4 years people. The owner of company was the worst. Used their catering service and got a 9 trays of pasta for 50 adults and 50 kids. Had about a tray to spare. Everyone really liked the pasta and the team at the location was extremely helpful and had it hot and ready at the exact pickup time. Great staff. read more

Pizza guys is one of our mainstays for our pizza nights. They do deliver but we usually do a pick up. Their white sauce base pizzas are our family favorite. They gladly do a half-half on the specialty pizzas, which is what we always do due to dietary preferences (vegetarian abs non vegetarian). As a vegetarian my favorite is the Artichoke Fiesta pizza. Their cheese pizzas are pretty good as well and always a hit with the kids. Sometimes we order chicken wings too, they are pretty decent. This is my first time at this Pizza guys location. But I have to say, this is the best pizza I've ever had. I also got Chicken wings too. First of all, look out for those deals/coupons online. By ordering online I was able to save $9 and pay only about $15 for a large-sized double-pepperoni pizza. Overall, the pizza itself wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't bad either. The toppings were pretty generous and for my pizza they used two different types of pepperonis: the flat ones and the ones cupping up when cooked (yasss!). For the cheese they used two kinds: mozzarella and Italian 4 cheese kinds. It was great. But one thing that definitely fell flat about the pizza was to me the crust. The crust wasn't raised at all, so it felt very close textured. It unfortunately reminded me so much of the crust on those frozen pizzas you could get from grocery stores. But other than that, it was actually great. The store also sold pint-sized Dryers ice cream, so I grabbed one for an after-meal dessert :) read more

Have so many things to say about this place. Other than i love the service, the pizza and the CRUST i love how very considerate they are. I had them on my sons bday long time ago..ordered and they delivered it to the venue. Left the pizza bag(returned it of course) with us to keep it warm while the kids play andddd they gave us extra box of pizza! Hows that!! All the guess loved the pizza too. Great pizza. I carried out. It was ready on time. Asked for plates and red peppers. No problem. I had the combo with regular crust. The crust was yummy. A bit thicker than a normal pizza. Generous toppings and they put extra sauce on as per my request. The combination pizza made for a great dinner and yummy breakfast while on the road. read more

For great pizza Pizza Guys on Pimlico Drive is my favorite pizza! It is always hot and fresh. When they make a mistake, or there was a problem they go out of their way make it right, including free ice cream! They deliver and for me it is without issue! Their people are friendly, provide contactless delivery, and communicative. I usually buy their wings and bread too, which is great! Love Love Love the pizza. Today I walked in with my kids to order pizza. It only took them less than 15 mins to get it ready. The pizza tastes so good, they also cut it in smaller slice maybe because they saw it's for kids. They also gave a big bottle of drink with so many options which is free. We ordered delivery tonight, two pizzas. We live less than 10 minutes from the store (just over the freeway and towards Target off of Dublin Blvd.), so you'd think we'd have an on-time delivery with piping hot pizzas, right? NOPE! The delivery was on time, but the pizzas were both curiously warm. As for the actual quality of the pizzas? After our experience, I have to wonder if some of these other reviewers are either paid or family/friend shills. Or maybe these people never get out? Because 'best pizza'? Or even 'good pizza'? Are you kidding me??? I mean it's edible. Or, it was edible, since it's what we made the mistake of ordering. For crying out loud, you pick up a slice and everything slides off the slice. *sigh* So much for having a relaxed Saturday night family pizza party sans utensils. But wait, there's more... I opened a packet of Parmesan and it was...darkened...maybe like the color of redwood sawdust? Or a light beige but darker than parm and it looked wrong. I smelled it and something was. not. right. I have never seen this in my life. What kind of money saving tactic is this that the owner would allow expired condiments to be passed out to customers? For shame! Needless to say, this not a mistake we will be making again. The only reason this even happened is because the Round Table closest to us closed and left us outside any Round Table delivery zone. But you know what, from now on, we are just gonna have to DoorDash Round Table--these new fangled, fly by night pizza joints ain't got nothin' on The Last Honest Pizza. read more

I was really hungry for a good "pie". Pie, get it, a New Yorker, this franchise company should be blown up. I could not eat even the first piece I tried. Maybe a 12 year old kid that has lived in Pleasanton their entire life thinks this is pizza. I only hope that the corporate office and corporate chef that manages quality control reads this. This place is absolutely amazing! I called last Friday to order some food and a worker name Kim was very helpful! She told me the difference between coupons and helped me choose which one would be better for me. I also called because my doordash app wasn't working.. I asked The worker how much would my order be if I ordered a large pepperoni with 24 wings and a 2 liter soda. Surprisingly, the price was a lot cheaper than ordering though doordash! Like why?$? You guys should really call because doordash charges us like $5-$10 more depending on what you may be ordering! I came to pick up my pizza and the workers were very welcoming and clean. They also wiped after each pen use for the customers along with the table top that they use to pass the pizzas to customers. I love that they are taking extra precautions to keep themselves safe and their customers! Thank you for working! I will definitely be returning soon & I highly recommend to call this place instead of ordering on doordash or grub hub. read more

Tasty pizzas. Fast service. I usually order pizzas from Tandoori pizza or dominoes. Tandoori pizza is a different kinda of pizza with Indian toppings. Pizza guys is definitely better than dominoes - in taste. We ordered the regular crust. But will try thin crust next time. Staff is helpful and will offer a deal/discount if you call to place an oder. Have ordered twice. read more

I had order so many times from here and never had an issue until today. Thanks to Jose for ending a customer here or many more. I ordered on DoorDash for pickup as I know you get a free ice cream or soda when you pick up in person. There's no sign saying you cannot order from DoorDash to get free ice cream and if they are going to give away free ice cream, why would it matter? I also had my kids with me and they were super disappointed. I could have check-in on Yelp to get the free ice cream or even pay for it but it's the feeling of bad customer service. read more

This has become our go-to for our pizza. We always get one of their specials or use their 50% off coupons. Kids love their pepperoni pizza and my husband and I do the half n half with the thick crust. I love their dough! Delivery is usually fast, except one time it wasn't and I had to ask where it was, but for the most part, we've been happy with their service and happy with their pizza. We do try other new pizza places from time to time, but we always go back to this one. read more

We were seated quickly and order taken. We knew based on the menu that the deep dish would take longer to make. We had the caesar salad and it was refreshing and the shredded cheese was delicious. For the pizza, we ordered half of spinach and mushroom and half of Zachary's special. The first pull of the slice had that gooey cheese, which was awesome. The crust was a bit stiff to my liking but the flavor of the ingredients were decent.

Our typical order is usually 1 pizza, half a dozen Bello Balls, and a calzone or chicken parm sandwich. It's a bit out of our way since the San Ramon location closed but always worth the extra drive. The staff are attentive when picking up and the place has a TV and plenty of seating . Today though, things were off: pizza was charred on the edges, the bottom was very dark and hard, and the overall crust was very dry and tough. I think things were a bit overdone also on the chicken parm sandwich: the bread and the chicken had charred edges - made the sandwich dried out overall. We're hoping this was a one time occurrence and plan to give them another chance in a week or two. Stay tuned.

They are not as well know if your from Pleasanton or the tri valley in general,so that already gives them a small disadvantage from the get go. I love to support small family owned businesses. I want hard working people to succeed .The door dashing process for PBX was pretty simple. Took about 35 min to get my 2 large pizzas one butter chicken and one tandoori shahi paneer. I think you pay extra for cilantro so I opted not to get it because I have it at home. The service was amazing and helpful. My son has a nut allergy and I asked if they use cashew in their base, the lady said No so we were all good. Pizzas were hot and ready to go they give two round ranch packets , parmesan and red peppers without me even having to ask. They have their own parking two spots which is huge because there is no curbside parking. This is a sole location. They have other things on the menu also. Ice cream deserts and mango lassi. The interior is very nice , clean and attention grabbing . The pizza s are legit and taste traditional true Indian flavors and much lower cost compared to Tandoori pizzas franchise.
