Food = fantastic. I thought the pizza was really good. Service = okay. Our server came over a few times to check on us, but wasn't entirely friendly. Ambiance = diner vibes. Came in for the first time on a Saturday around one. The dinning room was empty. We walked down a hallway and there we found employees. We didn't know if we were to order at the counter or a table. Employee said table. We sat down and noticed that the table top looked unclean and greasy, like it had been wiped with a dirty cloth. We changed tables. Not much better. The server was nice, but not too informative. She said they were out of Pasta, Meatballs, and no olives. We are not from here so we assumed they had a busy Friday night. The server went on to say that it was not busy at all on Friday night and that Saturday was turning out just as slow. We were not told of the lunch specials. They were not on the menu. So we ordered the Pizza Forum Special pizza. The Pizza came fairly quickly, and was fabulous! The crust was perfect, and the toppings were fairly generous. The only thing was I don't think there was ham on the Pizza as stated in the menu. Out of that too? But it was still a very good pizza!!! We will give them another try when we go back to Kendallville. Hopefully they'll have all the menu items. read more

Arrived on a Monday about 4:10pm. They opened at 4pm. Place was pretty much deserted. My friend and I found our way into the back past a small little game room. We were greeted and asked if we would like to place an order. My friend had a coupon and we wanted to see if it was any good. Yes, it was. We would like to order the XL 2 topping and garlic breadsticks on the side for $19.99. We were told around 20 to 25 minute wait. While we waited we decided to check out the game room. There was an air hockey table, a few arcade games, sticker and toys vending machines and several claw games. My friend and I decided to play their Alien arcade game. $1.00 each. It was fun but my gun wasn't aiming right. My friend won a prize on one of the claw games. Afterwards we waited at a booth. Our order was announced after waiting 20 minutes. We picked it up and went to my friend's house. It smelled delicious on our way there, and boy was it! The pizza sauce is a little sweet and has a nice flavor to it. The garlic breadsticks were definitely garlic! They came with a choice of marinara or cheese. We chose cheese. We took a menu home with us and looked at it while we enjoyed our food. Certainly going to go back to try some of their specialty pizzas. read more

Extremely poor service this afternoon, just for a carry-out order too. Cashier had her vape clearly out on the counter and was apologizing to me because she was busy trying to catch a Snorlax on her Pokèmon Go App. Got my order, went back to my office, had the wrong sauce put in with my breadstick order, and my tossed salad is missing tomatoes and croutons. Couldn't even get the drink that I ordered because they were out. 0/10. read more

During my hometown visits I have enjoyed Pizza Forum on a couple of occasions. I always appreciate a place that offers classic pizzas and also unique twists. On my more recent visit I enjoyed the Wings pizza. The food was ready right on time and still piping hot when we got home 10 minutes later. Definitely a good spot for dine-in or carry out in Kendallville. read more

Stopped back tonight for supper. There were about a half dozen there dining, our waitress was busy but got to us in good time and took our order, the Tuesday night special Medium pizza. While waiting on our pizza one couldn't help but notice just how quiet it was in there, abnormally quiet, you literally had to whisper to keep your conversation from traveling the entire dining area, you should seriously think about some music! It used to be close, but tonight we were severely disappointed. Lastly, the Parmesan tasted like it had sat at room temperature for 2-3 years. SUPER funky taste. Pizza Forum is one of the best pizza joints in Kendallville next to Pizza Hut, and Jim's Pizza. They're a little expensive, but that's because they make their pizza out of fresh ingredients. I especially recommend their shells. You'll have to give them some time, though. It takes about 20 minutes for them to make the shell. It's totally worth it, though. It's like heaven in your mouth. The arcade is also a good add-on for the anxious little ones who don't know what to do while the pizza is being made. Notes: Not a fast food joint. Come in when you're not busy. read more

They have shells not calzones. Ha. Either way they are awesome and made to order. Nice diverse menu. I have ate there 6 times. Each time there has been great service and perfectly cooked meals. I recommend the chicken club and pastas. Pizza is the best of course. read more

I've only eaten take out here twice but our first time was a disaster. We ordered an everything pizza and when we got it, the pizza was barely cooked. But I will say they did fix it and gave us a replacement pizza that turned out fine. Still not my favorite. read more

First visit here last Saturday was just a 'grab & go,' but it was well worth it. I only had 3 of my kids with me, and we were in between soccer games and needed some grub. Figured we could grab a pickup pizza and head out. I am sooooooooo glad we did. Ordering over the phone was easy, and finding the place in downtown Kendallville wasn't difficult for a country bumpkin either. You are in a pizza place. That is the feeling you get when you enter the dining area. Very cute small tables and some booths, decorated with classic pizza parlor white and red checked table cloths, dark wood and the SMELL of pizza wafting. Not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised. Made our way to the back service area where pickups are to be made, and were met by 3 friendly ladies. Pizza was ready on time, the kids selected their beverages, and out the door we went. Then the party began...in our mouths. THE PIZZA IS EXCELLENT!!! The crust is not super thin, but not thick either. Holding up a piece it bends about 2/3rds or 1/2 of the way down. I think the crust is also brushed with a garlic butter, which makes eating the ends super tasty. The toppings were ample, but the star of this pizza is the sauce. Good flavor where you can actually taste tomatoes. It is a little on the sweet side, but it was liked by everyone...even the teenager who ate some when we got home said it was one of the best pizzas in the area. I don't know if they make their own sauce, but I need to find out. Looked like they also had thicker pies (that I saw on some tables walking through) that I definitely want to try next time. read more

My daughters absolute favorite place to eat! They have the best pizza around and a great arcade. Plus the staff is so nice and awesome. And they have about the fastest service around! If you like pizza you should definently eat here. read more

When i worked at Dekko on 3rd shift on a Thursday night we would all split for pizza from here. They would deliver with no complaints and the food was always the best. The pizza is awesome and most everything else they have is great. No complaints here. read more

pizza was pretty good but it's definitely not worth the price. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it was over $25.

Very disappointing service. Upon arriving our group of four realized that all of the tables in the restaurant needed cleaned. Most had old dishes and food. No other people were dining in at that point so there was no reason the tables shouldn't have been cleaned by the waitress. It took over 45 minutes after ordering for our breadsticks appetizer to arrive at the table. It was another 20 minutes after that before the meal arrived. When we left the restaurant all of the tables were still not cleaned by the waitress. I'd blame it on being short staffed if there weren't five people working with only a few customers. The food itself was decent, but the poor service had already ruined the experience at that point. I don't recommend eating here unless you want a very long wait for food at a dirty table. read more

This is a great place to bring your family. Comfortable dinning room with a separate video game room to enjoy after you place your first pizza order. After you eat this pizza and you are amazed....you will order more even before you leave! Definitely coming back here. Five stars! read more

Tbh I think that the pizza dough wasn't done all the way but the toppings and the sauce was good and the garlic bread was very good

I love this place. I sell cars and often cant leave work. I have the pasta and meatballs baked and I love it. They deliver even at lunch time. We take our grandchildren and their friends there for their birthdays. 6.49 for all the pizza bread sticks and salad . Great when you are feeding a bunch. The staff is friendly too. And the manager is awesome. read more
