The pizza gives a Hawaiian feel, however there are no juices, but you definitely do taste the sweet glaze. Special 2 - fresh coppa, mozzarella, topped with rocket - ham, with rocket. Even though it was a special, I think it's missing a flavour, perhaps add some olives or maybe some pesto to give it an extra bang. Main 2 - Nduja, Mozzarella and tomato - spicy chilli salami paste scattered all over the pizza. It gives the pizza a nice kick, just how I like it. Main 4 - Mushroom, seared pepper, artichoke, tomato and ricotta - a unique pizza without the mozzarella, therefore it's particularly saucy but the vegetables and ricotta make up for that. I also recommend the tomato and pesto flatbread, just can't go wrong with pesto on some bread. Warm and crispy with the flavour of the pesto complimenting the bread.
