Owned operated by a friendly family. Gets kind of busy on weekend nights when the bars let out, but service is quick nonetheless. Helps to call ahead. Even though my friends peg me as someone who enjoys all food, all movies, all aspects of life, etc. - they all agree that ETC is a legit spot. I can't stay away from their Italian subs, we get a few pies a week, and they're super quick for pickup or delivery. This is the kind of shop you would hope to have in your neighborhood. Amazing service!!! And of course the pizza tasted wonderful! Same with the Cesar salad, always fresh and they used shaved Parmesan which tastes great! Tip: when making the salad, take the cheese and lemon out first. Then pour the dressing and croutons in and shake it. Then add the cheese and lemon after, this way you get even amount of cheese or else it ends up in a glob on the bottom. There is metered Street parking behind the building and also across the street and the CVS parking lot
