Came here for a quick meal pickup before heading to the movies. I got the chicken shawarma rice bowl and the hubs got the chicken wrap. I got almost all toppings- lettuce, cucumber, onions, pickled radish, tzatziki sauce and the lemon tahini sauce. It was filling but I think the rice was a bit greasy for me. I prefer it to be plain and not with any oil added at all. Service was quick and friendly. The space is really nice clean, large and with seating on the sides. Parking is free at the garages in the Arsenal yards mall garage so that is very convenient. Overall good for a quick meal! read more

I am a huge CAVA fan, so I was thrilled to try NAYA. It exceeded my expectations, the food was absolutely delicious! Conveniently located in the middle of Arsenal Yards, NAYA serves fast-casual Lebanese cuisine. The flavor profile is a bit different compared to CAVA (Mediterranean). I got a bowl with their chicken shawarma, falafel, rice, cucumber, tomato, onion, hummus, tzatziki, garlic yogurt, and feta cheese on top. It was exceptional in flavor, super healthy, and filling. The staff were also very friendly and walked me through all of their options as it was my first time. It also came with a free mini pita on the side which was hot and tasty. Came here with my partner after a walk around Boston. Well worth the trip. The place is counter service and is clean and organized. I elected to go with the Rice Bowl with Lamb. The lamb was absolutely deeeeelicoous! The availability of toppings is almost overwhelming and it's easiest to just point which ones you want when deciding. I went with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, slaw, baba ghanoush, cucumbers and Jalapeño dressing. The fresh pita was a nice touch and makes the meal complete. Try the appetizers, we tried all 4 they offered; falafel, beef kibbe, fatayer, and rekakat. Can't go wrong with any of them. They were gone before I could take a photo! read more

I absolutely love Cava, so i thought I would try this spot. I like Mediterranean flavors and I'm always looking for a more fresh and healthy option. Overall my bowl was fresh but very bland. The triangle shape of the bowl makes it feel like you're getting less. I haven't measured it though. The rice vermicelli was interesting. I think the sumac onion was my favorite. The pita bread looked so promising but was hard as a rock. I couldn't eat them. That was most disappointing to me. They are super fast. If you're in Watertown Arsenal Yards, I would pick this place over the Chipotle location, which is abysmal. I don't think I'll be returning to a Naya though. Overall it didn't do it for me. I'll stick to Cava. Nothing particularly bad here but nothing great for me. It was pretty average. read more

We've been here a few times now and each time is consistent and delicious. When I'm feeling lazy to cook but still want a somewhat healthy lunch out, then my go to has been Naya. The staff is friendly and efficient. If you order on the app, just know that the predicted time it is ready is usually correct. NAYA is killing it in their first week!!! We got Too Good To Go a few times, and the staff were so friendly. The bags were already made and on the table, so the pickup process was so easy. Today, we attended their grand opening, and it was awesome. There was a cool spin-the-wheel thing to win prizes, there was free spindrift, bowls were only 1 dollar. The staff were super efficient, too. This store was a well-oiled machine. Now for the food... The bowls are stuffed to the brim with food - SO much food inside. Pitas are delicious, the meat is tender. I love the lamb kebab. The chicken shawarma is excellent as well. Both the rice and the quinoa bases are delicious. I always go for all 4 of their dips, since each one is so good. The full price for a bowl is $12-$13, which is pretty standard. Definitely worth it if you factor in how much food you're getting. Honestly, not sure what the hype is all about because my first trip here was underwhelming. I frequently come to Arsenal Yards and noticed their lemon roasted chicken, so finally decided to try it out. I ordered online to customize my owl bowl of mixed greens with hummus, pickles, sauces, and also got pistachio baklava. The pickup was easy and I really like the triangle bowl shape as it's different than other places. The quantity of food barely fills the bowl compared to other places making similar dishes. I couldn't really taste much of the sauce from the lemon chicken, but at least it was moist. The pita was super soft and was great addition to eat with the hummus as I did not have enough salad for all the dressing. The pistachio baklava comes in 6 tiny little pieces which makes it great to end the meal with a sweet, flakey treat. Not the best baklava I've had, but still good. If I go back, I would try their rice bowl instead to see if it's more filling, as this was a very light dinner. read more

Updated Review I had to update my previous review because things have changed. I used to order from NAYA several times per week for both me and my spouse, as it was a reliable go to. The food remains fresh and flavorful, and the NAYA Bowl and beef kibbe are still solid choices. However, recent changes have affected the overall value. The chicken portion has been reduced, adding extra protein now costs over $5, and kibbe that previously came as two pieces is now one piece for the same price. While the food quality remains good, the reduced portions and higher add on costs make the pricing harder to justify than before, and we will need to look for a new go to option. read more

You do have lots of choices for the base, protein, and add ons. All the combinations complimented each other, well prepared, and the portions were generous.
