I'm not sure why I keep going back to them. 3/4 of the time the pizza is terrible. They need to have people that can competently make a pizza consistently. It's such a hit or miss and I'm about to give up on them. This doesn't even take into consideration the last Italian subs I ordered from them had a single, very thin layer of meat with brown lettuce on it.We took 1 bite and threw away 2 subs. The meat or something on those subs were rancid.Big difference in Logan and Lancaster pizza crossings. Ownership needs to look into who is making the food in Lancaster. If anybody knows us, they would know that Pizza Crossing has always been our "go to" and favorite pizza for the entire family. We decided to order a pizza and chef salad and bring it home today and something has changed. Although the pizza was hot, the crust was almost like a cracker. I don't know if it was overworked, but it didn't taste anything close to what we have grown to love.The salad aa always was excellent. Was told about Pizza Crossing by a neighbor, we decided to order to-go. two pizzas, boneless wings and breadsticks. I had read that If i got nothing else, I had to get the breadsticks. I will say, I would have preferred to dine in as I think the overall experience would have been better, but non the less it was solid. The wings would have been crispy, but the steam and condensation reached them before I did. The sauce was tasty and there was enough of it. The breadsticks were soft and had a good bake. We ordered a meat lovers pizza for pickup. We got home and it wasn't fit to eat. Dry and crust was terrible and like cardboard. There was hardly any sauce on it. It looked like it had been sitting all day in their shop. We paid $23.99 for the worst pizza I had ever had. Never will waste my money at this joint again. I got two of the large pizzas called: All the Way and Veggie Supreme. Both had soggy crusts and the toppings kept falling off alongside the cheese. The pizza was cut into strange, small rectangular pieces. For someone that was craving pizza, it was disappointing. As far as beverages, they only serve beer or soda. Most of the beers are the bottled regulars. Maybe I am spoiled, but I was hoping for some lagers or ales. Maybe beer on tap? Maybe some mixed drinks? I really enjoy Pizza Crossing pizza and salad. The pizza is a thin crust with your choice of toppings. I typically have pepperoni and mushroom. The quality of the pizza sauce and cheese is top notch. The pizza is perfectly cooked every time. The crust is a little crunchy but that is good and adds to the flavor. I really like the chef salad. I usually get a large and split it between two people. I prefer the house Italian for my salad and dipping my pizza in it. Make sure you get a Coca-Cola or root beer. They give you a nice cup and refills are available at the soda machine located in the dining room. You don't need to wait for them to come around to get your refill. Me and my wife came here because we love the Pizza Crossing in Logan Ohio. Much to our disappointment this place is awful. The food was over cooked, the service was awful, and the building was dirty. My wife ordered a chef salad that was brown and the service went down the hill from there. If you want pizza crossing make the extra 20 min trip to Logan and you wont be disappointed. read more

We order from pizza cottage frequently and tonight I ordered 1 sub and had it delivered. The sub got here and was wrong so I called the store and they said they would send another one right out. Well 50 min later my sub still hadn't arrived. I called the store back and they said the guy would be here in 10-15 min well the guy didn't show up in that time frame. So it has taken over 2 hours for a sub. They will be losing my every Friday business from here on out as this is extremely poor service read more
