never, had a bad experience until today.march 6th around 2:05pm, the staff or owner female, who took the call not very friendly acted like was bothering them. i asked about taco salad and she stated until lunch time .. ? ? so i said iam sorry, is it to late no,lunch until 3pm. so i said all, can i still order taco salad? yea ok i get a large and also does it come with meat, she replies to what its all on it. yes taco meat .i asked alot of meat because i like taco meat. she stated i think its satisfying honestly, ok, i stated good i take your word. well let me tell you. small plater of chip,cheese,slime onions,tomatoes,salad mushushroom, so my container of meat as the delivery person stated was a half of cup half full of taco sesesoning alot and little tiny bits i think of beef.it was such a small amount and bits of tiny meat, i think hammbuger with over sessions sause omg so horable honestly it was so bad. i only ate salad.but i asked for truth and wasn't told that it was discussing. the sauce and bits of meat like bacon bits would been bigger..i have never in the whole 22 years have ever had a bad experiences but that was bad. and the lady on the phone ..if your the owner, please be more friendy if you are not the owner please be respectful to your customers. the fema5 delivery driver was very friendy and out going. very sweet. read more

Ordered a sub from Cristy's Pizza for delivery. I ordered a Turkey Sub and Carrot Cake for delivery. My Turkey Sub was AWFUL! It took over an hour for my delivery and I live close by. My sub looked like someone had rolled up a bunch of Turkey and threw it on my sandwich. The pieces of Turkey were not sliced and arranged like a regular sub. There was one skinny slice of provolone cheese and hardly any lettuce tomato and no condiments on bun. The most disgusting part the sandwich was soggy. It was so unpalatable that I took 2 small bites and almost gagged. I ate my carrot cake which is always good. Next time I order a sub I will go to their competitor. Really Cristy's? Lancaster we are very fortunate to have a lot of great pizza joints and Cristy's is one of them. They have a great selection of food and the outdoor seating is fantastic. I would recommend the zucchini fries, Cristy's classic (no mushrooms), and of course an iced cold draft beer. The pizza has a good crust and the toppings are always fresh. The staff there are friendly and do a nice job of checking in and making sure you are good. After going by their drive through location, we landed here wanting to dine in. There was a large very noisly group next to us which was very annoying, but it seems the kids in Lancaster don't have many places to hang out so we dealt with it. We ordered 2 large one topping pizzas which were ok but nothing special or worth returning for. We also got an itailian and a taco sub and a salad. I really liked the taco sub, it was just something different. My mother (in her 80's) when she can afford to, orders from here as a treat...she loves the calzones. Last week, she ordered two. She picked up, paid cash. $18. She got home, they were made wrong-wrong ingredients, and one was still soft, uncooked dough inside. She called and spoke to Shannon, the manager. Shannon told her if she wanted to come back, she will give her $back or would note her account to get two replacement calzones-no charge. (Spend her precious gas to drive back? Nope) So mom agreed to the two replacement calzones. While running errands, I stopped at store today and first spoke to Charles. I asked for Shannon, he refused to say if Shannon worked there or when. So I gave my Mom's information, he checked with manager and then said "no, we paid her back-cash". I immediately said incorrect, then spoke to Andrew that admitted the original order was taken wrong, they could re-do them, but I was to be charged because "it's in the system, we paid her back" Then manager Angel walks from store to corp. office next door, goes back into store, gets on the phone and states "we will NOT do these for free, we are going by the notes in the system!" At this point I pointed out that "you admitted you took the order wrong, but no possibility that the note about "cash back" was also incorrect?" "No!". Needless to say, they escalated me into an argument, which Angel then said "if you keep talking to me like this, I'm hanging up!" I told her no, it's ok...you just lost 15 year customers (we have very large family and A LOT of friends), we will follow up with posts on Facebook and here on YELP...all for YOUR mistakes! Two calzones owed to my mother, per Shannon. (*they vehemently refused to tell me when Shannon was on duty to clear this up). Angel hung up on me. Lost a lot of customers today, Jason & Co. Immediately, Mom then got a call from Michelle on East side. She apologized over and over, said she personally will make calzones and deliver them to Mom's home...and she did, piping hot. Thank you Keith, Michelle. It may be a longer drive, but going forward, if Mom is ever hungry for a calzone again, she stated she will support the West side, Keith's location. My favorite pizza! It wasn't long ago that I signed a petition to allow this restaurant to offer a full service bar. This restaurant coming to life was an answered prayer! It really is nice being able to go to get your favorite pizza and be able to sit down in their restaurant to enjoy it! The delivery service is great too! The fee is reasonable and delivery time is fast and reliable! The menu has many regularly offered items and occasionally has new menu items semi annually. Just ordered a medium ham and green olive pizza. Also a chicken bacon ranch. Both were burnt and inedible. The problem when a chain gets so big they let others run things and they take no interest in what is going on. It was the Tiki location. My family and I had just recently moved to the area and wanted pizza. We wanted to try something different than your traditional major pizza chains. This place has good pizza and salad! We dined in the dining room. Our waitress was very kind and helpful. The inside is a little small, but looks very clean, modern and well maintained. If you are a salad person I recommend the apple orchard salad! It's huge and comes with a house made sweet and sour dressing. I ate my salad with that and tried raspberry vinaigrette as well... yummy! read more

We stumbled across this gem while bowling at a tournament at Tiki Lanes. This place is amazing. We had a party of seven and were seated promptly. Service was courteous and quick. I had the Cuban. RUN don't walk to this place for their Cubans. It had a generous amount of pork and ham, crisp pickles, and hot and melted Swiss. I can honestly say it's one of the best I've ever had. My son had a calzone and my husband had the ham and cheese sub. Food was hot and fresh. They loved their food as well. This place has a great outdoor patio in the back. It has mozzarella, aged romano cheese, diced tomato, olive oil, and topped with fresh pesto sauce. This hit the spot, though I have surely tried better elsewhere. This is the best place in Lancaster to get a pizza, we have ate at almost every spot in town for pizza (there's a lot of spots) and we keep coming back to Cristys, actually Cristys is the place we gauge pizza on. Good thing about them as well is they serve gluten-free pizza, and hands down have the best one around. They load their pizzas with toppings, so you definitely get your moneys worth. Well, let's start this by stating that sugar bears is my favorite pizza. Cristys will get the job done but doesn't leave me the satisfaction that a sugar bears pizza will. It's like when I eat a sugar bears pizza, I don't feel the calories consuming my body because I love it so much that I don't care how if effects me. However, when I eat cristys, I count the calories per pizza bc it doesn't even give me the satisfaction enough to want to eat ALL I want guilt free. Christie's pizza is one of my hometown favorite pizzas. They have two locations, one on the east side and one on the west side. The west side Christie's has a drive-through lane for convenience. Christie's has coupons that can be found in the local mailings. Also, when I call I just ask what the daily special is. My favorite by far is the pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni is deli sliced and somewhat spicy. The pepperoni is larger than a traditional size pepperoni. I recently ordered the Goliath. This pizza is a specialty pizza - double cheese, double pepperoni! In addition to that I added extra sauce. Delicious! I must say that the pizza sauce is great! The quality is consistent and exceptional - appearance, temperature, and taste. I recommend that as soon as you pick up your order go ahead and take a bite when it is hot and fresh. read more
