I would typically write a positive review for Cristy's especially this location. Unfortunately today is not the same. I've noticed a lack in hospitality with most of the cashiers there. Last week was when I decided to no longer go because as I was waiting for my pizza in the front lobby I hear one of the kitchen staff commenting on how a customer was a r****d. I've heard a few things from the kitchen but this one seems to come from the taller tan skin boy with a mustache. I am almost positive he's the manager. I would definitely recommend not going here if they're allowing their employees to speak about customer like that especially while other customers are present. read more

Love the pizza, been ordering for years. Seems like they forget the salad dressing more and more. C'mon, you can do better.

Went downhill since no Biggs . If you try to get service within 20 mins of closing the restaurant side shits their pants . Lancaster can kill anything . read more

Cristy's Pizza - a pizza cut into eight pieces - Pizza Near Me - Lancaster, Ohio

Ordered a sub from Cristy's Pizza for delivery. I ordered a Turkey Sub and Carrot Cake for delivery. My Turkey Sub was AWFUL! It took over an hour for my delivery and I live close by. My sub looked like someone had rolled up a bunch of Turkey and threw it on my sandwich. The pieces of Turkey were not sliced and arranged like a regular sub. There was one skinny slice of provolone cheese and hardly any lettuce tomato and no condiments on bun. The most disgusting part the sandwich was soggy. It was so unpalatable that I took 2 small bites and almost gagged. I ate my carrot cake which is always good. Next time I order a sub I will go to their competitor. Really Cristy's? Yuck! - Connie S. read more

Love Cristy's! Pizza is always amazing! Whether I'm picking up or having it delivered it's so good, comforting and delish! Took the Classic to a pizza-off with a group of friends and it won best in the group so it's my first choice in town! read more

Lancaster we are very fortunate to have a lot of great pizza joints and Cristy's is one of them. They have a great selection of food and the outdoor seating is fantastic. I would recommend the zucchini fries, Cristy's classic (no mushrooms), and of course an iced cold draft beer. The pizza has a good crust and the toppings are always fresh. The staff there are friendly and do a nice job of checking in and making sure you are good. If you are looking for a great pizza joint with a just as good atmosphere then Cristy's is your place. read more

Visiting Lancaster for a few days and someone recommended Cristy's for pizza. It was enjoyable but not memorable. Their pepperoni was tasty and the best part of the pizza. read more

I've been eating at Cristy's pizza for years. ALWAYS been really good but Now I have to order my subs well done or it's like it didn't even go through the oven. But that's ok now I know. Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it had way too much sauce and they put the pepperoni under the cheese. WTH. If that happens again I'm done with Cristy's. There are lots of good pizzas in Lancaster to put up with this. read more

After going by their drive through location, we landed here wanting to dine in. There was a large very noisly group next to us which was very annoying, but it seems the kids in Lancaster don't have many places to hang out so we dealt with it. We ordered 2 large one topping pizzas which were ok but nothing special or worth returning for. We also got an itailian and a taco sub and a salad. I really liked the taco sub, it was just something different. In all a good place if you are hungry and want something simple fast for a descent price, but not worth going out of your way for. read more

My favorite pizza! It wasn't long ago that I signed a petition to allow this restaurant to offer a full service bar. This restaurant coming to life was an answered prayer! It really is nice being able to go to get your favorite pizza and be able to sit down in their restaurant to enjoy it! The delivery service is great too! The fee is reasonable and delivery time is fast and reliable! The menu has many regularly offered items and occasionally has new menu items semi annually. The Cristy's Rewards Program earns you free food FAST! It works great on smartphones too!! I LOVE CRISTY'S and am glad my family loved it too!! read more

My mother (in her 80's) when she can afford to, orders from here as a treat...she loves the calzones. Last week, she ordered two. She picked up, paid cash. $18. She got home, they were made wrong-wrong ingredients, and one was still soft, uncooked dough inside. She called and spoke to Shannon, the manager. Shannon told her if she wanted to come back, she will give her $back or would note her account to get two replacement calzones-no charge. (Spend her precious gas to drive back? Nope) So mom agreed to the two replacement calzones. While running errands, I stopped at store today and first spoke to Charles. I asked for Shannon, he refused to say if Shannon worked there or when. So I gave my Mom's information, he checked with manager and then said "no, we paid her back-cash". I immediately said incorrect, then spoke to Andrew that admitted the original order was taken wrong, they could re-do them, but I was to be charged because "it's in the system, we paid her back" Then manager Angel walks from store to corp. office next door, goes back into store, gets on the phone and states "we will NOT do these for free, we are going by the notes in the system!" At this point I pointed out that "you admitted you took the order wrong, but no possibility that the note about "cash back" was also incorrect?" "No!". Needless to say, they escalated me into an argument, which Angel then said "if you keep talking to me like this, I'm hanging up!" I told her no, it's ok...you just lost 15 year customers (we have very large family and A LOT of friends), we will follow up with posts on Facebook and here on YELP...all for YOUR mistakes! Two calzones owed to my mother, per Shannon. (*they vehemently refused to tell me when Shannon was on duty to clear this up). Angel hung up on me. Lost a lot of customers today, Jason & Co. Terrible customer service. You screwed up BIGG time. In this inflation/recession, treating customers and their hard-earned money this way...an 80 year old woman! Not good business. Lots of other pizza places, won't miss ya. Two calzones to be done right, as promised by Shannon. Bye bye Christy's. Shameful. **Upon informing my mother of their actions, my mother called and asked to speak with the manager. Charlie stated to her no manager there (I was just there). She said she knew better....he hung up on her. She called back, three more times, each time Charlie picked up the phone and hu on her. She called West location. Asked for the manager. Immediately Keith gets on the phone and hear's her out and what she/I went through today. He stated "oh no no no, that is not right! So sorry!" He called over there, called my Mom back and said "they WILL fix this, or come here and I will take care of it!" He also stated Shannon is NOT a manager as she portrayed herself. Immediately, Mom then got a call from Michelle on East side. She apologized over and over, said she personally will make calzones and deliver them to Mom's home...and she did, piping hot. Thank you Keith, Michelle. It may be a longer drive, but going forward, if Mom is ever hungry for a calzone again, she stated she will support the West side, Keith's location. My Mom stated "way too much happened, what I went through, it's too bad." And she is perfectly right. read more

My family and I had just recently moved to the area and wanted pizza. We wanted to try something different than your traditional major pizza chains. This place has good pizza and salad! We dined in the dining room. Our waitress was very kind and helpful. The inside is a little small, but looks very clean, modern and well maintained. If you are a salad person I recommend the apple orchard salad! It's huge and comes with a house made sweet and sour dressing. I ate my salad with that and tried raspberry vinaigrette as well... yummy! read more

I go here once every week, sometimes more with ladies that I work with. LOVE their orchard salad.

Just ordered a medium ham and green olive pizza. Also a chicken bacon ranch. Both were burnt and inedible. The problem when a chain gets so big they let others run things and they take no interest in what is going on. It was the Tiki location. I would not feel comfortable ordering again after years of frequenting the location. I've had bad or mixed up orders before so this might be the last time I spend my $$ unwisely. read more

Poor service even worse Management..Food is so so..I would recommend Fat Cats anyday..

Place is too small....be prepared to wait....and its worth every minute....deep fried zucchini was fantastic.....Had a small islander pizza - cheese, ham, pineapple and cinnamon. Service was SLOW, wait staff was not that attentative, bar drinks were watered down. Four stars for the food only! Also it should be noted that they were advertising that their pizza's and pasta can be made Gluten Free! read more

I came here on a Sunday night to get a 8'' personal pizza. I got the Margherita Pizza on a gluten-free crust. It has mozzarella, aged romano cheese, diced tomato, olive oil, and topped with fresh pesto sauce. This hit the spot, though I have surely tried better elsewhere. Overall, I like that this pizzeria is family-owned. It is not fancy but very clean. They have a lot of regulars that come in all the time, but wait time is 5-10 minutes. I would not go out of my way to come here. But it is fairly decent. read more

We stumbled across this gem while bowling at a tournament at Tiki Lanes. This place is amazing. We had a party of seven and were seated promptly. Service was courteous and quick. I had the Cuban. RUN don't walk to this place for their Cubans. It had a generous amount of pork and ham, crisp pickles, and hot and melted Swiss. I can honestly say it's one of the best I've ever had. My son had a calzone and my husband had the ham and cheese sub. Food was hot and fresh. They loved their food as well. This place has a great outdoor patio in the back. If we lived closer this would be our go to spot. Seriously. We'd be there every week. read more

This was probably the worst pizza and sub I have had. Ordered pizza well done, it was soooo greasy and soggy, couldn't pick a piece up. Had to use a fork. It even looked like it was thrown together when we opened the box. It was a mess. The sub... well it had a couple pieces of low quality lunch type meat, soggy lettuce... awful. I will not order again . read more

I future ordered at 430 so my food would be ready at 630. 2 whole hours to make sure my pepperonis were on top of my cheese like it says it's supposed to be on my receipt. Also forgot my side of pizza sauce Which is also on my receipt. Extremely annoyed and too hungry and tired to return the shit and wait for it to be remade. Margi would've never let that shit slide on the west side. Pathetic read more

This is the best place in Lancaster to get a pizza, we have ate at almost every spot in town for pizza (there's a lot of spots) and we keep coming back to Cristys, actually Cristys is the place we gauge pizza on. Good thing about them as well is they serve gluten-free pizza, and hands down have the best one around. They load their pizzas with toppings, so you definitely get your moneys worth. Though I am not happy about how much they markup the gluten-free crust, its a great place to eat read more

One of my favorite pizzas ever, but dang greasy. I love their sweet spicy sauce. I order from there at least once a month. I think they need to cut the grease a bit. But so YUMMY. Their subs are great too! read more

Christie's pizza is one of my hometown favorite pizzas. They have two locations, one on the east side and one on the west side. The west side Christie's has a drive-through lane for convenience. Christie's has coupons that can be found in the local mailings. Also, when I call I just ask what the daily special is. My favorite by far is the pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni is deli sliced and somewhat spicy. The pepperoni is larger than a traditional size pepperoni. I recently ordered the Goliath. This pizza is a specialty pizza - double cheese, double pepperoni! In addition to that I added extra sauce. Delicious! I must say that the pizza sauce is great! The quality is consistent and exceptional - appearance, temperature, and taste. I recommend that as soon as you pick up your order go ahead and take a bite when it is hot and fresh. read more

Oh my gosh, their Orchard Salad is to die for!!! I am getting hungry thinking about it! My seven year old also ordered a salad, he was able to make his own salad, he thought that was the coolest thing ever- he had a strange combination, but he loved it! I've had their pizza before and really liked it. I will be coming back for their salad very soon!! They also have a back patio. read more

Had cristys pizza one evening after work. I'm not from the area and try to eat things that I don't have at home while I'm away. I ordered cristys New York style and wasn't that impressed. The pizza wasn't bad but nothing special. Def wasn't New York style. Overall if you just want an affordable pizza this will do read more

Well, let's start this by stating that sugar bears is my favorite pizza. Cristys will get the job done but doesn't leave me the satisfaction that a sugar bears pizza will. It's like when I eat a sugar bears pizza, I don't feel the calories consuming my body because I love it so much that I don't care how if effects me. However, when I eat cristys, I count the calories per pizza bc it doesn't even give me the satisfaction enough to want to eat ALL I want guilt free. However, pizza is pizza and cristys is always consistent. So, I'd rate cristys a 4 out of 5. Thank you. read more

Pizza was pretty pricey, not that big, greasy and not particularly tasty. But hey, everybody has a different taste in pizza. And we knew the price going in. But we ordered half cheese half pepperoni - and what was delivered was all pepperoni. I mean, what else is there for a pizza joint to do but get your simple order right? They couldn't and we won't be ordering again. read more

Yummy pizza. Has a very distinct taste, and it's addicting. It's kind of pricey but it's nice to support a local business. Great quality too

Always hot and delicious!! One of my favorite local pizzerias. They are a little pricy compared to larger chains like Papa Johns or Dominos, but that's expected from a local pizza shop. If you're willing to pay, it's worth every bite! Always received quick and excellent service. read more

Family and I stopped in on the way back to Columbus after visiting friends. We like to try local places as opposed to chains and this one was a gem for sure. Not fancy, but clean and warm. We ordered the Zucchini fries as an appetizer and ended up having 2 servings they were so good! My 3 boys gobbled them up! We ordered the Cristy's and the All American Cheeseburger/Bacon pizza and both were Excellent! Crusts were slightly sweet and just the right balance between crispy and chewy and the toppings were delicious as well! Place was pretty busy when we left, lots of families and obvious regulars. We all agreed this was good enough to warrant special trips from Columbus. read more

Best tasting pizza in Lancaster used to be Donatos no matter what but can't beat the taste of Cristys

Our favorite pizza in town! We will not get any other kind of pizza here in town, both the normal and NY style crusts are delicious! When dining in sometimes they will have a dessert called "cherries in the snow" I would highly recommend, sometimes I come just for a slice of that dessert! read more
