I got the Hot Honey Harvest salad. The cashier was very polite and professional for someone so young. There is a discount for first responders. The salad was good. The bitterness from the arugula blended well with dressing. Oddly the feta cheese went well with the roasted sweet potatoes. The chicken was not bad if a little dry.

I got the kale caesar salad which was pretty good. The vegetables were fresh; the chicken was not rubbery; the dressing tied everything together. I had read that service was slow but they were relatively quick. To be fair there was only two people in front of us. There is a second floor that we had almost to ourselves. Midway they started to play music which was very loud. I went down to ask if they could just turn it down a little because it was very loud upstairs and they did. So overall a good experience. I ordered from Sweetgreen and it was better than before, though the pickup experience was a bit chaotic. There wasn't a person giving out the takeout orders, multiple people were waiting patiently there to have their orders given to them, but there was no one. The cashier just kept helping the people in the line ordering food, and totally ignored us. The food's fresh, and the portions are better now.

Both came with generous amounts of meat, not too saucy either which sometimes makes sandwiches soggy. I got the regular sub size which I ate half of. It can easier feed 2 people! I could have done without sundried tomatoes in the prosciutto sandwich but overall it was very delicious. I would get it again, or try a hot sandwich variant next time.

It may take a while during peak times but the food is great. If you are in a rush, they do take orders over the phone. It's also not often if at all that a restaurant on Queens Blvd has free onsite parking so bring your car too!

Example Keto, Vegan, Paleo etc; not mixed up like the ones here. Anyway we were thrilled to find this place in Westchester. Who has time to cook all the time, and the prices are fair for the meal size. The guy at the register was friendly and helpful. Although we are loyal customers of Ideal Nutrition I think Redefine has more meal choices the quality of the meals are a little better. We ordered 3 meals. Meal 1) Hibachi Steak W/rice #206 that was delicious. Meal 2). #224 Beef Lo Main Meal was delicious. 3) General TSO's Chicken was ok but liked the Beef meals. All and all, I would definitely come back here to buy meals.

As far as the burgers, stick with the original full sized which is probably their best version. Their smash-burgers were NOT a hit on a recent trip. In order for a burger to qualify as a Smash-burger, they have to be smashed, which these weren't. No crusted edges with melted cheese, the buns were not soft, the seasoning on the burgers were also very off. One bite of these burgers reminded me of the ones I had back in public high school cafeteria many moons ago, which wasn't a great memory. The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful!

Even after the customer pointed correctly to the bagel the cashier refused to take his order. She keep rolling her eyes at him. She finally pulled the name tag on the bagel tray and put it in front of the customer; "Asiago Cheese." The customer doesn't speak English well and couldn't said the bagel name. This cashier definitely need retraining. I'm not even going to tell you the attitude she gave me!
