My friend wanted a salad for lunch. Inside was pretty spacious. You don't order at the register but at the other end. There were several people ahead of me but it went quick. I got the Hot Honey Harvest salad. The cashier was very polite and professional for someone so young. There is a discount for first responders. The salad was good. I've ordered from Just Salad a couple of times because it's the perfect place to go after my workout at planet fitness. A month ago a cashier was aggressive with her tone when she told me to move to the side . I chalked it up As inexperience with the public or maybe her first job because she was young. But someone needs to teach her customer service and tone. Last weekend I got a wrap and it was 85 percent lettuce. I'm not kidding. Look at the picture. The other ingredients were minimal. All I tasted was lettuce and the wrap. I emailed corporate asking for my money back but I haven't heard from them yet. Very disappointed. read more

Really great service all around. Every worker was speedy and all smiles. I tried the Peruvian chicken market plate. Perfect amount of food and fresh tasting from freshly prepped chicken to pickled onions. The rice and lentils mix could be less hard. The avocado furikake was really fresh and tasty. Overall really good together when you mix the green sauce in. The Thai crunch chicken salad was my personal favorite. There's a slight kick to the Thai peanut sauce and really complemented the salad. Came here for their grand opening and the number one shocker was how great their service is. From the manager explaining the menu on the line, to the salad servers, cashier and even someone coming by to see how everything is going. I ordered the chicken Cesar salad for lunch. The process is very efficient. The server will ask you your likes and dislikes and if you want to replace anything and how much dressing you want and I opted for medium. A little too salty for my taste but definitely would have been better if I asked for less. read more

Price is a little higher than a single entree. The medium salad utilizes the same size as the warm bowl entrees. It was nice that they offered the option of how much dressing I wanted on my salad. We stopped by because my kids were hungry and nothing else was really opened before 11am. So glad we did because they don't only sell salads but they have hot meals too! The cilantro lime chicken intrigued us and it's a great choice. The salad dressing is delicious and I love how well chopped the salad is. The mix of ingredients is abundant and each meal seems to come with a small piece of focaccia bread. The chicken was cooked really well. We also got a hot meal of chicken, rice, corn, broccoli and some sort of garbanzo bean slaw. Delicious! And what I liked best is the value you get for the price. Both these meals were under $30 including tax and we shared it between two adults and two kids that can really eat. It was just enough for us to hold over considering it was so early in the morning. The app also offers good rewards for every purchase above $12 which can be done with each meal. There's plenty of seating and the space is wide so you don't feel like patrons waiting in line are hovering over you as you eat. I was a regular customer when this restaurant first opened and was excited to have another fresh salad option nearby. Overall, I enjoyed many of the salads, although I found some of them to be overly salty. I also noticed that the portion sizes could be inconsistent--sometimes generous, other times noticeably smaller for the same order. Unfortunately, the reason I stopped ordering was a serious food quality issue. I found a live insect, which appeared to be a maggot, in a takeout salad. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and completely undermined my confidence in the restaurant's food safety practices. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to continue supporting this business and had many positive experiences before that incident. I hope they have since addressed their quality control and food handling procedures, as the restaurant has potential. However, based on my experience, I can't personally recommend it. read more

This restaurant just moved into my neighborhood and I've been meaning to check it out. I stopped by one weekday for lunch and was shocked with the big size and available open space. They have a few tables and chairs on the side for dine in. The staff were friendly and patient. I love the variety of salad options they offer or you can just make your own. I really was going back and forth on what to order and just decided on the winter harvest salad. (greens, black lentils, oven roasted chicken, hot honey goat cheese, roasted sweet potatoes, chopped almonds, sliced apples and balsamic vinaigrette. The salad was delicious and satisfying. This is a perfect spot for lunch or dinner. I will definitely return to check out some other salads or make my own. read more

Went a couple of times during their Grand opening promo days. Not my first time having Just Salad but was reminded that they also have market plates, wraps, warm bowls, etc. I liked their Peruvian market plate, with green aji sauce (not spicy as regular Peruvian green sauce so I requested for more). I usually like vinegared onions, but theirs had a different kind of tang to me so will pass next time but other than that, it was a good meal. Their to-go compostable containers are sectioned so no mixing of some toppings.. I also purchased a reusable bowl for $1.99 which can get me an additional topping per order, like avocado. The ingredients for salads, bowls and wraps are mixed together first, with option of light, regular or heavy dressing. The cilantro lime bowl was flavorful and filling. The honey crispy chicken wrap had a good mix of salad stuff, but chicken was less noticeable. Most of their entree items are priced around $13 so not bad at all. Service is great. The next available staff member helps the next customer and asks preferences etc. Restroom available. read more
