Highly recommend! I only ordered delivery, so I can't speak to the service or ambiance; however, this place has one of the best eggplant parm sandwiches I've ever had! I wasn't expecting much ordering from a pizza place, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The bread they use is great for this type of sandwich, and the eggplant was cooked perfectly with a nice crispy edge. It was also loaded with cheese! OK let me talk about my actual experience with the food. When I used to live in Rhode Island, I went to Davenports every single week to get a classic corn beef Reuben and I would sit down at the table and munch on this thing because that bad boy tasted like heaven. I just moved up to East Longmeadow and I went to pizza chop to try out their corn beef Reuben and oh my God I had diarrhea for two weeks. This is one of my absolute fav places to get pizza . Their ingredients are fresh , the sauce is refreshing and authentic, and the crust - which by the way is important , you can't have a bad crust on a pie- is awesome. This is the worst pizza place in my opinion. My delivery for a personal veggie pizza and a chicken parmigiana with the pasta on the side was all cold the pasta came with no pasta sauce. The chicken tasted old and had very little parmigiana and sauce on it. When I called to give them a chance to make it rite Scott who answered the phone said that there was nothing they could do and someone in the background kept telling him to hang up I had to tell him to have the owner call me. It was an absolute horrible experience and the half a chicken breast leaving my fiancé still hungry and having to heat up our food we just ordered was just ridiculous. Called in placed on an open hold while the phones rang away and the phone operator took orders, finally I placed my order that I have placed many times before without instances. Then arrived the incorrect item, when I call in to have the order corrected the man now that hastily answered the phone and asked if I just wanted to wipe the fried chicken off the salad. No! I didn't order this hot salad with fried chicken. It is never my experience that a restaurant makes a mistake and puts it on the customer questioning if I correctly placed my order, blamed driver for taking orders, made excuses while being very unprofessional rushed and overall rude. Tried this place for dinner for the first time tonight. We ordered a party size cheese pizza and a large house salad. Even though I got the food delivered, the pizza was still nice and hot. We love the pizza. Flavorful sauce, amazing crust and lots of cheese ! I can't express enough how much I love the salad. Super fresh and the balsamic dressing is delicious. Got a call back telling me that my pizza was crispy and they wanted to know if it was ok or if not they would make me a new one. I like it crispy so they did deliver it and it was delicious. My husband and I have always enjoyed the pizza and grinders from Pizza Chop, so when my husband passed away recently, I ordered some grinders to serve after the memorial service. We ordered a margarita pizza and it did not even have basil on it. It was barely warm when it was delivered when supposedly left the restaurant 15 prior. I placed an online order and waited nearly 30 minutes AFTER I had received the notification that my order was ready only to realize it was being made upon my arrival. When I questioned about the wait time I was told they do not give out wait times however online it has you choose a wait time. Just ridiculous. Not one customer came in during the time I was waiting for my order. Basically don't order if you're in a rush cause chances are you'll end up just as annoyed as I was.... in addition to the awful customer service and wait time I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and got home..... on july 10 2021 i was on the slice app looking for pizza, there are a few local places which are good for pizza. When i saw pizza chop i remember they weren't half bad and that the party size was 2-18 inch pizzas. so i ordered we had a small get together and people where hungry. when we got the pizza we got 2 12 to 14 inch pies. it look like we ordered from dominoes. we all looked at the pizza like what the hell is this. So i called figuring there was a mistake, the first person i get was the driver, He said he had nothing to do with it and gave me to a guy named bob. So i told bob what i received and it was wrong. He started to tell me that the new menu that are being printed (meaning the price is not advertised yet) are going to say 2-16 are a party size for the same price. (so we pay more and get less now) so i was ok but that's not what i ordered. I said i ordered on slice 2-18 as a party. So instead of him taking care of a customer he turns around and says oh well we have the best pizza around and i dont have to do anything and then hung up the phone. The worst, nastiest customer service ever had and i lived in the area for 20 years. They are ok and definitely not the best and with this attitude and customer service skills are now in my book and my friends that were here, the worst in Chicopee. I called back and the driver answered and i ask if he was the owner he said no i told the driver to please have the owner call me. He never did. during the pandemic we supported these buisness by ordering from there now they are treating us like crap and rasing prices. remember the way you treat people will and always comes back to you. read more

In any event, finally stopped by on a day when there were open and got a medium pizza with a whole bunch of veggies on it. It was really quite good! Nice folks to deal with and a friendly (though very small) space. It's more of a take-out place, though they do have a couple booths. The crust was nice... not too thick, but held up to the toppings. Cheese and sauce were very good. I would've preferred they use fresh mushrooms instead of canned, but they weren't bad. I'd stop by again if I was in the area. read more

I used to order here all the time; probably once a week. I won't be anymore. Had a pizza delivered the other day and all the toppings had slid off. It was completely inedible. I called the shop to ask if someone had maybe dropped the pizza by accident and to inquire about what to do. The woman who answered the phone said "no one dropped your pizza" numerous times in a completely rude manner. I stated well there aren't any toppings on it and it's all messed up. She then put me on hold to tell a man. In the background you could hear him saying he wanted the old pizza back as proof in a completely rude tone with an attitude. If I'm ordering food and paying you I don't think it's too much to ask for the food to come correct! Also, when a customer calls to ask about something YOU did you should probably be a little more accommodating and less accusatory. Customers are the reason why you're in business! The food may be good, and I live 5 min away but I'll never order here again after that customer service. They did send another pizza after all the bad attitude but that one also looked similar with toppings everywhere. Two things: reconsider how you make your Hawaiian pizza, and reconsider now you provide customer service. There are lots of places to order pizza in Chicopee. read more
